The property was very clean and in a great location with wonderful views however was not quite as pictured. That palm tree in the corner of the patio was replaced by a pile of beach chairs and a clothes drying rack. One of the lounge chairs had a cushion and the other while clean had stains. The pretty white couch in the living area was actually a large grey sleeper with a bed sheet as a cover. The multiple pillows shown on the bed were three very thin pillows for two people. The overall building felt old and the people working the desk where not very friendly. The lobby and common area were very large and clean but there was only one lone couch and an unpluged vending machine. The check in process was also strange. We had to pay the owner direct through a transfer or cash on arrivial. It was NOT handled through VRBO. It felt very strange. On the whole the property worked out great. It was clean with wonderful views and location. But the pictures in the posting were definitely a bit misleading.

We had the most wonderful and relaxing 2 week stay in this apartment. The location is excellent and the apartment had absolutely everything we required for our stay. We loved all the wee unexpected extras like the shopping trolley for our groceries and the deckchairs we could take down to the grassy pool area. The balcony is very spacious and can be enjoyed at anytime of the day too. Having easy access to street level Torremolinos and also the beach was another plus. Maria and Aurelio were always quick to respond to any questions and very professional to deal with. We can’t wait to go back! Possibly have instructions for the cooker handy. We were a confused as to how the job worked but managed to work it out

The view from the balcony is outstanding, however during our mid to late May stay, it was so windy on the balcony mid day it was not usable. The condo itself is wonderful and a great location. We checked in before 4pm. The person who was supposed to show us all the details couldn't make it so after 45 minutes of waiting, the concierge just gave us a key and room number. It's very helpful to have the Whats App downloaded so you can communicate with the person who checks you in. We didnt know that so we had no WiFi info or anything else till 11am the following day. Be prepared to buy all your own paper products including toilet paper. Very sparsely outfitted so if you arrive at night make sure you have water, etc. Aurillio, who we met the day after check-in was very responsive once we had a way to contact him. Management company was unreachable at 4pm and needs to do a better job. Overall, we enjoyed our time there very much.

This property has the best views, it’s nice and clean and modern and of a high standard, all you need for a summer break home from home. The pool area is excellent too and the lift to the beach is fab. Really good restaurants nearby and fantastic walking along the promenade - will return. Maria and Aurelia really helpful 👍 Only downside was paying the balance and security deposit. Whilst you can pay the security deposit by credit card, you have to pay the balance in cash. Also to note there is no air con as such in the bedroom, it’s a fan. It was ok for us as we kept the door slightly open. And perhaps a new ironing board please, although most guests prob don’t use one on holiday! Thank you for a lovely 10 days

Thiis Is a lovely property in a very central location. With great views. Lovely pool area, very clean. The key holder was waiting for us when we arrived and helped us sort out a transfer when there was a taxi strike departure day.. will be returning as soon as possible.
