Location for business is good.

The bed was not comfortable. The apartment, specifically the shower, had not been fully cleaned but was addressed by the owners. Also noticed that the a/c had not been cleaned after the owner had resolved the shower issue and left.

The appartment met exactly our expectation. Very ,clean and quiet and feel very secure The location was perfect easy access to comodities Would recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend Studio 113. The apartment itself is so much better than staying in a hotel room. As well as having more space, a kitchen and a washing machine, I really appreciated the balcony. I often opened the balcony doors for fresh air and enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the late afternoon. The secure car parking space downstairs was also helpful. The apartment’s location is very good: from here, it’s not far to get to any other point on the island, and it’s easy to get to and from the airport on major roads. There’s a big supermarket and some restaurants just a few minutes’ drive away. A big shoutout to owners Avish and Jaya. The pre-arrival instructions were excellent, they quickly answered by WhatsApp any questions I had during my stay, and they went above and beyond the call of duty by dropping off medication when I became sick. They were so nice and helpful! So, overall, a really good experience staying here, and I will definitely try to book Studio 113 next time I come to Mauritius.

This is an excellent apartment, fully equipped, centrally located, and at affordable rates. The hosts are exceptionally considerate. I could not ask for a better venue. We also had to spend a weekend locked in because of a raging cyclone outside: no problem at all. (And a generator in the building would have kicked in had we lost electricity.) Highly recommended.

There used to be a convenience store in the same block. Alas, it has closed down. The closest shop is now InterMart supermarket, in Ebene CyberCity. A 10 minute walk.

The property was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. The hosts were very welcoming. A great location and new building. We loved it. Would definitely choose this apartment for my next stay in Mauritius again.

Everything. The bed was comfy, the place was clean and everything you might need is there. It's nearly a hotel like experience for an affordable price ! Nearly cried when I had to go back home :(
