I’m happy that I chose this perfectly located hotel by the beach, I spent one night in the hotel for my business trip, but the hotel view made me relaxed as well. Rooms are so clean and modern, hotel area is amazing with its palm trees everywhere and the host is very helpful, big thanks & will be back for sure.

Great family run place directly on a very quiet stretch of beach with a beautiful yard with palm trees. Perfect sea view from the front rooms. Our hosts made a great effort to make us feel comfortable. They also served us a nice and tasty breakfast with different dishes every day.

My family and I have been traveling throughout Georgia. After visiting Kutaisi and Gelati Monastery we headed to Batumi for some rest on the Black Sea Coast. We decided to stop for a night in Shekvetili as long as we had heard about it from a friend of ours. Wow, what a discovery! A small village that has turned into an extraordinary resort. We had a family type of room, which turned out to be bigger than imagined, equipped with everything. Very clean and neat. It is a great plus that the rooms had huge windows. This gave us opportunity to see the sea from any part of the room. The house itself stands in an exceptional place, you walk out of the beautiful palm garden right onto the beach area. The beach is sandy. We already had a reservation in Batumi, otherwise we would have gladly stayed longer. Hopefully, we will be able to come back again.

I would skip breakfast option, house is right on the beach.
Bathroom: 1. Very small, no hooks for towels, no room for basic stuff.
2. Shower area is not separated so the whole bathroom floor is flooded after taking a shower.
I wish Green House was managed better, our refrigerator and air conditioner were making disturbing noises making good night sleep impossible. It could be avoided with a touch of care from management.

Location right next to the beach, free sunbeds, very friendly and caring host (brought a bottle of wine), spacious room with wonderful view
The kitchen was not very clean (drawers), water pressure in bath a bit low

Stayed in double room with balcony and sea view. Quite a small room and wet room but perfectly adequate for our needs. Location close to the beach is outstanding, it really is as close as the pictures look. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Loungers and (very important) sun umbrellas available free of charge to use on the beach. This is the best beach by far in the local area and the section outside the front door is great.
Just be prepared for time of breakfast served at 10:00 in the basement room. Room was not serviced in the 4 days we were there, I think this is standard practice in Georgia.

Our third floor studio apartment with a kitchenette, small sitting area and two beds, one large and one single was clean and spacious. The bathroom was a nice size with a Jacuzzi tub but had no counter space. The main room is light and bright with windows overlooking the sea. The most disappointing feature was the mattress. It was relatively new but uncomfortably hard and weirdly springy. We generally like firmer mattresses but this one was too firm.
The grounds of the Green House are nicely kept up but unfortunately the neighbors are not so tidy. As the buildings are close together it does detract from the Green Houses property as well. Tamar, the hostess, speaks good English and is helpful. Parking is available on the property. Payment is cash only.
We had breakfast at the guesthouse, not included in the price as most guests staying in the apartment self-cater. Served in the basement, various dishes were served to our table – boiled eggs, mashed potatoes, sausages, tomato cucumber salad, bread, butter, homemade preserves, apricot and peaches and instant coffee with real milk.
We had difficulty finding the location in Shekvetili, but if you Whatapp the owner she will send you Google directions. Once there, despite the fact that there is no sign the unmistakably “Green House” should be hard to miss, a very green multi-unit building just off the beach.
The bed. The mattress was too hard.

Twice I rested with friends in Shekvetili Green House. Both times during the summer. This was the first time I was in Georgia during the winter and I love this benevolent house so much, I could not leave Georgia without spending a few days there. I really love this house located in the pines and palms. The sea can be seen so well from the windows and balconies. The smell of pines and the sea is breathtaking. It is a great pleasure to drink Georgian wine, watch this greenery and listen to the sea. Until summer, Shekvetili Green House

The location and garden are really nice and you have a perfect view from the balcony to the Black Sea. Big room.
It is simply dirty all over the place in the room with kitchen and bathroom. Rooms a run-down and need renovation. Breakfast is served in the basement (next to a dirty old office chair in the corner) and you feel like eating in a bunker. Staff is living on first floor, hotel rooms are on 2nd and 3rd floor. I want to stress that the housekeeping lady is friendly and busy with laundry, cooking etc. But the management / owner lady does a terrible job and it felt very unpleasant. This stay was by far the worst part of our holidays in beautiful Georgia.

Absolutely stunning view from the room. Once you are searching for a place to stay aside of city rush and spend time sitting on the beach and sleeping in the room 30 meters from the sea - that's the place! We highly recommend the place for family stay and for romantic couples. Very comfortable to have kitchen in some of the rooms.

Great location, a wonderful host and staff, delicious food. Tamar speaks excellent English and was very helpful arranging taxis, sharing her wine and making sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend this lovely guesthouse.
Serving breakfast outside would be a welcome addition.
