This luxurious coastal getaway is a short 150 metre walk to a safe swimming beach where you can often find seals, manta rays, dolphins and is surrounded by walking and bike tracks, numerous surf beaches as well as being close to great cafes, restaurants, wineries and boutique shopping. Cowes main street is a 15 minute walk along the beach. Enjoy a family getaway or a romantic weekend or just relax with friends. Anderson Street boat ramp is just around the corner so you can easily access the concrete ramp and jetty to launch and retrieve your boat or sit and have brunch at the Boat Ramp cafe. Experience a remarkable whale watching adventure departing from Rhyll to circumnavigate Phillip Island. Thoroughly enjoyed our summer break in this lovely home. Fantastic location, 5min walk to beach, cafe 2mins over the road. Close to Main shopping strip. Set on a tranquil street. So nice to sit out on front deck and enjoy the sunshine. House is beautiful, so much natural light and modern. Extremely clean on our arrival. Robyn was the perfect host, friendly and efficient. We look forward to returning for another holiday.

We enjoyed our stay v much. We forgot to order linen but were accommodated with some when we called in the morning. We made up the beds with linen from the cupboards as directed. We would suggest some small extra bins & bin bags in the toilets.

The property was great. Truly pet friendly, immaculate in appearance, well maintained and very clean. Beds were comfy, close to beach, not too far from the main shopping strip. We enjoyed our stay , would definitely come back.

My friend and I enjoyed the uniqueness of the cottage, the delightful creative artwork, spacious comfort of the generously proportioned rooms and relaxing outdoor area. Sitting outside in the sun with the umbrella shade was lovely as we chatted and read. The convenient location was great as across the road we had beach access and enjoyed a pleasant stroll to the town centre. Thank you Robyn!

The house is gorgeous. Especially as so many others in the street aren't. So to walk into this one and realise you have the nicest one in the street was amazing. Very clean, nice ambient lighting on arrival, the spa bath was beautiful and all the required things for a 14 month old baby! Loved it. However, take note that when they say to bring your own linen, they mean ALL linen. There wasn't a bath mat, toilet mat, hand towel, sheets or bath towel. The only towel is the dish towel. So make sure you take plenty of towels, as the bathroom floor gets verrry slippery without something down.

Lovely property with easy walk to the bay. The house had everything that you needed and we especially loved the kitchen which had the cupboards labelled so it was super easy to find everything. Bed was comfy, had a smart TV the kids to log into their Netflix. Host was a quick and great communicator. We would love to visit again !

Great property its actually bigger then its look like, nice outdoor setting, very close to the beach and boat ramp. We only need 20 minutes to walk to the town centre. Everything what ever we needed is close by. Coffee shop literally across the road. Host is very accommodating.

I am disabled & found access hard The stairs were manageable with banisters The pebbled large steps prior To stairs were very difficult to navigate I would suggest a picture of this in the photo gallery of the listing. The property was clean Some of the art was good but the one in the Master bedroom was quite off putting. There was no grass only on the nature strip outside the property for my darling dog to go to the toilet. Consequently each time she went we had to put her on lead Less than ideal It is a 20 minute to half hour walk into town & shops. Again not ideal The beds were very comfortable Thank God for Netflix as both DVD players did not work .

Robyn’s property was ideal for our needs and her very thoughtful welcome so appreciated. We traveled with our two kids and our dog. The closed yard and spacious living areas were great. A slightly longer than ideal walk into town and some details needing attention (a bit more toilet paper and maintenance of the laundry whitegoods) would have made our stay perfect. Would stay again any day!

My wife and I with our two girls and dog had an amazing time in this brilliant property. Our stay was at the start of spring and Phillip Island was coming alive. The property is only a 15 min walk to Main Street of Cowes and was a great way to start our day. The house is very modern, clean and very spacious. Being able to bring our kelpie just topped of how great this property is.

I cannot recommend Banyanda higher. The house is beautiful, clean and a great size for a family. It had everything we needed and a short walk to the lovely beach every morning was a great way to start the day. Being able to have our dog with us made life easier and there was a lovely little secure yard for him as well. Thank you Robyn for opening your house up to guests, we hope to be able to come back again soon.

Amazing property and the host made it so heartfelt with all the little home touches as well, including a bottle of wine for adults and activity packs for the kids on arrival. My family and I (including our two fur-babies) enjoyed the nicest weekend away in this beautiful home for my partners first Father’s Day. The house was very cleanly with heaps of space! Our host was also very responsive and accomodating and made our stay very easy. We can’t wait to come back!!!

Sensational home, plenty of beds for a larger family or group than us, great kitchen and gas BBQ for home cooking, lovely short drive to the boat ramp and also the same short stroll to a dog friendly beach for any of you boat or pet owners. The home has nice heating/cooling and washing facilities. Too far to walk in to Cowes main Street with kids for breakfast, lunch and dinner but it's only a 1min drive to the strip, so as long as someone can drive, you can enjoy all the main street restaurants. Great property
