Place is great. The only two issues are beyond the control of the property. First the internet connection is flaky but that is generally true of island connections. Second Google Maps is atrocious on St. Bart's. Locations are just flat out wrong and roads are in the wrong place. The apartment complex doesn't exist in maps and the road doesn't exist either. Google doesn't allow updates for St. Bart's so they can't fix it. Great place though and highly recommended. They even helped me out when I lost the apartment key and brought to you me!

Aside from 2 days of rain, everything was perfect. The apartment had everything one could ask for (music , videos , beach gear,umbrellas, and a great patio with a view). A lot of thought went into making the unit user friendly.

The view was stunning, it made my jaw drop when I walked in. You are on the top floor looking out at the whole valley and sea. The only downside to the place was climbing the many stairs to get to the room but it is well worth the climb if you are in reasonable shape. The balcony is spacious. We expected to eat out a lot but we enjoyed the balcony so much we had all our dinners there. The kitchen is tiny but we were able to cook whatever we wanted. The location was great- minutes from the beach at St. Jean. The very steep driveway was a little intimidating at first but typical for St. Barts and we quickly got used to it.

We had a wonderful stay with a breathtaking view! The property manager was very quick in responding and very helpful!

Given all of the considerations price, location, the nature of the place, Patrice's place was great,. He was a Fantastic host even if at a distance always answered questions promptly, provided a great deal of information. For a short stay in St Bart you could not ask for a nicer place. The unit is nicely equipped, Wi-Fi works great, and there are a number of thoughtful touches beach chairs, and umbrella, insulated bag, and a relatively well-equipped if tiny kitchenette. Moreover and not noted, unlike many such rentals, there is daily maid service that includes changing towels this was a very welcome surprise. We have been coming to St Bart for many years at all things considered this was one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. Weather rentals or hotel's. When you consider that it's almost impossible to find a hotel at two to three times the price and perhaps in some cases like Toiny, close to 10 times the price, this Place is really really nice, just a few minutes from either Saint Jean Beach or Gustavia.. 5 stars don't give it justice. This is a lovely, well furnished studio apartment with a spectacular view in a quiet location. Easy to get to from airport and Gustavia. A newly remodeled bathroom was a plus. The housekeeping and management team were attentive and very thorough which made our stay even more special.

Appartement bien remis à neuf, très fonctionnel et bien situé. Vue superbe sur l'anse des Cayes. Manque juste un micro-onde. dommage que personne ne nous ait indiqué l'heure à laquelle nous devions quitter le studio le dernier jour. Sinon tout s'est très bien passé.

Amazing view and great location on the island. Only a few minutes to Gustavia or St Jean. The Propery Manager (Valérie) is fantastic and went out of her way to help us when we were in a jam. She also met us at the ferry when we arrived and showed us to the flat. The daily maid service was awesome, we had fresh beach towels every day. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay and I was well taken care of by Valerie (the concierge) and Julie (the housekeeper)! I just loved spending time on the balcony looking at the view and hearing the crash of the waves below. The owner Patrice was also great at communication and giving me excellent tips about places to go while there. My only big problem with the property was entering and exiting the steep, narrow, blind driveway! There are no signs or mirrors that show incoming/outgoing cars! I was always terrified of the possibility of a head-on collision! The parking spot for 42 was also too narrow and so I parked mostly in the Visit space instead to avoid getting my car scratched or dinged! Other than that, it is a very comfortable and stylish condo with spectacular views and the location is quite convenient to Gustavia and the airport!

This was our second stay here. We love it, perfect location, well appointed. Has everything we need for the perfect get away. We will definitely be back here, thank-you Patrice

This property is ideal for 2 people. Very clean and nicely appointed. It is in a great location---great views of the ocean, centrally located, close to St. Jean and Gustavia. It is a great find. The only problem we had was the water pressure. There were days that the water dribbled out of the facets. Other than that, a great find! Frederick T. Martens

I received a helpful set of instructions as soon as I booked. Upon arrival at the airport, I was greeted by the property's helpful and cheerful manager, who led me to the villa and showed me around. The view from this apartment is beautiful and the location is convenient to all of the places you would want to go on this lovely island. The description of the property is incorrect in two ways: there is air conditioning in the main room and it is very comfortable. Also there is Wi-Fi which worked very well. For those who might be concerned about mosquitoes I can say that I never saw a single one and never was bitten. I recommend a car rental. But if you aren't used to island driving you might find the traffic to be a little bit aggressive. Anyway, I highly recommend this studio and I am definitely going to return.

Ultra private patio, amazing view, classy sophisticated decor. There is a soulful CD, DVD and book collection. This is one of the best geographical spots on the island...almost zero wind...my favorite snorkeling on the other side of the island had consistent near gale force winds all day, every day...but not here..:-) The maid service is thorough and non intrusive. The property manager is professional, warm and greeted us at the boat dock and bought us to the home...actually came back the next morning to take us to the rental car agency...MUST get a car on this island. I can't wait to come back...

Patrice was very helpful and the apartment was a perfect fit for us. We have been to St. Barth's many times in the past, and this was one of our most enjoyable stays. We loved how close to everything we were, the apartment had everything we needed, including for the beach. I highly recommend this property and will be returning in the future

My wife and I stayed here last February. Patrice was fantastic to communicate with prior to arrival, and all was exactly as she detailed. The location is fantastic, the apartment was extremely clean and well organized. The manager was very helpful and reachable at all times for any and all questions. The pictures are as accurate as possible, and gives a very good representation of what you will enjoy for your stay. Our vacation was a complete success, and this property made it easy to enjoy. We look forward to our return!

My husband and I stayed here for a week and loved everything about this perfectly appointed apartment. The champagne and fresh water waiting when we arrived was a lovely touch. There is just about everything you need from a very nice small music collection, interesting books and beach supplies too. The owner and the manager are very attentive to making sure that everything is just right. We would definitely stay here again when we return!

We stayed here for 3 weeks in January, our 7th consecutive visit to this lovely apartment, which only endorses all that has been described so far. As you open the door, the view through the apartment to the sea beyond, is incredible. The island, although small, has beautiful beaches and some excellent restaurants. The apartment, modern but within a traditional high ceiling-ed space, is comfortable and well appointed. Sitting on the terrace with that ever-changing view to the sea and the islands is all you need on Paradise Island.

Highly recommended! My boyfriend and I had a lovely time at Patrice's loft. The view from the balcony was better than expected - a perfect place to dine or relax. We took the opportunity to eat breakfast there every morning with our espressos and fresh crossaints from the local boulangerie. We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne - so charming and French :) The apartment was so warm and welcoming and had everything you could need on a trip to St Barths... fully equipped with beach chairs, a boogie board, music and guide books. It felt extremely clean, which was also assisted by the maid that came daily. The kitchen and bathroom are small, but the room itself feels very open and airy, especially with the beautiful view. Coming from New York, this felt like a very comfortably sized apartment. I would recommend this apartment to any couple looking for the perfect island getaway. It is a short trip to town and very convenient to groceries, boulangerie, beaches etc. Valerie, the house manager was very helpful in any accomodation that we needed and quickly responsive. We will surely return!
