Our bright corner unit large balcony has access from the living room and the master bedroom. Its northern exposure offers side views of the the Gulf of Mexico and Inter-coastal waterway. Our complex offers its own private fishing pier on the ocean, pristine white sandy beach, a large Ocean front heated pool (always Kept at 82 Deg. during winter), and hot tub. Listen to the sound of the ocean while you prepare dinner in the BBQ area, with its Tiki tables. Relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. We are just minutes from John’s Pass, nearby Clearwater beach and Saint Pete beach where dining, shopping and water sports can be found. Nice roomy condo. Just steps to the beach and many restaraunts close by. Although the weather wasn't typical for Florida we still had a great time on the beach!

We loved everything about the location and condo setup. The only thing we wish was better was the cleanliness. The floor looked like it hadnt been swept, the microwave and oven were dirty and the toliet was filthy. If this wouldnt have been the case would have given 5 stars.

Loved the condo. So roomy! I have a hard time getting around. The access to the beach was great! No steps. Just walk from the pool tight on the beach.

This condo was great. We normally stay ground level facing the ocean but waited to late to book. This condo ended up beinf perfect. It is on the second floor but its right by the steps so its pretty easy. The building is locked up and its frustrating trying to remember the key but that wouldnt stop us from staying there again. The condo is very well stocked with everything you would need. The kicthen is so stocked there isnt much room for groceries but thats a good probelm to have. Hector was great to deal with and always replied quickly.

Everything was as expected or better! The room was perfect for our family of two adults, two teen boys, and two 20 year olds. Kitchen is very nicely equipped. Overall excellent place to stay!

Sand Dollar Property is located on the beach; however, for those seeking ocean views from the master and living room, with the sound of waves lapping as you fall asleep, this is not the unit for you. It is spacious clean and provides basic amenities. Owner was responsive, but unable to accommodate a move to a different room. When you look at the photos, check the very last one where there is a view from the balcony - by leaning over the railing you can see the ocean. There is also the same picture zoomed and cropped following it that is misleading. We know for next time however, for those of you booking your dream vacation expecting ocean front views, This is not it. With that being said, units provide easy access to the beach, nice pool, Jacuzzi, cleanliness, plenty of room, ample parking. If you swim past the second sandbar, grab a pair of goggles and you’ll find hundreds of sand dollars- at least in July. This is our second time to the area. Sanibel Island is nice day trip - at just over 2 1/2 hours south, you can find shells like conch and scallop. Englewood has the best sharks teeth on the shoreline. Caddy’s was delicious for ocean front dining and fresh seafood. Crab cakes didn’t disappoint. Overall wonderful family vacation. The pristine white powder sugar beaches and sparkly torquoise water are perfection.

We had a great week at this condo on the beach. Our multigenerational family of 7 was in town this week for a baseball tournament and the condo was a great location and had plenty of room and everything we needed. The beach was beautiful, the pool areas were always clean and the front office team was friendly and super helpful anytime we had questions or needed anything. The only negative (not specific to the condo) was the complex does only have 1 elevator and it does get super bogged down at peak times. Most of us mainly used the stairs, but my parents who struggle with steps needed the elevator, so we just made sure to leave plenty of time when leaving so it wasn’t an issue. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the most beautiful place to stay. Everything was wonderful and exactly as stated. Everything you needed was provided except food. Wonderful condo right on the beach and very close to all activities and shopping. Hector is an amazing person and was always quick to answer any questions i had. Definitely going to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness.

Our stay at the Sand Dollar was a family vacation and graduation celebration. We had our entire family including an infant. The 3 bedroom condo was spacious and had a number of amenities (the pier; pool, barbecue area; parking, beach supplies). We loved the area and would definitely consider coming back.

The owners were easily reached and promptly return answers for our questions. The check in process was smooth. We arrived after 5 pm and the keys were where they told us. The condo looked like the pictures. It was clean and comfortable. It had every thing we needed. The facilities were easily accessible. The pool and hot tub were nice and warm. The beach access was amazing. The kids had so much fun. One of the reason we chose this place was the pier and the short walk to the bird sanctuary, it is a must. The location of the condo provided short walks and drives to fun activities. Overall, highly recommend this condo, you can tell this place is well loved and has created many lasting memories.

The lay out of the condo was perfect for our family. It is nicely decorated and very clean. Our entire family loved the beautiful beach. Lots of nice restaurants around there. JD's restaurant, Broke and Bored and Sea Breeze Island Grill were some our favorites. It was a great vacation spot for all of us ages 2-60.

Pleasant accommodations. Overall good. Just a few little things that I feel certain property manager will address. Pictures of property are accurate. Beach location is great!!! Only disappointment was not being able to use hot tub as they were doing repairs to it. I would recommend this property and I am pretty picky..owner is responsive.

Dishwasher didn’t work, took two days to get ice, dryer didn’t work and was finally fixed the day before we left, no ocean view, very loose headboards on all the beds ( one has water damage and is rotting)

Our experience was wonderful from the communication with Hector to the responsiveness of the staff at the Sand Dollar both JC Resorts and Hector provide a perfect vacation experience. The building is clean, the pool is clean, and the ocean is just a few steps away. The condo itself is fully stocked and beautiful, it met all of our needs and we will be booking again.

The office staff was fabulous! Check in was easy. The storage in this condo is amazing! I was a little disappointed with the overall cleanliness. There was mold on the master bath shower curtain and an old blood stain on one of the pillow cases. The case was clean just stained. I should have gone down and told the office but we had more than enough pillows so no biggie. The view is as described - to see the ocean you have to basically stand sideways due to a new building and you definitely have to stand to see the intercoastal waterway. We didn't mind though cause it was to hot to be out there:)

We loved our time at Hector and Barbara's condo! I stayed there with my husband, our three kids, and my in-laws. It was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is so well stocked, along with plenty of towels and linens. There were beach toys, chairs, and fishing poles to use which was a huge bonus since we flew and couldn't take those things with us. The location was perfect, tons of restaurants and attractions in a short distance. We will definitely be back!
