Most of the remotes batteries not working
Second toilet flush not work

Prices were very high on booking.com showing SR 1080 total payment at property there they took VAT extra which was not showing at the time of booking. Total SR 1242.00 i paid and i didnt get the invoice.

Size of room and bed
I booked one bedroom apartment. But once I arrived they told me that they don't have one bedroom, but they have 2 bedroom, but I cant use another room. Or I should cancel booking and book directly from them 2 bedroom for almost same price. This was ridiculous. Why they have on Web one bedroom.
I was alone and I arrive at midnight from airport I just need to rest.
BTW. For almost 300 sar doesn't work.

The room size was big. Kitchen utensils were provided.
Comfy sofa and beds.
Apartment decor was elegant.
TV had good variety of channels.
Toilets were the real issue. The main is the Toilet design and plumbing works. All from the location of shower to bidet were not good. One of the toilets had a leak and was causing bad smell.
Really the only bad spot during our stay was the toilet facilities. Both toilets had issues.

The cleaning of the rooms and the furniture is very nice

I like the way they stole my insurance money its very cheap very clear like this sudani guys do not care.
They asked me for 100 insurance. Thin they came for that handred in the cheapest way ever.
