I liked the room size, hot water facility, location of the property, bed size and room service.
The bathroom Mirror was not clean, Wall Papers are torn, Cockroaches found even after spraying HIT, the Switches not working properly or the charging point, few lights in the room not working. Old floor mat too. Found leakage in Friends bathroom & jet spray. Changed Later.

Very rood room service staff, full dirty room even they don't change used bed sheet and cover

Toilet door was not lockable for short persons.
Shower button not working properly.
Hot water not provided when checking. Fixed timings not suits to the persons who are coming.
Receptionist not having confirmation of hotel booking by me.
Cup board totally worst situation. No cleaning, no facilities to keep belongings.

Location of the hotel
Rooms were not clean cackroach crawling around the bathroom was dirty and pathetic , foul smell as u enter the room .over all room was disaster

Hotel was good Room ok, Location was good, Lift facility good as we are Veg. No used Restaurant, Staff at reception was ok
Bed sheets put were old and not even changed all the three days, Towels also not given changed

Room was big with two beds. Very convenient location from all city attractions.
Bathroom closet was located in a corner. Bathroom door handle broken. No drinking water provided.

The room was quite ok.
The hotel is not suitable for foreingers or solo woman travellers. The staff doesn't speak english and is rude. I booked for two nights but left after one because didn't feel welcomed nor safe.

It was a good value for money stay. The room has everything you need. The location is not far from everything and still close to the city centre.

Bed wasn't too comfortable and not well maintained. limited supply of toiletries and towel. The AC was centrally controlled so was in fan mode.
