Il punto è strategico. Sei in centro a piedi è facilmente raggiungibile ogni attrazione. Inoltre, vi è un confortevole posto auto per la macchin.

La struttura è molto accogliente e funzionale. La posizione è strategica ed il posto auto è una comodità da non sottovalutare. La proprietaria Jessica è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Ci tornerei molto volentieri

Proprio per trovare il "pelo nell'uovo", l'unico neo è stato la mancanza del bidè in entrambi i bagni. Una suggerimento banale ma che potrebbe secondo me essere gradito è quello di fornire una bottiglia d'acqua nel kit di benvenuto.

A chopping knife for the kitchen and a plug for the kitchen sink we’re the only things we lacked.

Location is perfect for central Palermo. Lots of room, peaceful for an urban setting. We were able to store two bikes with room to spare. parking very safe once there.

if you have a big car it is a bit nerve-wracking to park. it is in Ztl zone so you need a pass to avoid fines. Traffic is a challenge.

Host was very helpful, led us to a private parking place in the property. Room was clean, big and comfortable, interesting design. Comfortable beds and everything. Big massive door keeps the room pleasantly colder in the super hot summer days we were there. Two bathrooms. The second floor bathroom has a glass wall looking at the bedroom (and even seen from the first floor). It is interesting for the romantic couple, but a bit of a problem for people who do not want to be seen showering :) Anyway there is another bathroom on the first floor, with non-translucent walls, so I am not considering this a problem.

This property is in a brilliant location in Palermo - walking distance to everywhere you want to go. You do get a free parking space with the property but parking and driving in Palermo is not for the faint hearted... if you aren't an incredible confident driver I would suggest not getting a car! The property has an upstairs and a downstairs bathroom which is great if you have a couple upstairs and someone else using the sofa bed downstairs. There's a general store around the corner to buy anything you need and it's just a 2 minute walk from the cathedral and one of the major food markets. The host is very friendly and contactable by WHatsApp. Her mother lives next door to the flat.

We were really disappointed with several things across our stay. i) Despite telling the host my mother would be staying with my partner and I and using the sofa bed - the bed was not made up and instead the sheets just left on the couch. This was a bit disappointing as we arrived very late so would have been nice if the bed had been made. ii) The cleanliness of the place. The flat was incredibly dusty and we repeatedly had ants appearing in the bathroom. iii) The bed and pillows were some of the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. The pillow was like it had been washed several times and just had clumps of foam in it. Truly uncomfortable. We tried to get some spare bedding out of the cupboard but this smelt so musty and like it hadn't been touched in years so we had to make do. iv) The noise - on one night in particular of our stay, our host was having a party at her mothers house next door. Kids were screaming and playing football immediately outside the flat door. This was completely baffling to me knowing they had guests staying! I did complain about this and the host did offer us a small discount on our stay to compensate which we were grateful for, but it still made for an awful nights sleep on what was a short holiday.

It was spacious

Loud noise all night long( neighbor kids screaming, loud music and dogs barking) even with ohropax I could hear everything 👎 The indoor lock did not work. So you can not lock when you are inside only from outside. I would not stay here again.

Everything including the free parking out front. It’s situated in a small commune of a number of apartments like a mews. Easy access for walking around the city. Lovely host, good basic supplies for cooking. Highly recommended
