The house has a lovely bedroom with a queen size bed, a tiled bathroom, a beautiful new kitchen, a dining area opening to a large new deck, a living room with a fireplace and French doors opening to a delightful screened porch on the first floor. The upstairs has three charming bedrooms, two of these bedrooms have 2 twin beds and the other has a queen size bed. There is a full size tiled bathroom on the second floor as well. The house has cable HD TV, a DVD player, high speed wireless internet, an enclosed outside shower, a barbecue, beach chairs and central air conditioning and heat. A town tennis court and the bike trail are a short walk away. Great long weekend at the Chatham house. Owners nicely worked with us to do a less than a week stay. Close enough to walk to beach and there was plenty of parking if you chose to drive. Had everything we needed except maybe a full length mirror since 4 women were getting ready for a wedding 😊. We would stay there again!

Everyone enjoyed their stay. Secluded street was quite, lots of rabbits and turkeys kids loved! Quite walks and not far from the beach. The screen on the french door was a problem thou, for twin 2 year olds, the gasket did not hold when they leaned on it. I tried to keep it in place so the babies didn’t get hurt, not much luck.

Highly recommend this wonderful home. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Forest beach and the scenic marsh overlook make for a pleasant daily outing. Kitchen has everything you need for family meals. The owners, were absolutely the best! Thank you for sharing your delightful hime with us.

The House is located on a quiet and private street. It is a short walk to Forest Beach and a short drive to Hardings Beach. The house is well equipped and well set up for socializing and cooking. The hosts are extremely helpful and this was a real bonus. Visitors must provide their own towels and linens.

This comfortable home in a quiet setting close to everything we needed couldn’t have been better. The owner was so helpful and responsive. We had beautiful walks right out the door in the morning and went on bike rides on the rail trail a short distance drive away.

We had a fabulous stay! The house, deck, enclosed porch and yard provided tons of spaces for places to play! Whether you’re curling up with a good book in the enclosed porch or playing yard games outside overlooking the ocean in the distance, this rental provided it! House is well stocked for all your needs. Grilling, cooking or just chilling, this rental has it all! Thanks Elaine for sharing your wonderful home with us! We will definitely rent again!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. It's in a convenient location for exploring all of Cape Cod by car or by bike on the nearby Rail Trail, or take the easy walk to Forest Beach through the quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of space inside this clean and comfortable home, as well as a spacious deck for relaxing in the sun. The hosts were so helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again!

This property was everything we were looking for and more. The pictures shown were exactly like the house we stayed in. We had so much room with four bedrooms a large living room large kitchen a large Florida room and a deck. Everything was provided for us. The host Left us a list of the nearest stores and restaurants and places to go and things to see. We enjoyed our visit very much and the host was the best!

This home is all that we expected; quiet neighborhood, clean, comfortable and a short walk to the beach. If you are wanting to explore the Cape, this home was a short drive away from any location. The Nantucket fast ferry is just minutes away in Harwich. Barbara was just a text away if we had any questions or needed any recommendations. Great memories were made during our stay!

The house came as advertised and had plenty of space, was clean and is only a short walk to a quiet beach. The location allows you to enjoy both downtown Chatham and Harwich. Sam and Elaine were extremely helpful and easy to work with. We're hoping to rent their place again as soon as possible!

The place has everything you need from a quiet and relaxing Cape stay. The house is a walking distance from the quiet and under-rated Forest beach. The house itself is clean and well equipped. Elaine and Sam were super communicative, and their sticker notes all over the house are extremely useful. Highly recommend anyone looking for a quiet stay in Chatham.

We spent so much time on the back deck and in the sun room. The layout of the home made it easy to keep an eye on the baby. Plenty of room for the 6 of our adults to gather around the table and also relax in the living room. And the beds were quite comfortable. We have been coming to the Cape since 2010 and rented a number of homes and this is our favorite house!

We enjoyed our stay in Chatham, the property was confortable and the host (Elaine) was very helpful and pleasant. However, charging extra for bedding and towels was unusual (we found the towels substandard and we bought some).

This lovely house was so user-friendly! It was stocked with everything we needed & more. The location was perfect: quiet street but close to the beach & sweet walking trails through the woods to the marsh overlook. The owners were extremely helpful & welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unite as a family.

The property is located on a dead end lane, far enough away from the city center to enjoy the quiet and calm, and yet close to several beaches and wonderful eating establishments. The house is fully furnished, and has every amenity you’d need for a comfortable and relaxing stay away from home. The icing on the cake here is that the property owners are very communicative, and will do whatever they can to ensure you have a great experience! This is a truly a great place to stay while visiting the Cape!

Family of 4 with 2 young children plus grandma. We had a great time at the house. Location is on a quiet dead end street with hardly any traffic. Very quiet overall. House has large downstairs bedroom and downstairs bathroom has walk in shower next to it so perfect for grandma. Deck has very comfortable loungers and we also ate out on the deck several times. House was well furnished and very clean. Garden is nicely planted and my kids were happy running round it every night. We hope to come back and rent it again.

This is a great house! Perfect for families with lots of space. The sun porch room is wonderful for relaxing/eating at any time of day. The location is convenient to beaches, Chatham, and Harwich. The kitchen is a great size for making family meals and is well stocked. The house is in great shape and is very clean!

The house was perfectly set up for families. There was enough space for my family of 4 and my parents. We enjoyed nights out on the deck and days down at the beach. The beach was so close! The house is located right off of Main Street in Chatham close to lots of activities for the kids.

Beautiful home. Well organized and ready for us to begin our vacation the minute we parked on the driveway Owners are responsive and easy to work with. Most accommodating with ideas and brochures re all the fun of being on the Cape and in Chatham Location is lovely and quiet. Easy, pretty and quick to walk to Forest Beach. Our family enjoyed a perfect week here.

Wonderful house. Lots of room. We greatly enjoyed the screened in porch and back yard deck. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook and dine. Short distance to beaches and town. The owners were very helpful and supplied nice advice for local dining, shopping and activities.

Beautiful spot. Very well equiped house. Also nice house if you travel with kids (3 & 2 years old). Garden has lots of trees so there is enough opportunity for sun and/or schadow.
