About this villa rental
Situated in Surfers Paradise, this lovely villa for $563 per night is a great choice for your next break. This magnificent backdrop has been featured in a major national magazine and is even better when seen in person! Relax in the huge spa, which allows you to luxuriate on the outdoor deck, while soaking in the breathtaking Surfers Paradise skyline views - a spectacle you rarely get to see! Inside, experience fully airconditioned comfort throughout this fabulous family 4 bedroom home. The fantastic location of this property, combined with the absolutely stunning views, make this an extremely popular getaway venue. Walk a few hundred metres over the Chevron Island bridge directly into the heart of Surfers Paradise and the beach....or turn left and check out the shops and restaurants on Chevron Island itself. The main river location means you will see dolphins leaping, catch fish and mud crabs, and delight in the gorgeous skyline from your back deck. Whole house. You will be met at the property and given a tour of the property as well as the keys. Check in staff will be available via phone 24 hours during your stay should there be any problems or if you would just like some local knowledge. Walk into Surfers Paradise where you can easily catch the GLink tram which runs from Southport through to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Star Casino and The Gold Coast Convention Centre. Buses are easily accessible also and run daily to all the theme parks. Taxis and Ubers. You could really stay without a car if you wished...everything is in handy walking distance. Secure off-street parking is provided for those who choose to drive to Surfers or rent a car while visiting. Please note parking is for one car. The whole of Chevron Island has a 3 hour parking limit on all streets Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Any extra vehicles will need to be moved every 3 hours during these times but can be parked freely all night and all weekend. NO RECENT SCHOOL LEAVERS, SCHOOLIES, BUCKS, HENS, WEDDINGS OR ANY PARTIES

Property was in a magnificent location with all the activities and shopping we wanted to do close by.
Fairly priced and management was very responsive.
Night time view from the spa was amazing and very relaxing.
Ample room for everyone, very spacious.
Only issues which was communicated is as follows:
One of the family room lounges needs some upholstery work due to the cushioning being heavily worn.
The dryer had lots of lint and fluffy fibres in it.
Between the spa and the rendered walls was lots of cans and bottles that look to had been there for a long time.
The decking and balustrade in the back yard could do with some TLC and re-inforcement as it was not very secure and had movement. Being on the river with young children should be taken seriously as a safety concern.
Apart from that, we had a wonderfull time staying here and would highly recommend it.
We have wonderfull memories to cherish for years to come.

This property is in great location and works well for a group. Easy walk into Surfers and close to cafes and restaurants. It is quiet and peaceful with lovely view. The property itself needs some TLC and cleaning needs to be more thorough. A little maintenance would make all the difference. There is only one small car space for parking.

the view at this house was absolutely beautiful. Communication from start to finish was terrible. The check in person did not come to the house and asked us to self check-in so did not show us around or talk to us about any of the workings of the house. Rather than working out what was broken it was a feat to find anything that was not broken. The spa was set at 38 degrees and couldn't be changed the spa headrests were broken off; boards on the decking were old and damaged; the stove was broken; the toaster was broken; cupboard doors hanging off; screen blinds removed from the front of the house and just lying inside on the floor; door handles coming off in your hands. The check in person was extremely rude when contacted about all of the broken items; the office was closed and didn't respond to any of our emails. There was a book but maintenance pages were missing and much of the information was wrong. For example, the wifi passcode was completely incorrect. Communication about return of the bond has been non existent.

Perfect Location
I feel so lucky to have found this fabulous house for our holiday. To say the location was perfect is an understatement! It was so nice to leave the car parked in the drive and walk to Surfers, shopping, food, entertainment and to catch the light rail for adventures a bit further. It will be even better when the rail line is extended to the "worlds". The house is beautiful, more than enough room for everyone and everything with a million dollar view of the strip. Raelene was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Wonderful property, very clean and great location
As a family of four - two adults, a 9 year old and a 6 year old, this property ticked all the boxes for us. There was ample room to have a whole additional family if you wanted.
We loved the all the space and the outdoor deck and spa. The location was perfect for us we walked to the beach and the mall, at least once a day, it was a lovely quick walk across the bridge.
Only a short, easy drive to theme parks.
We will definitely be returning.

Awesome accommodation.
Reflections provided the perfect home base for our week at the gold coast with family and friends. The accommodation is spacious and modern with plenty to keep the kids occupied while the adults relax on the back deck. Our dining options for the week consisted of BBQ's on the back deck overlooking the water, or taking a short 5min stroll into surfers or chevron where the options are endless. Parking and traffic was a breeze and for the price I would highly recommend reflections for any family holiday to the Gold Coast.

We had a most relaxing time at this place. The location was in walking distance to all your retail needs, transport to everywhere and a skip to the beach. The villa was spotless, comfortably airy, fully air-conditioned, complete kitchen facilities. The placing is welcoming to small or larger families. We loved the master bedroom with its own balcony and separate large ensuite. We enjoyed having our meals (BBQ facilities include) on the large decking area to delight in the view both day and night. The spa was wonderful after a long day out seeing the sights. We would recommend to others.

Amazing views, great location!
We had the most wonderful stay in this gorgeous property...everything was just perfect, from the brilliant location...just a short walk over the bridge into the heart of Surfers Paradise, to the breathtaking views...particularly at night! The property was spotlessly clean, beds comfortable, airconditioned and totally relaxing. The fishing was superb and our favourite spot was lazing on the day bed just watching the river and the nightlife and the spectacular skyline. We BBQ'd outside most nights and also made use of the wonderfully stocked kitchen. Everything has been thought of and you truly only need yourself and your clothes! We were unlucky in that the spa had broken down irreparably and a new one had been ordered, but despite the owner doing his utmost to have it installed before our stay ended, it just wasn't possible, but he was kind enough to offer us two free nights next time we come up and we will definitely be taking him up on this offer. We did not want to go home and we can't wait to come back next year. Thank you to the owners for providing such a haven for our truly memorable holiday. We will be back!

Surfers Reflections Excellent Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property and the Villa was large enough to accomodate 2 families. The location of the property is extremely central to the main hub of Surfers. An added bonus is that it is within walking distance to public transport going to all the theme parks. The bedrooms are all a generous size and the villa is fully airconditioned. The boys all enjoyed their time fishing from the outside deck and we all appreciated the awesome view especially the city lights at night. We would stay their again if we come to the Gold Coast in the future.

Difficult to get refund of bond
The property location is convenient and beautiful but home equipment is a bit out dated. I do not have much problem with the stay but the refund of bond. I gave my bank details for bond refund on 17/8 and was advised that it was refunded on 24/8. Checked the bank but no refund. Sent emails on 8 and 15/9, no response until 23 Sep accused of wrong bank account details for transfer. The bank account details was provided by my bank. She than asked for bank charges deduction for A$90 and refund to credit card instead. I agreed for the bank charges only provided with bank charge copy as evidence. Again failed to send me the bank charges copy but deduct A$109 from my bond for no evidence. I reserved the right to claim the unreasonable deduction from the owner of the rental property

Great position - 5 mins walk to Surfers shops/beach yet away from the hustle and bustle. Great facilities and great host. Stunning views of Surfers and the river. Can't wait to go back!

A wonderful stay, the home was beautifully presented. Clean and welcoming. Perfect holiday for the large family. The pool and outdoor entertaining areas private and luxurious . Local shops a short walk or drive, just fantastic. We will book this beautiful home again.

We had a wonderful time on the gold coast.. The property was so lovely, really set up well for Familys with children.. Short walk to Cavill ave and Main beach. The view at night is breath taking!!
