Despite the owner's prompt response to a heater in the sitting room and fixing hot water supply the following day and an offering of ¥3000 as compensation, it's a big disappointment. The bathroom was a disaster. The glass window and the washing basin had cracks , there was no air-conditioning or heat lamp and there was only a curtain separating the shower unit and the toilet. It's so tiny that there's no surface area on the washing basin. The microwave oven was terribly dirty. Besides, there's no lift, really not worth the money.

The apartment is very charming and well located. Akiko-san is very friendly and professional. The instructions to come are very helpful and the notes to visit the surroundings are very appreciable. Would recommend or come back with no second thoughts.
