Our custom furnished, newly painted, 5 bedroom/3 bathroom home (1 w/ king bed, 2 w/ queen beds and with two twin beds each) will comfortably accommodate 12 people. Located in a very safe area with beautiful surroundings, this one-story house is your perfect vacation spot. Neither adults nor children will ever get bored as you will be only minutes away from all attractions. You are guaranteed to have a great time! Too hot? Not a problem! The house has a screened, heated (optional) pool with a gorgeous pond view! Adjacent to the pool is a covered lanai with a table set for that quiet evening. (Baby guard screen surrounds the pool).The house has 4 smart TV's, a DVD player and WiFi. Leather sofa in your comfortable and welcoming living room, lovely breakfast nook in the kitchen, beautiful dining room -- all make your stay comfortable and convenient.

The beds we’re comfortable, house was nice and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was nice and clean ( pool cleaner came out during our stay) and we enjoyed having actual cable TV rather than Roku when we wanted to listen to the news or watch a program on rainy days.
The owners are great if you have any questions or concerns. We’ve rented this house before and hope to rent it again. Overall it was a very positive experience.

Enjoyed my stay, the residence was clean, the neighborhood was nice and was very thankful for the items provided by the owner. The communication was excellent. Lovely house it has everything one may need!

The house was beyond our expectations! Perfect distance from the parks and shopping centers! Alex and Katia were always great with replying to our concerns prior and after our visit. Definitely recommend this home! Thank you again!!!

This is a perfect place to stay with family and friends. Check-in was one of the easiest alarm systems we’ve had so far. The house was clean and the owners are very accommodating and respond very quickly to emails.

The location was great not a whole lot of traffic. The house was very nice but the furniture needs some improvement and so does the carpet.

The house was great for the 9 people we had in our party. But the beds are horrible. After a long day at Disney parks I would have liked to lay in a comfortable bed. We ended up going to buy toppers for the beds.

Lovely property, house was very clean, there was broken pool toys a floats piled on the pool deck so we just threw them away. Very responsive management company. I really loved the pool fence and door alarm for the pool door. Even though our kids are older it was nice to see and hear.

A couple of broken items in the fridge, and counter tops. I hope we don't get charged for those previous damages! Took photos before using anything

Having to go through the bathroom to get to the pool was challenging when you have 11 in the house. The dishwear was heavy for a youngster to carry, the fridge had 2 broken shelves on the side of the door. there was an issue with the A/C and I called they were there the next morning and took care of the issue, that was great! No one came to check the pool on the days that were specified and it was evident as it began to turn....It was nice having a pool hand and the kids enjoyed it..All in all it was a nice place and we had a great time...Thank you..

Lovely villa!
We stayed for over a month and had a wonderful time. House was nice and clean and beds were very comfortable. Alex and Katia are wonderful hosts and very quick to respond to questions.
We opted for the pool heat which was wonderful. You will love the close proximity to Publix, Walmart, and the parks.
We will definitely Italy be renting again.

Weekend getaway
Nice house for a weekend getaway. Everyone had plenty of space without being on top of each other. The pool was a little too cold but that was because of the poor weather beforehand.

Just what I wanted, My daughter & boyfriend came down for 6 days, the rest of the time I played golf or just hung out in the pool.

This house was great for groups of adults with 1king suite, 1 queen suite, additional queen and 2 rooms with twins which share a bath. We were a couple with 2 adult family members so it was nice that everyone had their own bath and adult sized beds.

The only complaint I have is there were very few wash clothes available and the ones that were available were filthy. I ended up going to Walmart and buying some for us to use. I would stay here again though!

We called maintenance about the air was not working and we went to eat and when we came back the air was working. We will definitely rent this property again. The price to rent the property was also excellent.

The floor plan was absolutely perfect for our family. We all felt like we were at home! The owners were fantastic to work with! We had a great time and all loved the house. Even the babies were saying they wanted to go to their "new yellow house 😅
