This lovely water front lake cottage at Burrill Lake on the NSW South Coast is a perfect holiday destination for a family or two couples. Features modern comfortable furnishings, modern kitchen with microwave and dishwasher and bathroom with double shower. Living areas include and 1 Smart TV and 1 large TV. Relax and unwind as soon as you arrive. Beds are made up with fresh linen and towels for both the Queen size beds in each bedroom. All you need to bring with you is your beach towels. There is a fold out double sofa bed and a fold out single bed also available (linen charges apply if these beds are needed). The property can sleep up to 5 Adults or a large family people. The house is spacious and modern with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with a double shower head, toilet and vanity. There's a large open plan living and dining area, laundry and spacious covered deck with outdoor setting, BBQ and beautiful views looking over Burrill Lake and up to Pigeon House Mountain. There is also plenty of off street parking available for your car and boat. The yard is fenced and now a cul de sac so this property is now pet friendly. LOCATION This lovely lake front cottage is close to all the amenities that Burrill Lake has to offer, its within walking distance of the beach, lake, local shops and café, only a 2 minute drive from Ulladulla and 5 minutes to Mollymook. Historic Milton is a 10 minute drive away. There are boat ramps available at Maria Avenue and Barker reserve. There is also a putt putt golf course available over the bridge. It is situated between the bottle shop and fish shop . LOCAL ATTRACTIONS Merro State Forest is a short distance away and is perfect for mountain bike riding and bushwalking. The South Coast has so much to offer with all the beautiful beaches, national parks and lakes. Get to know the kangaroos and birds at Pretty and Pebbly beaches. Depending on what time of the year your visiting you may be lucky enough to spot a whale (as they migrate North or South) or pod of dolphins. We have a minimum booking of 2 nights all year round except during the peak period of December and January where a 7 night minimum stay applies, over the Easter weekend, June Long Weekend and October Long Weekend we have a 3 night minimum stay. It really is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy all that the South Coast has to offer. Couples and Families only - NO PARTIES, NO SCHOOLIES and NO BUCKS WEEKENDS

The property itself was extremely clean, and has an unbeatable outlook onto the lake - extremely relaxing to sit on the balcony and soak it all up. Our dog loved the yard and the deck, which can protected from the sun and rain, so perfect when we went out and she stayed at the house.
However, we were disappointed that for the money we paid, there was no wifi provided (we had to buy data but couldn't get the dongle to connect - tough when you need to work), the TV only picks up ABC/SBS and the reception is patchy (shame not to be able to relax and watch a movie at the end of the day), and it's incredibly noisy with the trucks going past at all hours of the day and night - so a challenge for those who are light sleepers/trying to keep young children asleep.
Burrill Lake is such a beautiful part of the world, and we had a lovely holiday, just a few things in the house that could be improved to make it a more relaxing stay.

We travelled here with our teenage son and dog for a quick break before the madness of Xmas!
The property was spotless and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Yes, it is just off the highway between a bakery and a bottlo, but there was no noise or disturbance.
We all enjoyed sitting on the deck watching kayaks and SUP's going by - even our dog! The view was lovely.
No reason to fault this property - we'd stay again.

Having been down to Yarrawonga to play golf we left early due to wet weather.Steve was excellent accommodating us with an earlier check in. On arrival we were greeted with a lovely appointed place with an amazing view over the lake. The place was excellent for the fur babies with a good sized yard to run around in. We enjoyed the beaches and Ulladulla and Mollymook all nearby. Thanks Steve

Steve did all he could to make us comfortable, even proving a dongle so we could get internet. Beautiful spot. Clean house. Shame TVs don't pick up all channels.

We stayed for 5 nights at this wonderful property and definitely plan to be back. Our family of 4 plus doggo loved the space and set up and the property had everything we needed. The view is stunning and its location suited us perfectly. The lake is on the doorstep for paddleboarding and swimming, beach is a short walk away and dog friendly and having a bakery and bottleshop and first class fish and chips as neighbours, bbq on deck and a short stroll across the bridge to the supermarket meant we were well stocked and well fed too. Steve was an excellent host - super helpful and accomodating. Thanks Steve for a great stay!

I had the best weekend in a very long time. This property is beautifully maintained. It was so neat and meticulously clean. Had every essential looked after. The views were stunning, so peaceful and quiet, just what i needed. My dog, Bentley loved it as well. Had ample space for him indoors and outdoors. Every detail throughout the home was beyond my expectations. And the convenience of shops, cafe, bottle store, fish n chips, everything right at the door but yet maintaining the privacy and quietness that i love. I will definitely be going back sometime in future. The owner Steve, was excellent with his communication and a very good host. Thank you Steve. Just agreat experience overall.

Long weekend family getaway including the dog. Sunny afternoons spent on the deck, aircon keeps the indoors warm when the sun goes down and the winter chill sets in outside. Good size yard for the pup to run around in. One side of the fence is low so as not to impede the beautiful lake view so might not be appropriate for anyone with a fence jumper. Bakery next door has great coffee and pastries. Steve, the host, was very friendly and communicative. Definitely recommend.

It was just what we were looking for. A cosy comfy home with a perfect location..shops walking distance, and beautiful walking tracks.
The home had a lovely sized backyard and was pet friendly which our little dog loved.
We could not fault the place it was spacious and bright with a stunning location...

Had a fabulous getaway. Perfect location and well maintained fully fenced yards for the dogs. Photos don't do the house justice, everything we needed for a vacation.

Great location (and surprisingly quiet considering it’s so close to the highway), fabulous views and easy walking to a dog beach and an inlet perfect for kids. Fish and chips from a few doors down were divine and the coffee from the bakery is so good they had a line up every morning. Steve was very communicative and endeavoured to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

We had a peaceful and relaxing time in this well appointed home in a great location. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck just watching the lake. Walking distance to the lake and beach. Easy and enjoyable drive to many historic and picturesque towns up and down the coast.
Loved the security of the full property fencing for our 2 dogs.

coffee shop/bakery next door and great fish and chip shop and bottle shop. Beautiful outlook with birds and water at back verandah. Not too noisy but great for us as an older couple. Friendly check in .

property was very clean , dog friendly which our Labrador loved the kids loved playing with the basket ball ring , there's a bakery next door and one of the best fish and chips shops that I have been to , plenty of fishing spots and a nice deck to enjoy a bbq in the arvos, it is right next to the highway where if your not a heavy sleeper can be a bit loud but I would book and stay again . owner was very easy to communicate with and friendly

Excellent location, the bakery and fish and chips shops were close by and excellent. The house space was excellent, including the decking. The BBQ needs updating and WIFI should be added. We would definitely return to stay. Steve was an excellent host and communication was very easy. We recommend the house to visit very one. Cheers

We had a lovely stay at Steve’s house. Steve was friendly in the lead up, the house was pristine and conveniently located next to the amazing new bakery. We brought my parents small dog and the fenced yard was perfect.

We are a bit cautious about it being just off the Princes Hwy but the location turned out to be fabulous with awesome coffee/bakery, f&c one side and bottle shop the other. It was quiet in the evenings and we hardly noticed the traffic during the day as all the living is out the back overlooking the lake and Budawangs. My daughter with her broken leg appreciated the front ramp too and my son could scooter out front easily. We’ll be back!

Great place to stay
Property was well looked after, clean and actually looked even better in person. Great location and we enjoyed walking to a few fishing spots near by. Steve was easy to get along with and such an accomodating host. We loved our stay and will be back.
