My first like is the host. She and her son were just wonderful people. Guess what? They were my family's chauffeur on the first day. I requested for a early check-in and got it. Breakfast was wonderful, buffet. The rooms were very comfortable and there is a kitchen to microwave your food or get some utensils for personal use. A regional train station is close by but it's not very busy.

For travellers, you need a car to get there and move around. My family relies mostly on taxis and as you can imagine, it wasn't cheap. We used the regional train on the first day, it's hours in between the schedule and not cool for our plans, so our only option is taxi.

The owner of this B&B was very nice and helpful. She gave us many tips concerning (restaurants, places, sights etc.) and made our trip more pleasant. I would love to come back and really recommend this place to any type of traveler!

Nothing, it was the most horrible experience with booking/any rented accommodation in my life, I needed another vacation after this stay

I thought I am booking 15 square meters room with a garden view because that's what the description on Booking said. However, the room was tiny (see photo) and had no window at all. There was air conditioning in the room, but it was still smelling very bad from all the moisture there. I was very surprised by these conditions and I asked the owner if there was a mistake and I can get a normal room. Note that the owner refuses to speak English, but with a lot of gestures and writing on the sheet of paper she explained me that the other rooms cost 3 times more and I 'pay nothing' so that's what it is. The price for the room was actually the same as I was paying for very beautiful locations in the same area (Trapani and Palermo). So I politely asked for cancellation and refund. She got extremely angry and called her son, who luckily spoke English and offered me some refund for the upcoming nights, still not the full price. I wanted to move out right away, but had a kitesurfing class booked and could not move out in 10 minutes as the owner insisted (if you stay later than 10, you have to pay for one more day). So I kept the booking for one more night hoping I can just fall asleep late and tired after the day of kitesurfing. When I came back late in the evening and was sitting on the terrace (unbearable to sit in the room because of humidity) the owner started shouting at me again in Italian. I could not understand what she means and was scared, but I offered to use google translate. She refused and kept shouting at mean and looking very angry. I felt extremely insecure and had to lock myself in the room. The next morning when I was leaving she shouted at me again in Italian. I asked what it means and she said 'google', I am pretty sure it was offense. She was, however, very nice to the guests paying for the 'expensive room' and even wore a mask when talking to them (as per corona regulations).

The owners were very friendly. You can park for free right in front of the house. The location is great. It's a 5-minute drive to Saline de Marsala.

I had a single room, so it was very small. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and it was quite noisy.
