We stayed in this home last year also. The rooms looked freshly painted and there was a new refrigerator. The living room furniture could use some updating. The couch is extremely uncomfortable. Also the internet only worked for about 5 days out of the 2 weeks we were there .

we go to naples every year (not 2021 re:covid) and stay near mercato shopping center to be near naples velo. I have friends I used to race bicycles with who do group rides that start close to shop. my partner also has friends who winter there she does stuff with. GOOD RESTAURANTS, too.

Great location, loved the backyard especially.
Close to Vanderbilt and Delnor Wiggins Beach. The place has everything you’d need - beach towels, umbrella, chairs, Tupperware for a picnic, we even took advantage of the kiddie pool for our little one during one afternoon.

The house is in good condition and is dog friendly. There is a fenced yard which was very useful for the times we needed to slip out. The property is close to the beach and also has a Trader Joe’s close by :-)

A short stay in a Naples Vrbo unit...
Overall our stay was pleasant! We did experience check in difficulties at the last minute but the owner responded favorably and resolved them! The was advertised as two beds in one room and queen size bed in the other bedroom two beds were actually one king bed.

Nice little place to crash for the week
We found this place very nice to stay for the week we were in Naples. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice. Access was pretty good considering the general chaos that is Naples traffic. The residence is essentially an apartment along a larger house but has its own driveway and access. We heard a bump one evening from the people next door, other than that, we didn't even know they were there. Easy access to several beaches and dining. Took a few minutes to get to downtown Naples, but we also weren't jammed in a hotel room while we weren't out doing things or on the beach. This is by no means a 5 star resort, but it is a great place for a family of 4 to crash for the week. The amenities were decent. It could use a little basic maintenance for little things like doors that don't latch and an open ceiling light junction box that took away from the overall appeal. Communication with the agent was good. We have stayed at other HomeAway properties with family members, but this was our first time booking by ourselves. It was a little daunting at first, but Mr. Borremans worked with us to get through it.
The only real issue we had was with the rental bikes offered in the property listing. In fairness, we didn't "order" them until just before we left for the trip but, we didn't locate them on the neighbor's back porch until evening of the second day we were there. We had plans the rest of the trip and were not able to use them at all. It was a waste of money for us. Not really a fault of the property, but an issue with the trip in general.
The photos accurately show the residence. However, the beach access is at least a half mile away and is in no way connected to the property.
Overall, It was a nice little budget place to stay in what is otherwise a very expensive area. Again, not a 5 star resort, but a comfortable place to use as home base for vacation activities.

very good
Nice accommodations. We had two very minor issues that we needed help with, the owner was very helpful. Not only did he resolve the issues but he recommended several areas to visit one of which was Delnor State Park. Nice beach area very close to the house. It was a pleasure renting from him.

great stay in comfortable home
We had a great time staying in the Beach house. The rooms are roomy, the kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer/dryer which is great when you are travelling. The beach can be easily reached by bikes, which are supplied. The beaches in Naples are very beautiful, and the sea is clear. Last but not least, mr. Borremans is a good host who will make sure you will enjoy your stay. All in all very recommendable!

We had an amazing stay
If your vacationing in Naples my partner & I highly recommend a stay at Joseph’s Beach Walk. The newly remodeled two bedroom apartment had everything you could imagine. First & foremost a one mile bike ride to one of the best beaches in the world, Eleanor Wiggins. Joe supplies the bikes but we also walked a couple times. We were vacationing with another couple and the place was just outstanding. I cook a lot and what a pleasure the large kitchen was. Every convenience and appliance you could dream of. The outdoor patio got plenty of siting time from all of us in the shade of tall pines with all the privacy anyone could ask for. We did have to call Joe because the icemaker stopper working (I think we made too many margarita’s lol) and Joe responded the next day by meeting a repairman himself to solve to lack of ice issue. Our party continued flawlessly thru the week. There was on large problem, we had to leave! No worries, we found our place in Naples now. TY again Joe!

Basic no frills unit
The properties in this area are marketed as within walking distance of the beach but it is a 30 min. walk and not an option if you have several things to bring with you for your beach stay. This unit is nice but nothing to brag about. The twin beds in the second bedroom are not suitable for adults. The backyard is fenced and great for your pets but it is not kept up well or landscaped. The owner is not receptive enough to the needs of his renters.

Very nice place to stay in a good location
We only stayed three nights but were satisfied with the property, its location cleanness and professional manner in which our host transmitted a complete package about tv stations, security arrangements etc.
The only negative that we had was that we couldn't get the thermostat to go any lower than 76 degrees at in the evening and that was too warm for comfortable sleeping. To be fair we did not contact our host about because we thought we could get the temp lower by our selves.
