The breathtaking garden gives a sense of tranquility and relaxation (although there might be some dog barking from the houses in the neighborhood). The bougainvillea and two sky reaching palm trees are the center piece of the house welcoming the visitor with its elegance and grace. Lovely beaches and bays. The bus stop terminal to the Airport or Athens located at the end of the street on Vravrona Avenue. Located in the quiet part of Artemis., 13 km fm Athens Int. Airport. An exclusive resort is next door, 2 mini markets at the end of the street as for goddess' Artemis Temple, the Archaeological site and the unique Museum is only 2 km away. All located in the quiet part of Artemis. An excellent place to spend a few days for either pleasure or business and even if you are either a Marathoner or just a runner the avenue is perfect for a good spin as it leads to a perfect vast plain and valley cutting through the long superb picturesque country side with green rolling hills most suitable for a long run. The apartment includes two double bedrooms with built it wardrobes, 2 sofas out of which one opens to a double bed both located in the living room area. Brand new aluminum windows double glass and window screens all over the house and a fire place. Fully equipped kitchen, TV, A/C, iron board and steam iron, family bathroom, Wireless internet (WiFi) is available. Barbecue area is available. The huge terrace balconies all around the house and electrical awnings gives one the opportunity to sit outside for breakfast, lunch or dinner enjoying the view. Apart from being close to the Athens International Airport (13km), Rafina port is also close ( 13km, ships to Andros, Tinos, Mykonos islands etc.), and of course the famous Marathon region is 29 km away. Shops, supermarkets, night-clubs, fish taverns in walking distance. Athens city center and Acropolis is 30 minutes by car or 45 minutes by public transport. 15 minutes away by car in town of Artemis, the area is full of beach bars, coffee bars, restaurants / taverns and clubs. We had a very nice stay at this accomodation. Our host was very helpful and took good care of us. The unit has everything needed for a family vacation. A true home away from home. Accomodation is near all needed ammenities, beach and restaurants. A rental car did come in handy though. The property has off street secure parking for the rental car which is a must in Greece.

This was mine and my family's first time staying in the Vravrona area and found it to be very nice and convenient. We were close to the airport, beaches, taverns and a neighborhood market. There was also an archaiological site and museum a mere 5 minute drive away worth visiting!
We were pleased to find the home stocked with basic necessities and more, also the beds were comfortable. The home has a beautiful veranda with various seating options, including a large outdoor dining table perfect for use after grilling. My family and I rather enjoyed sitting out there surrounded by the beautiful plants and flowers, having coffee or dinner.
Our host Vicki was quite lovely, she was very helpful and available if we needed anything and offered suggestions to nearby must sees. Milo, Vicki's dog was adorable and very well behaved! I am a frequent visitor to Greece and loved staying at this location and very much hope to rent it again in the future!

Vicki was extremely helpful and making sure we have everything we need!
She even waited for us with a small amount of groceries that came in so handy after a long trip.

Vicky is really nice and welcome our group of 5 stayed at her home, she stays upstair so if we need help she's always available! But I have to be honest to write my review to help the guests booking the place knowing what they're looking for. This property is a walking distance to the beach if your plan is spending time at the beach for your vacation then its excellent choice but it you want to spend time in the city to explore Athens then this is not the place, it's too far from the city, We took Bus then transfer to Metro to get to the city, one way, roughly 1.5 hour to 2 hours in the sun, no AC on the Bus which is torturing in summer.
Inside the house, only AC in the living room, no AC in the two bedrooms so it kinda hot and humid, hard to sleep!
I wish that we got AC in the bedroom as well.
There are only a few restaurants in the surrounding area, but you can get foods in mini market nearby.
Beside that, everything was very nice and the Host is a plus! Thanks Vicky for sharing your beautiful place with our group!

Repeat Visitors
This was the second time in a few years that we found ourselves needing accommodation in this area and we did not hesitate to book this residence again. The homeowner, Vicki, is very easy to deal with and will not hesitate to assist in any way possible- which included helping us solve an error with our COVID tests when we needed someone fluent in Greek to help get the situation rectified.
The rental is homey and large with everything needed to be comfortable, including both indoor and outdoor spaces.
Once again we were impressed with the proximity to grocers, public transportation, beach areas and even the Archeological Site and Museum of Vravrona, (definitely worth a visit).

Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah am strand ca 400m. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und wohnt in der oberen Wohnung. das ist sehr praktisch wenn man irgendwelche Fragen hat.

Perfekt
Der Aufenthalt war ganz hervorragend. Vicki ist extrem hilfreich und hat uns in allen Belangen unterstĂŒtzt. Wir sind mit dem Bus an zwei Tagen nach Athen rein gefahren und haben die anderen Tage am Strand verbracht. Restaurants und LebensmittelgeschĂ€fte sind fuĂlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Rundum weiter zu empfehlen.

Lovely Apartment, Fabulous Location
Vicki runs a very tidy two bedroom home with absolutely everything needed to be completely self sufficient. The garden has a wonderful seating area for a meal or cup of tea or coffee and her friendly dog Milo is always happy to keep you company.
The apartment could not have a better location, there are 2 small grocers at the end of the quiet street, a bus stop a 2 minute walk away, and restaurants within an easy walk...The Fish Tavern is quite amazing.
Any communication with Vicki is painless and it is a pleasure speaking and dealing with this lovely lady.

PERFECT for our final stop in Greece!
Our host, Vicki, was such a blessing to my daughter and I! Communication with her was prompt and always willing and helpful. The home was wonderfully clean (VERY important to me) and comfortable. Her outdoor patios and landscaping are truly lovely and inviting! We spent time relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings every day. It was a HUGE plus that she has a neighbor who is a taxi driver for the Artemis area (formerly known as âLoutsaâ, so this is what you will hear the locals call it.) He was always at the same price or cheaper than other taxis, plus he does his best to prioritize Vickiâs guests and their needs - if you can give him some advance notice, it works great! Check out is at 10:30am (she had guests immediately following us) and our flight home was a late night flight, so Vicki (and her driver contact) went BEYOND the extra mile to help us out and meet our needs, THANK YOU sooo much! Youâre amazing!
This bnb was the final of 4 stops for us in Greece. It was truly the PERFECT stop for our final 6 days there! We went in to Athens city center for one day, but we spent the remainder of our time enjoying the beach and the sights and the people of the area...oh, did I mention the beach, LoL?! Wow! There is a resort hotel just a 3-minute walk away that boasts a touch of paradise for a beach! We happen to be in Greece at the end of tourist season (September 30, we were told), so it was not packed with people everywhere...very, VERY nice! We spent a few absolutely wonderful days there. :D We also took advantage of being closer to a couple more archaeological temples and went to the Temple of Artemis (5-10 minutes away) and the Temple of Poseidon (~40 minutes away, but itâs even farther from Athens.)
Another GREAT asset about the location of this bnb is thereâs a little supermarket just down the block AND a great place to shop for gifts/souvenirs (we bought some in Athens city center, but we found this shop to offer a very nice selection of gifts, plus prices ranged from a few items being comparable to Athens to being much less than city center)....both the store and gift shop are just a 1-2 minute walk from the home.
All in all, we definitely had a WONDERFUL time in this lovely home and area, and appreciated all of Vickiâs care and kind helpfulness to both of us.

Our first stay in Greece
The flat was clean and nice and included every Thing we needed. There were mosquito nets on every window. The garden was very beautiful. The beach, two markets, the worth seeing temple of Artemis plus museum and a very good restaurant were in walking distance. Other beaches and Restaurants as well as Athens can be reached by bus - so we did not need a car. Vicki was always there if we needed something or had any question...we are very pleased to get to know her! We had a wonderful time and will surely come back one day!

Comfortable homely garden apartment
A spotlessly clean comfortable homely apartment with a pretty garden and cool veranda . Itâs near the local beach and the beautiful Artemida Temple site. Excellent cheap bus service to Athens at the end of the road and a well stocked mini market. The owner Vicki who lives upstairs is very kind and helpful , she has a large and friendly dog . Itâs a perfect place for a family holiday, youâll have lots of fun.

A stay at Vicki's villa
We (a couple of French tourists + 2 children) spent one week at Vicki's villa and we really enjoyed our stay there. Vicki was always pleased to answer our questions about activities, shoping or Greek way of life.
The villa is nice, clean and full of flowers and trees.
If you're a runner, no problem, just go down the hill, reach the countryside and enjoy.
If you like nature or bird watching, take the same way and you will find what you expect. I took nice pictures of birds in the little protected area nearby, along the see.
We were so close from Athens, Poseidon temple, nice beaches and lovely ports. And by the way very close from the airport.

The apartment is one of two, it truly is home from home with two good sized bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchen and living room. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, cooking pots, etc there may not be a microwave but who will use one here. What there is here is a juicer and with orange trees in the garden and Vicki's permission to pick resulted in the freshest orange juice. A lovely home,not a house and now will lead me to consider homeaway for future stays. Vicki's lovely accommodation is just 5 mins from the dolce Riviera hotel complex, 10 mins to beach, 15 mins to vravorona, and 45 mins walking on road to Artemis temple and museum. Take a bus from the stop 1 minute away, tickets from ok supermarket and you can explore the local area, Saint Nicholas worth a visit, you can even catch a bus to Athens, an hour away.we didn't test it as we arrived from Athens. A perfect place for a longer stay?

"Fast wie Zuhause"
Wir waren zu viert und fĂŒr 4 Tage bei Vicky zu Gast. Sie hat sich rĂŒhrend um uns gekĂŒmmert und war jederzeit fĂŒr WĂŒnsche und Fragen ansprechbar. Um das Appartement befindet sich ein toller Garten, in dem wir die Limetten fĂŒr den einen oder anderen "Havana" direkt vom Baum pflĂŒcken konnten :-)..Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet, die Lage sehr ruhig und 10 min vom Strand entfernt. Sogar ein eigener Parkplatz direkt am Haus, der durch ein groĂes Tor gesichert war, stand uns zur VerfĂŒgung, Eigentlich gibt es nur eins zu sagen...Vicky, vielen Dank, es waren schöne 4 Tage bei dir.

Every penny that we spent worth for this accommodation
My dear Vicki, what a fantastic host you are! I will never forget you. Your house is very clean and very convenient for public transport. I stayed there with my husband and two girls. This house is very reasonable size for us. It has all the facilities that any one except for. We did not hire any vehicles. But we went to Athens by using public transport. It was very easy to access from this place and also not very far. Vicki is not only a great host but also good navigator too. She explained to us where to go and how to go. That help us to explore the great archeological city of Athens. We have very good memories to cherish this holiday thanks to Vicki. I have no hesitation to recommend this accommodation to anyone who prefer to explore Athens and also to stay away from the busy city. Beautiful beaches around this house to stroll in the evening. Last but not least Vicki is a great host with a beautiful heart . Girls miss her adorable dog Milo . Vicki I get this opportunity to thank you for being a good caring host.

Our stay was great. The house was clean and included everything we needed from plates to salt. The hose is located in a quiet area and there are two markets where you can buy food and important things (f.e. sunscreen...). The sea is very close and the beach is nice and if you want you can rent for example umbrellas. Vicky is a very nice host and was always available for us. She helped with every problem we had. We can totally recommend you to visit this place.

This was definitely your traditional Greek home away from home . Loved it!!!
After travelling around for over a month and a half, it was awesome to be able to come to this house. I was welcomed in with open arms, Vicki was always happy to go above and beyond for any need if necessary, lovely clean and appealing rooms and facilities. It is just down the road from a mini mart, and only 5 min walk from beach.
If I come back to Greece, Iâd defiantly be staying here again.

A lovely house and garden near the beach.
This beautiful house and garden is well situated not far from the sea (in walking distance) and in a quiet neighbourhood. The garden is so beautiful with nice palmtrees and flowers everywhere. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. We had a superb host Vicki who was always available to help out and gave us some tips to visit (ex. the museum nearby and beautiful Porto Rafti ).
We rented a car at the airport but there is also the bus which bring you at the end of the street...we took the bus to visit Athens...so no problem to fiind a parkingplace. We had a very pleasant stay and have the intention to return.

Fantastic Apartment Full Of Charm
My daughter and I stayed in this wonderful apartment. It was very clean with everything in pristine condition. We had a great time with the beach within walking distance and the bus terminal at the end of the street, which took us into the centre of Athens and to the airport on our departure. Our host was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. I can highly recommend this wonderful property and the lovely lady owner for your next holiday. Definitely 5 stars all round!!!
