Two bathrooms, Two separate living areas, upstairs and downstairs, so kids can entertain themselves upstairs while the adults enjoy themselves downstairs (if you need a break) :) Easy walking distance to Cafes, Restaurants, Bars, and Beaches. (120metres to Cowes child friendly beach, 700metres to Cowes central.) Undercover Alfresco Area with heater and/or fire pit - BYO firewood/coals, Large Weber Family Q BBQ (hooked to mains gas). Basketball ring on large concreted area, Swing set for the younger children. Huge backyard with room for kids to run around, kick the footy, play backyard cricket etc. Beautiful Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave and dishwasher. LOCAL ATTRACTIONS: Discover beaches, wildlife and many family attractions on a little island with a big reputation. Explore the natural wonders of land and sea, including the Penguin Parade, The Nobbies, Wildlife parks, partake in fishing charters, or go on a wildlife cruise from the Cowes Jetty. All within close proximity to Cowes Central Beach House. Activities are plentiful on the island; Learn to surf at Smiths Beach, take the kids to 'A Maze'N Things' theme park, visit the 'Trout and Bush Tucker farm, have a hit of golf, rev it up at the Go-Kart track which is a miniaturized replica of the GP circuit. Head to the Phillip Island airport where helicopter scenic flights are available, sky-diving or visit the National Vietnam Veterans Museum. Treat yourself to a great selection of Restaurants and gourmet eateries. Head to Panny's Chocolate Factory or visit the 'Rusty Water' Brewery, the choices are yours. Rev Heads: Smell the burning rubber and hear the engines roar at an international motorcycle or car racing championship.

Booked the house to have some old friends come together to celebrate a 40th bday and the house was perfect for the age of the kids and a relaxing time away. Well equiped and close to everything. Very clean and well maintained.

The house was fantastic - well equipped and spacious and within easy walking distance of the beach and the shops. We loved the table tennis table, the basketball hoop and the huge backyard. There was something for everyone and we had a wonderful extended family holiday together. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much Steve. Communication with you was quick and easy.

Good property.Stairs to go upstairs are steep.One of my friend slipped while coming from upstairs to down stairs.
To avoid it happening a railing should be installed on the wall& also non skid strip can be installed on the stairs.Warning should be mentioned on the listing & also near the stairs, so to avoid happening to others.đź‘Ť

The location of the property and the layout was great but that’s where is stopped. The property was quite disappointing due to the fact that it needs a thorough clean. All the cupboards and vanities need wiping out and under furniture all needs to be vacuumed. The furniture and furnishings need updating. The linen and towels are old and need updating, (although we took our own doonas and towels). Finger marks on windows and doors. The showers and toilets had not been cleaned properly. The oven needed cleaning. Unfortunately I would not recommend this property in the state that it’s in.

This holiday house had so much to keep everyone entertained over the weekend. There was plenty of backyard cricket and basketball played by the older grandchildren and the little ones loved the play equipment. The beach and shops were an easy walk away.
Steve was brilliant to deal with.
Older people need to be aware that the stairs are quite steep but luckily the main bedroom is on the ground floor(for us oldies!)

We were an extended family of 10 staying at this property and there was more than enough room for children and adults.
Perfect location, right across from the beach and an easy short walk to the main strip.

This house was very family friendly, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped, the stove and oven worked very well. The close proximity to the shops, beach and attractions was very convenient when you have little ones.
There was plenty of entertainment to occupy the kids indoors when it rained; air hockey, table tennis, games console, Netflix and plenty of toys. And once the sun was out, the was penalty of room in the backyard to kick the ball around, as well as a huge kids play set and basketball hoop.
Steve was very accommodating to our needs and replied to all messages very promptly, and always in a friendly manner.
I highly recommend this property.

Was a great house to have my family and friends, close to the shops and restaurant. We gave a lovely experience, house is with everything you need to have a good holiday. Clean and tidy. We definitely staying there if we are that way.

Wonderful place for our family get together, great location close to the beach and Cowes, well equipped kitchen, plenty of space inside and a big back yard, very family orientated with loads of different games and activities to do for the whole family, definitely recommend.

Great house with everything you need. A little hot in the upstairs bedrooms but apart from that everything was there. Close to the beach and town centre.

Top notch location and facilities
Our third time back to Steve’s property was delightful as always. Communication with the host is very prompt and responsive, and easy to deal with.
Location is great - just down the road from Cowes central and a street back from the side beach.
Facilities such as the play set in the huge backyard, as well as the table tennis and pool table were well enjoyed by the kids. Wifi internet and Netflix is provided.
Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and tableware for a large group. Split system cooling in then main areas is good especially in summer.

Fabulous house for families
We had a brilliant weekend away. There were three families each with 2 young children- the house was perfect for us: very spacious with plenty of room to spread out, very clean and tidy and the beds were super comfy. The back yard was more like a field!! Brilliant location- so close to the beach and shops. Overall it was superb and great value for money. Steve was fabulous to deal with- very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!!
