This stack is completed. This beautiful condo has a comfortable king size bed and sofa bed**Central A/C*Fully equipped kitchen**Newly remodeled kitchen with new cabinets* granite counters*full size refrigerator and dishwasher* Free in room Internet/WiFi*Provided by the HOA* Stay at a destination resort and enter into in the tropical resort through a beautiful open lobby. Enjoy the oceanfront main pool, jacuzzi, the garden pool or sunbathing on the beach in a chaise lounge. Kaanapali Shores offers amenities including a health club, beauty salon, gift shop, outdoor massage, children's programs, onsite DVD rental kiosk, activities desk and concierge services-plus our guests do not pay a resort fee (guests booked through Aston do). Just beyond the resort gates there is a shopping center, with a supermarket, coffee shop, restaurants/bars, dive shop, gift shop, and more. Just down the street there is a farmer's market and natural food store--and no trip to Maui is complete without sampling the local farmer's fruit and produce. Per Hawaiian Law, there is no smoking in vacation rentals or on the lanais (balconies). Daily or interim maid service (including daily coffee and shampoo) is NOT included with this rental. There is NO resort fee with this rental but there is an additional fee for parking on site (covered parking is available). Check out time is 11 in the morning on the last date of your stay range. TAX The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 17.962%. Excise tax is 4.172% and Transient Tax is 13.25% effective as of November 1, 2021 to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation (Subject to change). (The higher rate of 17.962% applies to all departures starting 1/1/2024 regardless of when the property was booked. We absolutely loved this unit. After a 6 hour flight and several more hours waiting for bags, getting groceries and driving from the airport, we couldn’t have asked for a better condo. Traveling with a 7 month old and 10 year old is not always easy and as soon as we opened the door we felt right at home. The unit is spotlessly clean, the beds (king and sofa) were very comfortable, the lanai, ocean view and first floor location were perfect. It’s a good thing the pools closed at 8pm, otherwise our 10 year old might never have gone to bed. The pools are literally steps from the unit. Also, there is a pocket door separating the kitchen from the bedroom/bathroom. It was a wonderful surprise that gave us extra buffer when our 7 month old was asleep in the bedroom. The only thing we didn’t have was more vacation time to stay on Maui. We all agreed we’d be back. Extra kudos to Fereshteh for being an exceptionally responsive and helpful host. When you visit please keep in mind that West Maui is still raw and hurting from the August fires. We led with respect and kindness and we were met with Aloha.

Fereshteh was super-quick to respond to our inquiries due to a rental pivot. She was able to arrange for a quick cleaning which allowed us to check-in early. The condo was spacious, clean, and well-stocked. We especially loved being able to walk out to the beach every night to watch the sunset. Overall, one of our most relaxing vacations in Maui!

What an amazing trip. This is our 3rd time to Maui, but our first time saying in Kaanapali Shores. It is in a great location, and has everything you need on property or within walking distance. We saw whales everyday from the beach, and spent tons of time playing in the pool. What an amazing time. The condo is well equipped, quiet, and has a view of the ocean from the lanai and the bedroom. Great trip.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The complex seems to be a bit older, but the condo was nice and had everything we needed. We liked having a ground floor unit with washer/dryer inside. There is a smaller beach area in front of the complex that appears during low tide. Otherwise, it’s rocky. But the neighboring complex has a larger beach area that is adjoined and just steps from this one. It’s also an easy walk to the boardwalk and the larger Ka’anapali beach area. Restaurants and a grocery store are in short walking distance too. Overall, we’d look at staying here again next time we visit Maui.

Great location with a view of the water, easy access from parking lot and walk right out to the beach. It says it sleeps 4 but it’s very small. We had 3 for a couple days and it was a little crowded, but I’d stay here again with just 2 of us

We rented 2 suites at this resort for a family vacation. Our adult children stayed in this one. Great resort. Spacious suite. Beautiful beach. A few minor issues that our kids didn’t tell us about with the room and when reported, owner was a bit defensive because we didn’t tell her on day 1. Not a deal breaker for staying there but the tone was not what I would expect from a VRBO owner. All the reviews are 5 stars. Ours isn’t just because of the emails. Otherwise great spot!

Unit is in a great location on the property, extremely close to the pool. Clean and well furnished. Very responsive owner. Short walk to beach as property itself has a rocky shoreline. Good variety of shopping and restaurants in close proximity to resort. Nice to have pools (garden pool is lovely), bar, and restaurant in center of property.

The unit is outstanding. It is large and spacious, private with a great view. Waking up to the sounds of the ocean are magnificent. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai having dinner, coffee, or a cocktail. Fereshteh was responsive and very accomodating. Overall, a great vacation experience.

This unit was perfect for our needs. My one complaint is the living room arear TV. There is a big, open living room with a couch on one side and this little tiny tv all the way on the other. TV's are too inexpensive not to have one a bit bigger that you can actually watch. Either way I will be back.

We stayed with our 1.5 year old and loved walking right out to play the grass and enjoyed being just a short way from the beach and pool. The condo had boogie boards, beach chairs and pool/beach toys. The pools were beautifully redone and perfect for all ages. It was a close walk to food trucks, restaurants and a beautiful oceanfront boardwalk. Communication with the owner was easy and our stay was perfect. Would absolutely recommend!

This place really is just steps away from the beach with all the conveniences of home. The resort is great with nice pools and hot tubs, plus a picturesque walking path near the family pool. We loved being on the ground floor and walking right out to all the amenities. Very smooth interaction with the manager and check-in was a breeze.

First time visitors to Hawaii. We have a 3 yr old and I absolutely loved that it was the ground floor so I could open the doors and she could play in the yard. The Easter Bunny even came! Was able to park in a lot in the back right next to the unit. Grounds and pool were beautiful. So many little fish ponds! Small beach area but def had enough sand to entertain the kiddo. We felt safe and lots of local restaurants nearby but it's kinda far from the airport where walmart and more chain style restaurants are. Loved the road to Hanna but again it's kinda far, but I will say I saw nothing in those areas as far as resorts that I would have wanted to stay in so I think we made the right choice. Decor wasn't what I would pick but it was fine and things were in good condition. Appreciated the vase for flowers that we bought. Could use a pitcher for coolaide/tea. Bed was comfy. Water could have been hotter in the tub at times. If I wanted to return to the area I would absolutely stay here again.
