Nestled in Saint-Leu, this lovely villa for $411 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This villa, located in Piton Saint-Leu, is ideal for 8 vacationers. It offers 4 bedrooms, a private pool open all year, an enclosed garden and WiFi. The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi, a radio, a DVD player and a Hi-Fi. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 10 or outside, on the terrace, in the garden or on the balcony. The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 4 including a double bed, Several bathrooms are available, one with a shower and one with a toilet and a bathtub. The villa features air conditionning, a dressing room, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, a dryer and a washing machine. Note that the cleaning, towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee. A tourist tax of 2 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival. Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. L'accueil par les propriétaires a été chaleureux et bienveillant. La maison était très propre. Les pièces sont vastes; les salles de douche et de bain très grandes; idem le salon du haut, la cuisine et la terrasse. La piscine est confortable. La vue sur l'océan exceptionnelle. Alix et Roseleine sont très chaleureux. La maison d'un grand confort était très propre. Tous les équipements en cuisine étaient disponibles pour cuisiner; ce que nous avons fait plusieurs fois. La literie est confortable; petit bémol, changer les alèses qui sont trop bruyantes! La piscine est très propre. Le parking est privé.
