Ich komme gern wieder :)

Es war alles sehr stimmig. Ganz wunderbares Hotel. Die Lage ist perfekt, da man schnell überall ist.

Für meinen Geschmack war die Musik am Pool etwas laut und nicht passend für Ruhe und Erholung. Es glich eher einem Beachclub (was es auch ist). Dennoch alles sehr schön.

Excellent Séjour

Le confort et la taille des chambres L'ambiance chill et détendue. Les playlists Le restaurant est excellent. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner très très bon. Le personnel adorable. Des prises USB disponibles pour recharger, pas disponible partout en Indonésie.

Une version adult only serait bien mieux.

Schönes Hotel direkt am Strand

Sehr schickes kleines Beachresort, wo es viel ums "Gesehen werden" geht. Die Übernachtungsgäste haben Vorrang bei Day Beds und im Restaurant. Im hinteren Bereich gibt es einen Pool mit Poolbar, den nur die Hotelgäste nutzen dürfen. Wir haben hier nur geluncht, wenn wir einen Strandtag hatten. Essen war lecker. Zimmer waren ausreichend groß. Es gab morgens und abends zwei Flaschen Wasser vom Hotel, sehr nett! Im Hotel waren viele Familien (Überwiegend Australier) mit Kindern.

Frühstück und Abendessen ist verhältnismäßig sehr teuer und nicht wirklich gerechtfertigt: Den Sonnenuntergang bieten andere Beachbars auch, hinzu kommen stets Tax und Service Fee, die ziemlich hoch waren.

Hard to get day bed at the front as public can access them as well as guests.

Never going back

Location was good, staff were great, looked good in photos.

Bed was just 2 singles pushed together, super uncomfortable. Bathroom constantly smelled of sewage. No proper balustrade on balcony so we couldn’t use it because we had our 1yr old with us. Shelves weren’t secure properly so when items were placed on there it fell down and broke. Way way over priced for what it is, food and drink was ridiculously expensive compared to elsewhere

can’t beat this location

The location! So nice to be able to lay by the pool in front of the beach and pick beach or pool to swim in. Staff were friendly, the food and drinks are good also.

A fantastic stay at a terrific resort

Everything was fabulous the room the facilities the staff the beach the pool the food ( mostly) all super fantastic! The back pool was awesome escape when you felt like having less people around. The beanbags for beach sunset with fire pit was lovely. Lovely finish to a great holiday.

Only one small dislike at dinner my meal came after my Husband had finished his and then it was wrong meal so sent back. Another 15 mins later arrived and only 25% discount! Not given as a complimentary meal given I ate 45 minutes after my husband finished his meal!

the location is awesome, the front pool and restaurant area is great but then there is the rear pool more for just guests to go use. the beach is only steps away. The staff were great

guest got no better service then walk ins of the beach. charged same prices and no preference shown for those who paid decent coin to stay there

The best time at Ohanas

The hotel was fresh and clean, with lovely decor. All the staff were so kind and helpful for anything you need. special shout-out to Sam who went the extra mile during our stay. The food and drinks were a good price and very enjoyable. The atmosphere is the best on the island and definitely the most popular. I had a birthday celebration and everyone made me feel so special. The sunsets here are always amazing.

The beach beds were sometimes damp after the rain due to the material but an easy fix.

Relaxing beach resort, great atmosphere

Excellent relaxing resort 👌 right on the beach. Nice music 🎶 atmosphere and drinks. Also good place as a base to explore Nusa Lembongan and go snorkeling 👍🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️

Best hotel with amazing vibe, service and food

The hotel is amazing, staff, food, environment, everything is top, I hope we can be back soon. They arranged everything for us at all times and we where so happy to be there.

amazing location, really helpful staff and beautiful place to be. really couldn’t ask for more. ohana has to be the best place to stay at Nusa Lembongan by far.!! we will definitely be back. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were so friendly. Occy & Aria especially a big thank you!

the bathroom in our room had really dirty grout tiles that looked like they needed to bleached or something but our room itself was spectacular.

Superb

The location is great, very central, and the rooms were immaculate and nicely decorated and had everything you need. The staff were all helpful and accommodating. There are two pools - one at the beach club and the other at the back of the resort for guests only so you have the choice for some quiet or a more lively experience - both were great. We managed to get beach front lounges on our final day - that was a great spot! We loved the fire pit on the beach at sunset as well - that made for a really beautiful evening.

We had a room close to the bar so at night the music was quite loud but they turn it off before 10pm and we expected the music - we were staying at a beach club, so it was fine.

Disappointing

Beautiful friendly staff, stunning location with gorgeous decor. Loved the breakfast every morning.

We have stayed a few times now but this trip was definitely our last stay at Ohanas. We always stay in the 3 bedroom villa with our adult kids and what was once a very private villa now has the adjacent new 2nd story rooms looking straight into your living, kitchen and pool area. The new 2nd story restaurant also looks into your bedrooms and living areas and on most nights the bar has pumping music, loud guests and that all travels straight into your living area and bedrooms. Christmas lunch was more than disappointing. Unfortunately on the day we did have terrible weather and the hotel did do its best to set up to accomodate this. After booking well in advance we arrived with family for lunch and were offered a wet lounge in the rain and told we could put some towels down if it was too wet to sit on! We did request to be moved upstairs into the restaurant and were given a great table out of the weather. The service was of the poorest standard I have ever experienced, we waited over 1 hour for some of our drinks to arrive while a table of visiting guests from outside of the hotel managed to be served cocktail after cocktail with no service issues at all. After 2 hrs 45 mins of waiting for our Christmas lunch that never arrived we decided to leave in disgust. We got a very weak apology from management and an offer to cover the drinks bill which was very minimal considering it took so long for a drink to arrive. We were also offered a free makeup dinner that we decided to decline as we had no interest in dining in the hotel after our experience. So at 3:00 we finally had Christmas lunch down the road at Tigerlillys and its was amazing food and fantastic service!! I feel Ohanas is now all about the beach club image and visiting cocktail crowd and have no interest in staying guests needs. We've been coming to this beautiful island for over 30 years and loved our first few stays here but it was definitely a different feel this trip

Food in restaurant is great but more expensive than other places on the island - also as they have DJs/music every night it may be too loud for some people.

Peaceful stay

The staff were really lovely. The pool area was great with the bar The sunset on the beach with the bomb fire is spectacular. The room was really nice and the bed was super comfy.

The Wi-Fi is horrendous, It cuts in and out every 2 mins especially when you have to do work online. Also the menu is quite expensive for what you get.
