Situated in Campton, this lovely house for $528 per night is a great option for your next break. 4 bedroom private home nestled back on a forested road sleeping up to 8 adults or families up to 10. Park above property and walk down steps to enter this home into the foyer. The 1st bedroom and bathroom are on this level as well as a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area. Portable Window A/C on this level. Enjoy the fresh White Mountain Air on the open deck with sitting options. 2nd level you'll find 2 more bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The Lower Level has the 4th bedroom as well as 2 futon couches for extra sleeping and a half bath. Walk out from this level to get the the fire pit for great family fun sitting, relaxing and laughing. Waterville Estates Recreation Center offers one complimentary guest pass per property. This pass allows you to have additional guests for a fee up to $20/day for adults and $10 for children 8-17 There are also basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts, plus a fun playground to entertain the children! One outdoor heated pool and outdoor hot tub! The Waterville Estate's Pond has a sandy beach, swim platform, and paddle boat rentals. Plenty to do for the entire family! Wireless Internet is also available at the Recreation Center! Waterville Valley is only 10 minutes away, and if you are hoping to spice up your summer vacation with other options, Cannon and Loon are only 20 minutes away. All great family fun 4-season resorts! For those more inclined to t-shirt activities, there is plenty of golfing to choose from too- Owl's Nest less than 10 minutes away! Or Highland Links is 20 minutes away. There is also White Mountain Golf 25 minutes away. Great Family Resort that will keep you busy throughout your stay! 4 Wheel Drive is required in Winter Months. Linens and towels Included. We arrived at the house, excited to begin our Columbus Day family weekend. The house was quite nice, but very dirty...like nobody cleaned it since the last stay dirty. Toilets, floors, surfaces were all very dirty. Three of the beds had visibly dirty sheets (with human hairs inside the "made" beds), and there were 8-10 cheese puffs inside another "made" bed. My wife and I spent the next 3+ hours cleaning the home ourselves, including washing ALL of the sheets and towels. A property representative did come over and spent a few minutes wiping surfaces. He was friendly, but inefficient.

We had a fabulous weekend at this home. This home was nicely decorated, beds were comfortable. Deck had plenty of chairs and the grill was great! We were able to take the toddlers out on the back deck as it was very safe.

The management team should leave more than the roll that is in the bathroom when people have rented it it out 4 night or more, especially when it’s a 4 bedroom house.

Long weekend Family vacation

The property was spanking clean & comfortable. Enjoyed swimming at the community center. We had a most relaxing visit. Great responsive team. Only wish check-out time would be a bit later. But rep worked with us On that as well.

We had only one shower for 8 people instead of two as the other one was not working.
We had only one shower for 8 people instead of two as the other one was not working. The property was clean and had everything we needed. If we had 2 working showered instead of one, would be much better and the property would meet our expectations.
Manager's response: Unfortunately, the shower's mixing valve failed causing low pressure and requires a plumber to fix. Due to the lack of plumbers, they were not able to come out till the next week. We work hard at solving issues when they seldomly arise but unfortunately, some are beyond our control. We are glad there was a working shower and the sink and toilet were working on the lower shower. The Owner did offer you a $50 refund for the inconvenience.
Thank you Staff was very friendly and trying to help, but unfortunately, the issue that we had with the property was not resolved.

Lovely home, perfectly situated

Property was great and clean. Very nice relaxing place to stay. 3 passes to Waterville community center were pointless because facility was closed due to COVID . Would have been nice to know that prior to booking our stay. That was disappointing . Overall was a great stay however

Overall, the rental was incredible.
Overall, the rental was incredible. Very clean and tidy, had enough pots and pans for cooking plus the grill. Plenty of rooms and beds for larger groups. Truly is a great place to get away. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We misread the check-out time on accident and they were still super understanding.

Wonderful property with lots of privacy and room to stretch our legs out. Loved the fire pit, and having a fully supplied kitchen for meal preparation. Will definitely be back for another visit! Extremely helpful and excellent customer service.
