Excellent apartments!

The landlady was amazing very helpful and went above and beyond. The apartment was clean and good. Parking was good really happy overall!

May be could do with some amenities like tea and coffee would be helpful.

Superb

Anu was exceptional. She met me and explained the keys, parking and apartment. Apartment was in a great location next to restuarants. Apartment was warm but had fans and big outdoor space to go out onto, which I wasn't expecting. Thank you I had a lovely stay.

I was very impressed overall

I had a great stay and am very happy. Some small things I thought could have been better. Some more milk for the coffee and tea in the rooms would have been perfect. A link/QR code to the app for the air-conditioning unit in the room would have been much appreciated. The TV had some problems where it froze every couple of minutes for a short time while I was watching not sure what was causing it.

Easy self check in, host is very responsive

Nice and clean, very spacious and comfortable. Only minor hiccup as the video games is not readily available, however upon request host did tried her best to get it delivered on the first night.

The back entrance a little be scary at night

Great appartment. Nice central location. Brilliant staff. Would definitely book again.

Apartment was spacious, clean and well kept. The property staff (especially Annu) were very nice and responded to all inquiries and requests promptly. X-box was also a big bonus.

The restaurants and bars in the hub can get very noisy and rowdy in the evenings, especially on weekends.

Please try to stay away from this host/service provider

It was an unfair deal, hence, nothing to like about it!!

I would like to share my awful experience about this booking and stay, so that all future travellers can take a conscious decision before booking this property or engage with this service provider. The first and foremost objectionable complain is - "you will NOT get what you choose"!! I had selected a service apartment looking at the property images, location, rating etc., which was available at the booking.com site, just a week before our travel to the UK. Subsequently, had called up the service provider once just to ensure that the booking is confirmed. I had paid the full amount (non-refundable), but no details about the apartment was shared before our travel! Once we reached the Heathrow airport, with my utter surprise and shock I found that I have been allocated to an apartment (a different address), which I had rejected earlier! Unfortunately, as it was a last minute update and I was accompanied with my family (wife, 2 children and my mother, 80 years of age), I had no other option but to accept it! But wait, that was not the end, it was just the beginning of a nightmare! Just before reaching the destination, I got a WA message from the host that she will not be able to present in person while I check in (though that was the original commitment), but I can go ahead with the self check-in option! Once I reached the property, I got the second blow, and have found that the lift is not working, hence, check-in is not possible (the host didn't inform that to me)!! Immediately I called up the host and informed her about the situation. She told me that she was not aware of the situation (I don't believe it though), and asked me whether she can look for a hotel accommodation for us or not as an interim arrangement! Naturally I was not comfortable with that option, as my mom needs a kitchen for cooking her food (because of her food restriction, which I had informed earlier).

Perfect location, friendly and flexible hosting.

Centrally located so perfect for my workplace. The hosts met me personally to hand over the keys and tell me how everything worked, in terms of the car park and lifts, etc. the apartment was exactly what I needed. Also, the hosts were flexible as I needed to stay another night and so they organised that for me with no fuss. Have stayed in 2 apartments with these hosts now and the experience was as good second time.

Dragging your luggage across a lonely underground carpark and heading up a lift in a block that is unfamiliar is not great but I don't think there is anything that anyone can do to improve that. The car park is well lit and locked and not open to the public so it's as good as it can be but it is still an uncomfortable experience.
