Friendly staff, clean rooms and a nice bed! What else does one need? Very close to the undergound/metro so the city center or Reeperbahn is quite easy to visit from the hotel.
Taking a shower in the bathtub is not the most convenient...

Hyggelig hotel, med meget serviceminded og hjælpsom personale. Metrostation ligger 300 meter fra hotellet. Men du høre intet til det, på hotellet.
2 stop, med metroen (ca 5 min), står du midt inde i midtbyen.
Hotellet har egen parkeringskælder. Ellers ligger der endnu en parkeringskælder ca 5 minutters gang fra hotellet, med go overvågning, som koster 25 € i døgnet.

Die bodentiefen Fenster waren ein Highlight, das Personal war super freundlich und wir konnten den Zimmerservice genießen. Beim frühstück war auch für jeden etwas dabei, egal ob man Allergiker ist oder Unverträglichkeiten hat. Rundum ein toller Aufenthalt.

Die Einrichtung ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll. Das Frühstücksangebot ist reichhaltig. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Tolles Ambiente und freundliches Personal
Schlechte Parkplatzsituation. Das Parkhaus war gesperrt und alle umliegenden Parkhäuser besetzt. Öffentliches Parken wurde mit einem Strafzettel belohnt

Sehr schönes und modernes Hotel. Gute Sauberkeit, freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück und sehr schöne Zimmer. Für ein Wochenende in Hamburg tolle Gelegenheit.
Je nachdem wo man hin möchte vielleicht etwas Abseits, aber in der Hafencity und zur Elphi top.

Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig, ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbüffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Lage des Hotels in der Hafencity ist sehr gut, zentral, nahe des Hafen, direkt neben einer U-Bahnstation. Das Zentrum, Hafen, Elbphilharmonie, Landungsbrücken, etc., sind fußläufig erreichbar. Perfekte Lage. Das Hotel ist modern ausgestattet, das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr begrenzt.

Excellent sound proofing and convenient location for visiting the uber stylish Philharmonic Hall…Near metro for getting downtown. Great breakfast.
Hotel car Park has +/- 35 parking spots for 268 rooms so inevitably full before check-in time starts. Parking around hotel on parking meters can be done in 2 hour slots max and then you have to leave the whole area. 8€ for 2 hours on the street but free from 20:00 to 09:00. Bit of a dance getting the car parked therefore. There is an underground car park within 300 meters but it is not cheap for an overnight…Around 2€ an hour.

Great location, clean and safe, 1 minute from U-Bahn that takes you directly to the city centre, great facilities.
The pillows were a little too soft, otherwise everything was perfect.

It was super comfy and cozy. Really nice atmosphere. The bed was perfect. With closed windows you didn’t here the cars or anything. Personal friendly and helpful.
A mini fridge would be make it all perfect (even if empty).
