*NOTE* Christmas, New Year's, & Spring Break rentals must be 7-night: Saturday-Saturday. -Enjoy this beautiful 2 bedroom/3 full bath located in the center of the complex with views from every room! - This location is one of the best, you have the unobstructed views of the beautiful resort, Sea of Cortez and Land's End, it doesn't get better than this! - Let your personal concierge arrange dinner reservations, excursions, or shop for groceries! (extra charge for shopping and groceries) Two BR Villas offer an A side (Master suite and living area) and B side (Guest suite). The 2 sides share a common terrace overlooking the pool & the Sea of Cortez. * Larger villas and penthouses have individualized floor plans. * Family room and bedrooms have TV’s. Kitchens are fully equipped for cooking & dining including a side-by-side refrigerator with a water/ice dispenser There is a wall safe in the closet in the master bedroom and guest suite for your valuables. There is a washer/dryer/laundry tub in every villa. Housekeeping comes every other day to change linens, clean bathrooms, etc., Villas have large terraces with lounging, sitting, and dining table with chairs. Many villas have gas grills for your cooking pleasure. Villa La Estancia is a 5-star resort located on Medano Beach, which is the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. The lavish Cabo resort affords guests all of the amenities of a 5-star resort while enjoying the comforts of your own home. Each villa is privately owned and the U-shaped design allows amazing views from wherever you are staying within the resort. The U-shaped design of Villa La Estancia surrounds the Infinity Pool and affords all guests a beautiful glimmer of the sapphire blue Sea of Cortez or the gorgeous gardens. Building 1-enjoys views of the Land’s End rock formation while Building 3-offers early risers a peek of the beautiful morning sun rise. Building 2 directly overlooks the lush gardens and the sparkling Sea. This ideal location is only a short walk away from the town of Cabo San Lucas. You can either walk the beach, the sidewalks, hop in a taxi or water taxi.

Great time on our girls trip! We were greeted with fresh margaritas and guacamole at check in at the condo. Our butler was very helpful and available to us the entire time. Great views of the pool and ocean! We will stay again soon

The condo was as described. The view was OUTSTANDING. I would rent again simply for the view. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. The cafe, deli, and shop perfectly situated across the street. The office staff so nice. The bar staff, they could have been friendlier and made more effort to serve and simply make eye contact. That was the downside. Overall, really special place.

We were detained in Cabo due to a flight cancellation so we made this reservation last minute. Our first few nights in Cabo were spent at this same complex in a different unit that was beautiful and well equipped, so perhaps our expectations were too high. This unit was a bit disappointing, no hand, dish or dishwasher soaps, no paper towels and very few dish towels, minimal kitchen supplies, uncomfortable furniture but it had great views and the complex is beautiful.

This place is amazing and highly recommended. The property is great and about a 4$ USD Uber ride to the marina. Wish I could post the pics I took of the place.

Great resort and the unit is well represented on line! And the guacamole and pico on arrival is a great touch! And Jane and Ashley did a great job of keeping in touch and advised!

We had a fantastic stay at this villa--it is enormous, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable. This resort is amazing-- just perfect for relaxing and swimming, the beach is fabulous and so are the pools.
What made it even more perfect was the above and beyond service and support from the team running the unit. Ashley was clear and prompt in her instructions while we planned, we had groceries delivered by an excellent team, and Joel, the concierge for our stay was absolutely phenomenal. He was so thorough and helpful, we felt like VIPs, and that's no exaggeration.
We will be recommending this villa and this team to our friends and can't wait to return.

Absolutely beautiful place and view!
Loved our stay here. The view is just incredible. The rooms clean and elegant, lots of space. On check in we were served homemade guacamole, salsa and margarita in our room. Would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at villa estancia before and this was by FAR the best rental! The view is amazing because you can see the all of the arches and the balcony is huge. Jane was responsive and amazing - will be back!

Communication with property manager was excellent; I wish I would’ve paid more attention to the unit being separated, but that was my fault; I would’ve liked a little nicer/newer bedding and furniture, but the unit was clean, the patio was excellent, and the view was beautiful - so we were pleased.

We have stayed at estancia many times before. Unfortunately, this particular unit was old, tired, and not well-kept. Small examples like only two spoons. Things not functioning properly. This particular unit needs refurbishment.

Perfect!
This rental is beautiful with incredible views! It is very spacious with a huge deck. We are 2 adults with 3 teens. This property is great for teens. The pool area and beach were awesome. The staff at Villa la Estancia were very friendly and helpful. The gym here is very nice as well. Jane was amazing and answered all of our questions before we arrived. We can’t wait to come back!

This resort and this giant, absolutely gorgeous unit were fabulous. The host was so responsive, and provided a huge amount of helpful information leading up to our stay. We own a vacation rental ourselves and appreciated the attention to detail and professionalism. The only minor issue was the wifi--it was much better down at the pool than in the villa itself--not sure how much can be done with that issue, granted. But if you're hoping to get work done in the unit, it can be a little spotty. But, that did not stop us from having an incredible time--we can't wait to go back. We had an amazing stay and would definitely return!

Stayed 5 wonderful nights and would highly recommend. Great location and gorgeous resort. Good restaurants and easy access to town. Loved the pools and hot tub. And the staff were top notch! Don’t hesitate to rent this unit - the welcome amenities of margaritas and homemade guacamole were an unexpected nice touch!

Great Times at Villa La Estancia
This property is beautiful. The staff was outstanding, friendly and attentive. The food at the pool bar was wonderful and our condo was beautiful. We had daily maid service and the property owner even had the refrigerator stocked when we arrived with beer and spirits. This property was by far the cleanest place I have ever stayed.....immaculate. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great weekend.
