Located in Ocean Grove, this charming house for $408 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This architecturally designed home has it all and perfectly situated to all the Ocean Grove amenities. Located just 500 metres from the beach and a 12 minute stroll to the Ocean Grove Centre, it is an ideal location for a relaxing getaway. Generous internal and external living spaces give the guests the flexibility to spread out and relax. Sit back and enjoy the open fire, take in the views of the ocean or Begola Wetlands or simply curl up and read a good book or take in a DVD - it has it all even fully ducted heating and air conditioning for guests comfort all year round. The fully equipped kitchen, plus large and small BBQs offers guests plenty of options to eat in. Alternatively guests can visit the numerous cafes and restaurants which are all situated close by. This house is perfect for a group of families with an open plan layout so there is plenty of room to relax together and on your own. Bedding Configuration Master Bedroom, Queen size bed with views to the sea, Point Lonsdale and the Heads. Walk in robes and an ensuite. Bedroom 2 – Queen Bed, Built in robes, desk with views over a small garden. Bedroom 3 – 2 sets of single bunk beds, desk, built in robes giving an option for 4 people to sleep. Bedroom 4 (Downstairs) – Queen size bed with en-suite, hanging space and bag storage. Sofa Bed – double sofa bed situated in the family room. Main features: Fully equipped kitchen with all the normal appliances, gas stove and oven, dishwasher, fridge and large walk in pantry. The pantry has your basic items. Ample cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery to feed 12 or more. The kitchen also has an island bar which seats up to 4 people. The dining room has a large glass square table designed for 8 but which can also seat up to 12 people (extra folding chairs in Master WIR) There are 2 separate living areas: The main lounge room has seating for twelve including 2 large couches, cushioned seating and 2 of the best swivel chairs you would ever sit in allows you to take in the morning light, the exceptional views or enjoy the open fire. The room has games in a cabinet under the wide screen TV. In addition there is a separate family room upstairs towards the back of the house which seats 8 comfortably, complete with 2 couches, one being a sofa bed to sleep another 2 people as an option, you will find bedding in a triple door linen closet. A large Tessa swivel chair makes this room this room an option for the kids whilst the adults are in the lounge room. The room has a large TV, DVD player and a bunch of Wii games. It is a relaxing room, cooled by the AC in the summer or warm by central heating in the winter. A nice cosy room overlooking a lovely private courtyard. Standard laundry facilities are available such as washing machine, dryer, ironing board and outside clothes line. Bathrooms/Toilets In addition to the ensuite to the master bedroom, there is also an en-suite to the downstairs queen bedroom. The property also has a full family bathroom and 2 separate toilets. Outside Outside entertainment areas include the front deck which has a full size bbq and a table which can comfortably sit 12. The views are breathtaking. The private courtyard has a smaller bbq and a table suitable for 6. Surrounded by a lovely garden gives the guest an opportunity to getaway and relax. Sun umbrella’s are available if shade is wanted. Parking: A large double garage provides parking for 2, plenty of street parking but also an option of off street parking at the rear of the property. There is a large reserve at the rear of the house which gives the guests options of parking additional cars, boats temporarily Strictly No Smoking Strictly No Parties…No schoolies

Character filled architect designed house on several levels so steps must not be an issue but probably best for able bodied adults rather than small children. Great to be able to see the ocean in the distance, to watch the passage of ships and if sleeping on the comfy sofa bed to watch the stars at night. Perfect house if travelling with a dog as the backyard is great for an explore and the huge open reserve out the back gate wonderful for a romp around. Two living areas is good for a big group & dining around the square table is great for socialising. Kitchen & bathrooms work well. Good heating and hot water. Just remember to get the rather noisy dishwasher finished before you go to bed if you're sleeping on the sofa! Terrific spot for a reunion of friends in a good location for beach & swamp land walks or a coffee. Barbara

What a fantastic house and what a great location. My family spent the Christmas week here and we loved it. A good view out over the Ocean and the water reserve. Lots of places to sit and socialise. A great balcony with a large table. A really well speced house with everything we needed to cater for a hungry family. Very clean and very comfortable. The back lounge room was a particular bonus with a Wii and other games to keep young adults entertained. Gary was a great host, good at keeping in contact and checking we were ok. All in all a great experience and one I would recommend to you highly.

Our family of 5 adults and 3children stayed here. The place is very spacious and well set out. It has lovely views and very relaxing. It has everything you need. The Host is very easy to deal with. We felt very welcome and would stay again if ever in the area. Thanks for a lovely stay.

It was ok, however white tail spiders in the bunk beds where we had to find other beds for our guests was not ok and it was very dirty and dusty everywhere.

Great location, walking distance to the main shops. Terrific view out over he ocean. The house has great character and lots of room. Thanks to the Host's for being very helpful when we needed to move the reserved dates out a month due to Covid going through the family.

From first contact to departure our host was helpful and considerate. The house itself has a great feel and in the end we barely left it. A plentiful wood supply ensured the ambience was warm and lazy. Great beds. Great views. Would happily rebook.

This is a beautiful, clean house with a gorgeous view. Well equiped with everything you need. Kids enjoyed the games provided. Adults enjoyed the many cosy garden spaces for quiet reading. The dining area was perfect to accomodate family meals. Would definitely return again.

Great house for a family. We used every inch of the property, which offered something for everyone. The children loved the tech facilities in the family area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine and sandwich toaster. Table large enough for family meals and we appreciated the extra seating available. The property is quirky and adorable, with 2 exceptional living areas, both cosy and spacious offering spectacular views! Watching the sunset on the balcony whilst sipping a bubbly is a must! Kitchen is very well equipped and central to dining and living. Front access is very steep, however rear access overcomes this easily. Master bedroom with WIR & ensuite was lovely, as were the further 2 bedrooms within the main house. The external bedroom with separate access was charming. Our dog enjoyed exploring the numerous outdoor nooks, as well as daily walks at the beach, which was close by!
