Situated in Lady Lake, this charming house for $143 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This Hacienda Villa is literally steps away from Spanish Springs Landing (5 minutes walk) and all major shopping stores! Recreational centers, two large pools and sport activities including golf, tennis, shuffle board, paddle tennis, etc. are right around the corner. Entertainment 365 days a year! Beautifully and newly furnished home offers convenience, luxury, spacious accommodations and relaxing atmosphere. Tiled floors throughout with the exception of the bedrooms and kitchen with newer Stainless Steel appliances make this Villa open and bright. The bedrooms have comfortable accommodations including a TV in the master bedroom. The bath has a designer vanity, vessel sink and tiled shower with massage shower head. Off the dining area is an open patio with a Pergola covered with star jasmine for the shade. The lanai with a huge birdcage has a beautiful conversional patio set that would welcome you and your guests. Quite and surrounded with privacy walls backyard offers amazing privacy and convenience. Fully furnished. Sleeps 4 in beds. Sofa sleeper provides short term accommodations for additional 2 guests. WiFi is provided. Golf kart is included! Master bedroom features a queen size bed, dresser, ceiling fan, TV and a large size closet. 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, ceiling fan and closet. Living room features sectional couch with sofa sleeper, coffee and corner tables with natural marble tops and a high definition 55inch TV. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, cookware, dishes, glasses and silverware. Guest Passes: For $50 fee for 2 payable to "The Villages" at Lake Sumter Sales Office you can enjoy unlimited executive golf with a lot of perks, recreational centers, pools and other amenities The Villages has to offer! Please let me know if you are interested in getting guest passes so I can submit the required form before your arrival (need your name, address, and DOB). Paying $50 fee is guest’s responsibility. Gate Access push the red button at the gate and the gate will open. Cleaning: Routine cleaning is the guest's responsibility, maid service is not included. Initial supply of paper and cleaning products is provided. Maid service is not available. Pets Policy: No pets allowed. Fees: All taxes, utilities, trash, TV and WIFI fees are included. Rental fees are based on double occupancy. For additional guests a fee of $12 per day per person will apply. Refundable security deposit is $500, which is due at the time of booking. Cleaning fee is $120 per stay.

Was competing in a PBA bowling event and this was 2 blocks away from the Spanish Springs Lanes. Everything was in good shape. Golf cart was fun to run over to the lanes. Will rent again next year.

My nephew, his wife, and twin sons stayed here during a family gathering and shared the following: “We had a great visit. This place was exactly what we needed for our family. The AC didn’t work right on day one but the host sent one tech over that first night and a second tech the next morning. It worked perfectly as a result. The only knock I would give (literally) is the ceiling fans in the bedrooms. They rocked so much we didn’t even turn them on. Kind of feared they would fall from the ceiling. But once the AC was fixed, we didn’t need the fans anyway. Would stay here again.
