Take a dip in the year round spring fed 74* water while relaxing on the dock or try your hand at stand up paddle boarding. Take memorable photos in front of the soon the be famous "Wet Feet Wall"!! The Wet Feet Retreat comfortably sleeps 6 people with plenty of room to kick up your feet and enjoy River Life. Fish & crab right off the dock or bring your boat for easy river and gulf access (2 boat ramps within 5 miles). Huge outdoor deck allows for enchanting evenings and memorable get-togethers. Enjoy the gas or real wood fire pit or take a relaxing outdoor wash down under the stars in our private heated shower. We absolutely loved staying here! We are already planning another trip! Weekie Wachee is one of our favorite places to visit and to be able to stay for a week was simply magical! Tyson made the check in process very easy and was very responsive!

There were 6 of us, and 4 were 15 year old boys. We had enough room, towels, bedding and outside toys for everyone. They have a great fire pit for the kids to make their smores and even have the metal skewers available. We saw Manatees from the deck and the property outside is so therapeutic. Everything was close to the property as well. (store, springs, restaurants) I will be making this an annual trip for sure now. Everyone had a blast.

This place worked out perfectly for our family. There is so much to do in the area, and the location of the Wet Feet Retreat is perfect. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to have such a relaxing place to come to at the end of a busy, fun-filled day. We loved everything about the Wet Feet Retreat!

What an amazing house and location. You get everything with this house. Perfect location, amazing accommodations, plenty of space inside and out, a ton of kayaks and SUP Boards, the list goes on and on. The host was very responsive to all our questions and has gone above and beyond to make sure this house comes with everything you need. This was a much needed get away. The owners answered all of my questions and were quick to respond. Yes there is some paperwork but in my opinion it wasn't a lot. (If I were the property owner I would do the same.) The checking in and out process was super easy as well.
About the property itself....it was amazing! Literally everything you could need or want was available. The home is beautiful, clean and accommodated our large family of 6 with no problems. We loved fishing and swimming right from the dock and the screened in area was a great place to spend time too. We were able to see river otters, manatees and even a dolphin right from the dock. There were tons of games and movies as well to keep the kids entertained at night. (We even did some night fishing) It's maybe a 5 minute paddle to the main river and Roger's Park so the location was perfect! A great neighborhood and so close to everything it seemed like including some fantastic little restaurants. 5+ stars!! Would definitely love to come back!!

We loved this place!! The house is perfect.. comfortable, had everything we needed and wanted.. we kayaked every day.. 15 manatees hung out in front of the house every day.. we caught catfish and perch..we grilled out, we went to dinner in Bayport.. this is a wonderful place to stay..we will be back..Thank you Tyson for checking in on us to see if we needed anything..we had everything we needed and more!!

Very clean and well kept. It was perfect for 5 of us. We saw manatees off of the deck and had a visit from a friendly blue heron!

This place was very charming, and clean. Was close by to local restaurants. It had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend. I would definitely recommend. We had a great time.

This property was just what we needed. We loved our stay! My only complaint is we didn't stay long enough! We saw manatees and fish and learned a bit about them. I finally got to try a kayak and paddleboard...now I need a kayak! All the toys (canoe, paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, movies, games etc.) available to us were awesome! The screened-in area on the deck was amazing in the evenings. I didn't ever want to go inside! Tyson was super accommodating and responsive to my questions and requests. I hope to go back but will definitely stay longer next time. Everyone had a good time and even my handicapped husband enjoyed a day on the river kayaking! Thank you for the use of your adorable home and the amazing memories!

Everything was as described. My wife was very happy, and for the first time didn’t want to come home. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the boaters paddle through the canal. Our favorite part was sitting in the screen room in front of the fire pit. Great home away from home.Tyson and Dana were very helpful and responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this rental. We had a nice stay. Very clean and the house layout worked great. On the smaller side but no hallways so no wasted space.
Wonderful outdoor are even better than photos. Lots of hanging out and seating options.
Big selection of kayaks, stand ups and canoes.
It was chilly and low tide so not much activity by the dock. Quick 10 min paddle to hospital hole and we saw manatees and had a wonderful time.

Overall we had a great time staying in Weeki Wachee. We kayaked to see manatees and fished off the dock. We loved the sunsets and sunrise over the water while sitting on the dock. This home has it's pros and cons.
Pros- Location-you are right on the riverway, having kayaks on site was fun, TV services worked well, our host had a quick response time to any questions we had. There was a problem with the dock while staying and he had someone out to look at it the next morning. Unfortunately the problem with the outside TV was not as easy of a fix and we were not able to sit outside and watch college games as we hoped. The king and queen beds were comfortable. Kitchen had most gadgets needed to cook. Neighbors were nice.
Cons- The amount of paperwork the host requires before check-in seems a bit excessive. There are no closets to put your stuff away while staying. We were there 5 days and had to live out of our suitcases. The 3rd "bedroom" is a more of a storage hallway from an add on with an accordion door, with a small half bath attached. It has a twin bed with a trundle, but you can't actually open it all the way and there is no room to move if you do pull out the trundle. For our family of 5 it felt cramped. You can't comfortably sit 5 in the living area to watch TV, but for playing games the layout worked well. The flooring throughout the house was buckling and uneven. Overall the home just had a bit of an older feel.
We would recommend staying at this rental, but keep in mind the quirks that come along with it.

This was our second stay at Wet Feet Retreat. Sometimes things don't live up to your memories. Not true here. We had a great time again. House was comfy and relaxing. Love the new deck! River was beautiful. We kayaked 50 total miles and had 49 manatee sightings. The first day was the best for seeing them because of the cold front. Only got skunked on one outing, otherwise saw at least one every trip. The entire area is a bit of Old Florida charm. We'll be back. A few tips for newbies: Margs at the Upper Deck and fish tacos (and margs) at the Silver Dolphin are a must. The Italian restaurant is to die for! Stop at the little park just south of town. There is an observation tower. You'll see fish and sometimes manatees. The local beach at Pine Island is amazing. Can't wait to come back! We are planning our next trip to the Wet Feet Retreat!

It was a great getaway for myself, my Mom and my 2 adult daughters. We launched our own kayaks at the state park and had a nice paddle back to the house. The home was well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the little extras, too! Mom loved the small private room with the 1/2 bath. Very comfortable and quiet. Planning a trip for next year already!!

Great location and overall great property. The boards and kayaks on property are pretty worn and taped up but we bring our own for just this reason. They have enough space for your family to spread out and still enjoy each other. The crab traps provided were a success and the kids caught blue crabs!!! Overall great property.

My brother, cousin and I were looking for a place near Weeki Wachee Springs and stumbled upon the Wet Feet Retreat. The house was clean and came equipped with everything you’d need while staying on the water. Tyson was very responsive during our stay and instructions for the house and for check out were easy peasy. We used the suggestions in the info binder to find our way to a couple of little bars where we had a blast meeting locals from Weeki Wachee and neighboring Hernando Beach. BONUS: We had a manatee hanging out at the end of the canal for the majority of our trip and enjoyed observing him from the dock. Weeki Wachee and the Wet Feet Retreat exceeded our expectations - can’t wait to visit again!

Great place for indoor and outdoor entertaining! Very spacious and eclectic. Lots of toys and supplies for everyone. We were surprised to see Tyson a few times and have him perform yardwork unannounced; otherwise he communicated regularly through out the process so it was weird he didn't mention he'd be dropping by. The property was clean inside and out. The floating dock had lots of algae but we were able to scrape it off. Would definitely recommend and return to this property!! Thanks Tyson!

Although my kids had a great time, they were not aware of what I found throughout the house. After expressing my concern, I felt unheard and they only said they will get with housekeeping. Freezer was not making ice and ran out of toilet paper. With all the issues we had, I would think they would have done more especially with what I found under the bed.

Best Vacation Ever
We had an amazing trip! Our kids are already begging to come back next year. The house had everything and them some for what we needed. The beds are very comfy. The kayaks are wonderful and the tall seat backs on the kayaks made for a comfortable all day adventure on the river where we seen more manatee than we could count. We even see a You Tuber Jigging with Jordan doing his thing. Very cool place and we will be coming back.

Excellent Stay
Great Location. Didn't take long to kayak to Weeki Wachee Springs. We saw several Manatees, including one that came right up to our dock. The kids had a blast with the Kayaks, Water Trampoline, and fishing. The house was very comfortable and clean. The outside deck with grill was great for eating cooking and eating dinner outside.

The only negative were the kayak seats worn out with normal wear n tear which made it difficult to go far without a back support.
Wish the kitchen table would sit 6 for inside activities during those rainy days but the kitchen set up was perfectly sized and extremely stocked.
The time flew by exploring the water, playing games and enjoying the relaxing atmosphere the Wet Feet Retreat provides. I will be sure to return for another visit in the future!

Set up with a lot of thought in mind of what you’d want and or looking for on Weeki. The backyard was a great spot to sit and hang out, quick ride to the main river. Would 100% stay here again. You guys have done a really solid job of setting this home up for a vacation spot
