Lately this neighborhood has become one of the ¨coolest¨ districts of the city, offering a great variety of bars, gourmet and ethnic restaurants, design boutiques, art galleries and an active night life around Plaza Serrano and Plaza Armenia. This neighborhood owes its name to the presence of the main TV, radio and film making producer 's studios. Building of only 16 exclusive apartments with swimming pool, solarium, laundry and belvedere salon. Penthouse with balcony and roof terrace, with incredible views of the city. Fully equipped: air conditioning, cold-heat in all rooms, Two LCD 32" LCD TV, stereo with bluetooth input for I-pod or telephone, safe, hairdryer, Wi-Fi and cable TV Two comfortable bedrooms offers in the master a queen bed and in the second bedroomone queen bed or two single beads, as required, cotton sheets and quality pillow-top mattress. The master bedroom has a terrace with great city views. It has a dipping pool with heated water, for two people where you can watch the sunset. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need during your stay, including: Coffee Maker, Toaster, Microwave, electric kettle and fridge with freezer compartment, oven & stove top, pots & pans. The apartment has a bathrooms and a toilette. On the top floor of the building is a multi-purpose- room with a terrace, tables and chairs, also one level more by stairs you find a small pool with solarium The rates include: Linens and towels, electricity, building fees, city taxes, cable TV, water, final cleaning service. Area: 82 m2/ 882 feet2 Capacity: 4 passengers. Early Check-In (before 2pm) or late Check-out (after 11am) are subject to the apartment being available and the extra cost is 60 dollars or we can arrange to store your luggage until 7pm (not Sunday) at no extra cost. Smokers are kindly requested to smoke outside on the terrace or balcony. No allowed: Youth groups and pets. Superficie: 80 m2 Capacidad: 4 pasajeros No permitido: Mascotas, grupos de jovenes, niños entre 1 y 5 años. Se permite fumar solo en el balcón. Deposito de garantía (se devuelve en el check out) :Por menos de un mes u$s 400, por un mes o mas u$s 800. Check-in: De 2 pm a 8 pm. Check out: De 8 am a 11 am. Check-In temprano (antes de 14:00) o check-out tarde (después de las 11 horas) están sujetos a la disponibilidad del departamento. This apartment is located in a prime neighborhood with walking access to EVERYTHING. There is a great pizza place next door and a lovely cafe directly across the street. Within a very short walk, you will find multiple small food markets, a couple of larger markets, a terrific wine store and several great restaurants and bars. The building itself has only 5 floors, is modern in style, clean and very well-maintained. The apartment, as well, was clean, well-maintained and exactly as appeared in the photographs.
There are few things that could be improved upon, but they are minor. The only "comfortable" seating on the main floor is a sofa. An additional comfortable club chair could be added. It would also be great to have some basic staples available (e.g. sugar, olive oil, basic spices, salt and pepper, bath products, etc.).
There was some communication confusion about the check-in procedure, but it all worked out. The Super of the building let us in and was very friendly - though be advised he speaks no English - have some Espanol or your google translator handy if you are an English-speaker!
If you are coming from the USA, what is listed as a pool is really a large bathtub and may not be your scene - wasn't an issue for us since it was not pool season in BA at the time of our stay.
As I said, the above issues are really minor. We would definitely stay here again even if none of these items were addressed.

Excellent property in a cozy neighborhood. We had a party of 3 people and were very comfortable. Barely used the kitchen - so many great restaurants to walk to in this neighborhood. It’s a quiet street with great views. Sergio was very accommodating to us with check in and check out. We highly recommend staying in this apartment!

Sergio's place was a great stay. Perfect location for good restaurants and shopping. It was just a short Uber to Puerto Madero and other great restaurants. Apt had everything we needed and Sergio was quick to rely when we needed more towels. Definitely recommend staying here. Very safe and secure.

Wonderful apartment. I loved that it's on 2 levels. The apartment has everything you need and is in a great neighborhood. There's tons of restaurants and stores around. There are two grocery stores within a 4 minute walk! Don't miss the bakery next door ("Asturias"), they have great empanadas for a quick bite as well as medialunas (croissants).
I would come back here on a future trip.

Wonderful neighborhood filled with great restaurants and coffee houses. Nearby Palermo Soho has interesting shops and more bars but this neighborhood is a little quieter at night. Sergio was very responsive and the apartment has a spectacular view of the whole of the entire city. Would definitely return!

It was an excellent experience. The property was in an ideal location. The host was very helpful and always responded in a speedy manner! Definitely recommend this property.

I stayed here with my wife and daughter for over one week. We had a great experience from the moment Julio helped us with our bags until we left for the airport. The building is in a great location. We hit up the pizza place below us numerous times. It is an easy walk to Plaza Serrano and the outdoor mall and taxis were driving by often as well.
An unexpected perk were the dual outlets that allowed us to charge our devices without a converter. This was especially important given we only had one converter with us. There was plenty of space with two different terraces. The bathroom had a nice tub and shower and the powder room off the kitchen was also nice.
Sergio was helpful and responsive to emails.
We would be happy to stay here again.

Sergio was amazingly communicative about the property and checkin/checkout process. Julia kindly met us to give a tour of the property, and was responsive later when I messaged looking for the iron. The apartment is comfortable and spacious, with amazing views of the city from the balconies where we enjoyed many bottles of wine while watching the soccer matches at the school across the street. Such a fabulous location near markets, restaurants and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed every last bit of our trip!

Great Location In Buenos Aires
Sergio’s apartment in the Palermo District was awesome. Sergio was a great host. From allowing us to check-in early, to sharing his local knowledge all for our benefit. The apartment has an awesome view from both patios and lots of space to enjoy. The bakery/coffee shop directly downstairs was a welcome start to our busy days. If we go back to BA we will definitely stay at Sergio’s apartment again.

Quiet Get away in Palermo
Really nice place with amazing views of the city. Loved the quiet, calm streets of Palermo and it was really easy to get to the CBD areas. Would highly recommend! Check in was easy and host was there to drop of keys and show us the apartment. Overall great experience.

Amazing view, amazing place!
This was a wonderful beginning to our trip to Argentina. The location was perfect-close to sites and restaurants but still a quiet street. Fabulous bakery just below a bonus. Mmmm. Julio was great to meet us and help us store our bags until check in. And having access to a washer was a big help as we were traveling with our two sons in their twenties who met up with friends to play sports while we were here. Property just as listed-even better. Watching the moonrise and then a blazing orange sunrise over the city our first evening and morning in the apartment was magic. And the bottle of wine was a nice touch. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great experience in Buenos Aires
I had the opportunity to go back to Buenos Aires after 9 years and I was pleasantly surprised with the apartment and the owner's excellent customer service.
The apartment is very well located; close to an excellent nightlife area full of restaurants and bar still a few blocks away from all the noise.
Very modern and nice décor, very clean and comfortable.
I'd like to point out the Panaderia just downstairs... be careful they have excellent food and pastries... weight could pile up quickly!

Lovely apartment in Palermo Hollywood
The place is bright, attractive, spotlessly clean and well appointed and extremely comfortable. It's also quite well located in a fairly quiet section of Palermo that still has plenty of shops and restaurants. When we were there, there was considerable, but not awful, construction noise coming from across the street, and the sound insulation between apartments was not very good. We were there when it was a bit cold, so we didn't use the balcony or the roof much, but certainly wood in warmer weather. We would recommend it and also return to it.

Great Apartment!!
Sergio's apartment was perfect for our stay in Buenos Aires. We traveled with our two adult children. The apartment was spacious and perfect for our needs. We loved the quiet neighborhood, which was residential but also had great cafes and restaurants. We especially enjoyed our breakfasts at Asturias, the cafe located on our corner. The apartment was very clean and the price was right. Thank you to Sergio for all his attention and recommendations. We definitely would recommend this apartment.

Este apartamento superou nossas expectativas, muito limpo, conservado, bairro encantador, e o proprietário Sergio muito solisto e havia uma pasta com dicas de restaurantes e outros. O apartamento pelo site não é tão bom quanto pessoalmente. A roupa de cama dos dois quartos era nova e aconchegante. Na esquina há uma excelente cafeteria, e outras pelo bairro afora, ficamos realmente encantados com o apartamento! Recomendamos!!!

Great apartment !! (very true to the photo)
This was a perfect place for a recent girls trip. The location is on a quiet street in Palermo Hollywood, close to many restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment is cute (very true to the photo) and has amazing views from many windows. The Subte (subway) is a direct and easy 10 minute walk away and a grocery store across the road.Sergio was an excellent host and provided us with maps and a book of his recommendations for places to eat etc. Artemisia just across the road was a favorite lunch (fresh ginger lemonade and homemade pasta). There is 1 queen beds upstairs which worked out perfectly for us. The full and half bathrooms were very clean and you will never run out of hot water in BA I can assure you! We ventured to other areas in Palermo that might have been a bit busier but on those late BA nights we were very happy to come home to a quiet neighborhood. Sergio also was very accommodating in meeting us on arrival and providing a place for us to store our bags the day we left. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
