First let me say that Sandy is the best, most informative and helpful host I have had in my many stays with Booking.com. The studios are very well designed and supplied and are on a beautifully landscaped property up the hill a bit from the beach and with breathtaking views of the sea through the bougainvillea there. I enjoyed sitting on the veranda outside my studio for breakfast, reading and occasionally dinner. The kitchen has everything needed for a longer term stay. Also the bus to the port and other parts of the island stops there if signaled, making getting around without a car very easy. There is of course parking for those with a car. I found my two week stay there perfect.

Great views, clean and comfortable and lovely host. Sandy was great with communications. She met us on arrival and farewelled us also. A short walk uphill to get there but worth it. A quiet retreat space but still close to everything.

The rooms at the property (numbered 1 to 3 I think, which are slightly higher set) have an absolutely breathtaking view of the bay at Vathi, being set on the hillside, but only a 5 minute, easy walk from the village of Vathi. A perfect place to take in sundown and the sunset. The rooms themselves are comfortable, practically laid out and would be appropriate for travellers who might wish to self cater as well as to eat out, there being a small, well equipped kitchenette. The hostess, Sandy, was welcoming and attentive to ensure that all was going well during my stay, cleaning the room and changing towels / linen (I stayed for 9 nights) and providing practical information about the village of Vathi and the wider offerings of the beautiful island of Sifnos. Good information was also provided beforehand about means of transport to Vathi on arrival in Sifnos, car / motor scooter rental etc.

very friendly and accommodating host. we got a lot of valuable tips for the island and had a great stay. the Apartment was very clean and quiet. definitely a good choice to stay.

The peace and quiet, the view from the deck, the extremely helpful and kind host and the ability to cook made it feel like ‘home’ for us.

The bed was a little hard.
