THE UNIT: This bright and spacious ground floor unit located in GreenLinks, part of the award winning Lely Resort golf community. Tastefully decorated throughout, fully furnished, recently remodeled with new furniture, mattresses, appliances. Sleeps 6 - in 1 King, 2 Tween beds, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the den. Screened-in lanai with beautiful lake views, steps to community pool right from the lanai. Closest building to the pool. First floor, wheelchair accessible. No pets allowed as per condo rules. 2 spacious walk-in bathrooms connected with bedrooms. Walk-in closet in master bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen. Ultra High Speed Internet/wifi, 3 smart TVs with HD TV programming, prepaid Netflix. If you need to work, there are 2 computer desks with 32'' and 27" monitors you can connect your laptop to. FREE TO USE: beach towels, cooler, beach chairs and umbrella, tennis and pickle-ball racquets and balls, set of golf clubs (righty) ONSITE GOLF: Lely Resort offers golf on championship courses representing the most comprehensive golf of it's kind on the Gulf Coast. 2 state-of-the-art Golf Courses, Driving Range with beautiful, well-maintained grounds, Club House with a pro shop. We left the property a day early and stayed in a hotel. It is in a desperate need of a cleaning especially the bedroom carpets. Just not what we had expected. I should have contacted the property owner when we arrived but did not, he was responsive every time I had reached out previously. Location is good.

Pavel’s property is exactly as described, immaculately clean and very well appointed. We have stayed in several Vrbo properties and I’d rate this one too 3. Pavel was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location!
Enjoyed our stay in this spacious 2 bedroom. Easy access to the pool (if you are going to the pool on Friday through Sunday you will need to get a wrist band first). Pavel is an awesome host and was very responsive when needed. Will definitely stay here again.

Second time here - we love the condo as it has everything you need, well furnished and bed is super comfy - pool and Sam Sneeds bar & restaurant close by if not wanting to drive anywhere - Lely Resort is so beautiful and quite - we hope to be back next yr - thank you Pavel for an amazing time.

Great Space, Perfect Location!
We spent 9 nights in Naples for the US Open Pickleball Championships. This condo was large and spacious and beautifully decorated. We had all the things we needed there including beach chairs for our day at the beach. The pool was very close, and we could walk there every day. This location in Lely Greenlinks was perfect for us to get to East Naples Community Park, downtown and Marco Island for a day as well. I hope to stay here again next April!

We had an amazing time with our stay! Lots to do with three kids under age 9. The unit was beautiful and well kept. A few steps away from the pool. Location of the resort is prime and middle of Naples and Marco Island. Close to a variety of restaurants and shops. Looking forward to staying her again in the future!

The property was very clean. We had thanksgiving here and had a total of 8 people. There was plenty of room and seating for everyone. It is beautifully decorated. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here. The owner was easy to get a hold of and he answered my questions.

The condo was close to the pool and to the golf clubhouse. The owner was extremely easy to work with and answered our questions readily. (That way I knew what/what not to bring with us). The kitchen was one of the best stocked we’ve experienced and we cooked almost every day. Additionally, it was so nice to have the beach equipment (chairs,umbrella, cooler) to use at Naples beach. My family would not hesitate to use this condo in the future.

It truly is a home away from home. 20 minutes from Naples beach which was our favorite beach, very close to all the shops, convenient.

We had a great time visiting Naples and the condominium was very nice. It is a very beautiful resort, and it is located not too far from the beach, popular restaurants, and fun shopping. It was great that the owner provides all the necessary equipment for the beach. We did enjoy our stay.

Great place to stay
Pavel is a great host. The condo is very clean and has many amenities. It’s great to have all the kitchen utensils and cooking tools. The beach chairs and cooler is great to use especially for families who are flying and doesn’t have that with them. I highly recommend this place for families. The pool is also very close and within walking distance.
