El lugar estaba sucio, con mucho olor a cigarrillo, no había agua para bañarse y la tensión era pésima, la cama es horrible no es confortable

Atendente/recepcionista do período noturno nos atendeu com má vontade e indiferença. Deveriam informar que o quarto não possui ar condicionado. Hotel não tem elevador.

Banheiro estava com cabelo no chão quando chegamos. Chuveiro não esquenta a água para tomar banho. Cama extremamente desconfortável, muito dura e faz um barulho muito alto ao se movimentar durante a noite.
