Sea Club is conveniently located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, and bike and scooter rentals! Enjoy the view of the Intracoastal from the private, covered balcony, or cast your line from the on site fishing pier. There is also a communal picnic area complete with BBQ grills! *Please note there is no elevator. KITCHEN -Coffee maker (standard drip) -Dishes and Utensils -Cookware -Dishwasher -Refrigerator -Stove/Oven -Microwave -Bistro table and 2 chairs DINING -Dining table and chairs for 6 -Balcony dining table and chairs -Bistro set in kitchen LIVING ROOM -Flat Screen Cable TV -Sleeper Sofa, Loveseat, and Armchair -Access to Private, Covered Balcony MASTER BEDROOM -Queen bed -Private bathroom with shower/tub combination -Flat screen Cable TV 2ND BEDROOM -Two twin beds -Flat screen Cable TV GENERAL -Sorry, No elevator -Washer and dryer -Wi-Fi & Cable TV -Guest Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo -Linens and bath towels provided (bring your own beach towels) -Private fishing pier for guests and residents -Community heated pool -Community shuffleboard court -Big screen TV and DVD -Picnic area with BBQ grills *The unit is self-catering so guests should plan to provide their own toiletries, detergents and cleaning supplies. A starter kit of 2 trash bags, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, basic hand soap, and 1 roll of paper towels is supplied, but not replenished. PARKING -Unassigned parking for 2 cars -Trailers, U-Hauls, Boats, and RVs are NOT allowed to be parked on the property! CHECK-IN -Keyless Entry -Self Check-in Indian Shores is just a 10-minute ride on the beach trolley to John's Pass Village, a large marina, shopping and dining complex that offers a variety of water sports rentals, casino boats and dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. Ten minutes to the north, you'll find another marina and a variety of shops and restaurants at Clearwater Beach, also home to the Clearwater Aquarium. Enjoy fresh local seafood at the award-winning Salt Rock Grill or casual eateries like Keegan’s and Guppy’s, watch the sun set over cocktails at The Pub or stop by the iconic Lighthouse Donuts for a quick snack - all just minutes from your vacation home. You can do as much or as little as you like at family-friendly Indian Shores, a serene beach town that offers spectacular white sand beaches and award-winning local restaurants. The condo was clean but very dated. There weren’t enough wine glasses and no beach towels. Bedspreads are heavily used. Broken slats in the blinds.
Cigarette burn in the recliner. This condo is inexpensive to stay at if you overlook the above comments. But it could really use some sprucing up. Next time I would pay a little more for an updated renovated condo.

My wife and I had a great time . There was 9 of us / the other 3 groups rented 3 other units. Place was cozy and great location. It does need a little updating , other than that, place was clean. We will definitely be renting that one in the near future.

Great location. Easy walking to the beach and restaurants. Nice water view from the balcony. The complex is very nice and well kept. The management company was very responsive and helpful. The condo itself was very outdated and dirty. The smell as soon as you walked in the door was overpowering. The carpet and furniture were very dirty and worn. Our feet would get dirty walking on the floors. The only broom there was full of hair and filthy so it had to be cleaned before it could even be used to sweep. The pillows on the beds were completely flat so we had to purchase our own. The towels were dingy and small so again we purchased our own. This unit is in desperate need of some updating and deep cleaning.

We loved the condo!! Perfect size for my family. It was clean and well stocked. The balcony view was gorgeous! We saw manatees and dolphins playing often. My husband fished off the pier and caught several. The kids loved the pool.

The condo is spacious and quiet. Great location. Needed some deeper cleaning, especially the fridge and dishes. Very nice pool area. Living room furniture not very comfortable and dated and worn.

Thanks a lot. Rested very well. The apartment is good. But i would recommended to change cooking stove, is very old.The toaster is also very old and we couldn"t use it.And it would be nice to add beach towels.

Wonderful Stay!
Very nice space, couch that turned into a bed for more room!! Very beautiful view of a big lake. Walking distance to beach was amazing, will definitely book again on our next trip.

The location was great and the porch had an incredible view. Well-stocked kitchen. The closet had beach supplies, which was nice.
Some suggestions to make things even better would be to have hooks in the bathroom for bathing suits and wet towels. Also, the twin beds were incredibly loud and squeaky and quite uncomfortable. Another thing would be to have somewhere to bring our recycling! We would definitely come back.

34 Sea Club
We have stayed at this condo for 4 years. Mostly because we liked the partial intercoastal view, the large community pool and the availability to get to dining and groceries fairly easily. However, in these four years we have seen no improvement. Furniture is old sliding door very difficult to open to patio although they changed the door opening to a side kitchen slider and closed opening to main slider. Linens were old the first year and never changed. I brought my own. Microwave and dishwasher always needed support from us to work. Always had to clean filter in dishwasher, plus do a thorough cleaning before we unpacked. Mop water would be dirty after supposed cleaning before we arrrived, and we had to purchase a mop! Then the provided sweeper had to to have the roller bar de-haired before it would work, every year! The bathrooms smelled like urine and took multiple bleaching scrubs. Every year we thought there might be some improvement, but there was not and we decided enough was enough. imagine our surprise when we looked at site to see a nearly $2000.00 dollar rate increase. Bring cleaning supplies, linens and tableware and knives to enjoy this at the very least.

Wonderful stay overall. At present, does not sleep 6 as specified. Frame on hide-a-bed/couch was broken. So could not pull pour bed to use. Also the bedside lamp in master bedroom was broke...one step away from being a "shock" hazard. Overall...would stay here again.

This condo has the potential to be great, but it's not. At all. Not sure why they charge a cleaning fee because obviously no one's cleaning it. Dead bugs, food particles, and random trash on the floor in every room. The 'fully stocked' kitchen is a complete joke. We ended up buying paper products to eat and drink out of and only made freezer meals. It looks like someone went through the goodwill isle to poorly stock the kitchen. Half of the silverware in the drawer was the chrome plastic silverware. If you walk on the hard floors without socks your feet will be black within 20 minutes. There was a house rules page tacked up on the wall saying not to sit on comforters with sunscreen because they aren't washed in between guests. The page also says you need to wash all towels and bedsheets before you leave. If I'm paying a cleaning fee and not to mention I'm on vacation, the last thing I want to do is hang around doing laundry. I don't mind in the least that the condo is outdated, but come on. If I'm paying a cleaning fee I expect it to actually be clean when I show up. Instead we had to find the closest store and buy basic cleaning supplies because I was so grossed out. I tried reaching out to the property manager and of course never received a response back.
We absolutely love Indian Shores, the town itself is wonderful. We'll never book this condo again though.

My family had a great stay! Pool is awesome. The view of the bay is amazing. Quick walk to the beach. Loved the fact that the road is not real busy and easy to cross. Other areas around indian shores have 4 lane roads to cross to get to beach. This property is beautiful and well kept and the manager was easy to contact if we had a question. 100% would stay here again!

We enjoyed the stay at 34 Sea Club! Nice view of the intercoastal, plenty of space within the unit, & convenient location in Indian Shores. Very easy walk to the beach with a cross walk maybe 200 feet north of the the property leading directly to the beach. Gulf Blvd is only 2 lanes through that stretch, making it very easy & safe to cross. Restaurants and small stores within easy walking distance. Hope to be back soon!

My family had a great stay! Pool is awesome. The view of the bay is amazing. Quick walk to the beach. Loved the fact that the road is not real busy and easy to cross. Furniture is a bit shabby, cigarette burn on chair, sheets are very worn and frayed, bathroom plumbing needs work, overall I give it a 3 out of 5 stars. The complex is very nice with fishing pier, parking was never a problem. I have rented from VRBO for over 10 years and am usually happy with the rentals

Good Location
Good Location. Short walk to uncrowded beach. Good view of intercoastal off the balcony. Saw Dolphins multiple times. Only Complaint is the parking. Condo is not assigned a parking space so we had multiple times that we were unable to find a parking space on the property.
