Situated in West Beach, this attractive condo for $605 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. OPENED 2017. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Gulf Shores, Al. Phoenix Gulf Shores is on one of the most beautiful white sand beaches you will ever see. Listen to the waves and watch dolphins swimming in the Gulf of Mexico from your large private balcony. Phoenix Gulf Shores unit 1103 is located on the 11th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the first guest bedroom, and two queen beds in the second guest bedroom. There is a 65 in. ultra high definition TV in the living room, a 55 inch ultra high definition TV inch Master Bedroom and 40 inch high definition TVs in each of the guest bedrooms. The living room and master bedroom have a direct view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico through their sliding glass doors which accesses the large balcony. This new development in Gulf Shores was completed in July 2017. Plank tile throughout with granite countertops. Definitely recommend this property!!! This is our second year of coming to Gulf Shores for our family vacation. This property is extremely well maintained inside and out. My grandkids love the pools and hot tubs. The beach and ocean is my happy place and it couldn’t be more Beautiful!!! We saw to many dolphins to count. They are amazing creatures to watch. We will definitely be back!!!

We absolutely loved every minute of our stay - the condo is perfect and meticulously clean, for which we were grateful! It is beautifully decorated and the kitchen provided everything we needed. We especially appreciated the ice machine - very convenient! When we weren’t on the beach, we were on the very spacious balcony, enjoying the gorgeous views and watching the waves! There was plenty of room, and then some, for the 4 of us. The patio furniture was very comfortable. We would love to stay in the future when returning to the Gulf Shores!!

This was hands down best VRBO I've ever stayed in. Everything was accurate in description and pics, the owners were great communicators and the unit was phenomenal. By far the best stocked kitchen. Anything you could think of was there and more. So close to the beach, restaurants and little store/coffee shop right across the street. The setup was perfect for 3 adult couples-our own bedrooms and baths. I cannot say anything negative about this unit or this condo facility. Already looking to book for June 2025 with our adult children and grandkids!!! We have been spoiled with this stay😊

The view from the 11th floor condo was gorgeous. We saw dolphins daily. The condo was very nice and spacious for our family. Everyone had their own room and bathroom for their stay. Cooked 6 meals during our stay and there were plenty of pots, pans, and tableware for us to use.

This place was awesome. Our family had a blast and we will definitely be back. The condo was much bigger than the pictures show. The beds were more comfortable than any hotel I've stayed in. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils, and dishes. The location was within walking distance of several restaurants, shops, and stores. The pool was nice with plenty of shade if desired. The beach access was close and easy to get to. The hosts Ed and Leigh were great. Anytime I reached out, they responded immediately answering my questions. We are very grateful they shared their condo with us for our trip. Definitely 5 Stars from our family. Can't wait to get back for the next trip.

This property is better than the pictures, so nice and decor is nice beautiful condo. Love that all bedrooms have their own private bathroom and kitchen was well stocked with cookware. we stayed from July 1-July 8, super nice, easy access to ocean and great owners. This property is just as it appears online and was a great place for our family to stay for a beach vacation. The rooms are spacious and have private bathrooms for each. The large living and kitchen space made for the perfect place to hang out together as a family. Private beach access was wonderful with little kids and the two pools with zero entry were a huge hit for my littles. The owners are extremely responsive and provided us with a great condo. They were quick to address any concerns we had along the way. We made great memories and had a wonderful time!

This condo was fantastic! Floor to ceiling windows with views of the ocean. There is a massive balcony with seating for meals and to relax. The bedrooms are all en suites, beds were comfortable. The kitchen has anything you’d need to cook a meal and there are a few grocery stores near by. The indoor and outdoor pools are great and the beach access is right there at the building. Parking was easy and there were plenty of spots. Quick communication with the owner when we checked in. We didn’t have any issues during our stay and definitely plan on coming back.

Ed and Leigh’s condo is spectacular. The amenities are just as described and the condo is in excellent condition. We had such a relaxing vacation and will greatly miss having coffee on the balcony each morning watching the gorgeous sunrises. Leigh checked in with us to make sure we arrived safely and that the condo met our expectations. We appreciated that and won’t hesitate to book with her again!

This was a beautiful place to stay!! The pictures don't do it justice, the rooms are all quite large. We had a lot of room to stretch out. Great location, in walking distance to plenty of restaurants. The views are stunning. It's quiet. You wouldn't know you had anyone neighboring you. It does have a very strong perfume scent from the wall plug-ins that were a bit overwhelming. Also the pool times and the cost for parking were different from what was posted. It was $55 per vehicle to park and the pools close at 10pm, not 11pm. Certainly not a complaint, just sharing the info! It was truly magical and has all of the amenities for a great vacation. The owners made sure we didnt encounter any hiccups getting in and were very responsive. Would love to return in the future.

This rental exceeded all our expectations and it was spacious enough for the 7 people we traveled with. It was clean, well stocked and the pool both indoor and outdoor were great especially with younger kids. It allowed us to swim in the morning until it was warm enough for the beach!
