16 Alrima Court, Bright You will be more than comfortable during your stay at this well-equipped family holiday home set in a quiet court but still within walking distance to the Bright township. Alrima Lodge is sure to delight. This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group). CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD • If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund. • If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply. All cancellations are to be received via email. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our full cancellation policy. BEDDING CONFIGURATION (Sleeps a maximum of 6 guests) Bedroom 1 - Double Bed Bedroom 2 - 2 x Single Beds Bedroom 3 - 2 x Single Beds All linen including sheets and towels is provided at this property. KITCHEN & DINING The good sized kitchen with plenty of bench space is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave and electric cooking. The dining area features dining/seating for 6 and overlooks the established peaceful garden. LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT The open plan living area features a leather lounge setting, TV, DVD player, stereo system with iPhone dock, and board games for the family. Please note: This property DOES NOT have WIFI HEATING & COOLING The living area features a gas heater and a reverse cycle system to keep the temperature comfortable all year round. A wood fire is also available for you to use. (NOTE: Firewood and fire starting items are NOT supplied. These are available from supermarkets and service stations should you choose to use the fireplace). BATHROOMS The main bathroom was recently renovated and features a separate shower, bath and vanity. The toilet is separate. There is also a second bathroom off the laundry with a shower, hand basin and toilet. OUTDOORS Catch the morning sun, or a cool summer breeze on either the front or back verandah and enjoy the quiet established garden. Steps within the garden led you up to a grassy area with an outdoor entertainment area complete with gas BBQ and outdoor seating. PET POLICY Alrima Lodge has a strict NO PET policy. LAUNDRY A washing machine and dryer are available at this property for guests to use. PARKING There is undercover parking for one car, and off-road parking for two more cars.

The home was in a fantastic location and clean throughout. The decor is a little on the older side, but the beds were fantastic and plenty of hot water for showers after hiking all day. Kitchen well equipped for all you general cooking needs. Limited on the extra niceties, bed side lamps, WiFi, heater in the second small bathroom but that is reflected in the great price. We had a main light globe out of order on day 3 and property managers fixed same day.I would certainly stay here again.

Good spot…15 minute walk into town. Bonus having 2 toilets and showers. Puddle of water just in front of front steps and dead flowers on steps made it quite slippery and muddy in the rain.

Games and dvd’s also available. Beds were quite comfortable. Could do with a new bbq, we didn’t use it. Alrima lodge was in a quiet setting, not too far from was very clean and had a well supplied Kitchen. The main bathroom was great. Good sized shower and plenty of hot water. Beds were comfortable and the lounge couches were comfy.Needed a cupboard in the kitchen to store food supplies.

Quiet retreat for a family
Alrima Lodge was exactly as we hoped. Cosy house with a beautiful garden in full bloom. Relaxing areas both inside and out with a log fire at night which was great. Close to shops, the bike Rail Trail and river, friendly neighbours who greeted us and a very quiet street at night. Definitely recommend for others.

This house is well situated, with an easy walk into town, and only 5mins from Sixpence Coffee. The house is comfortable and warm, with everything you need for a great family holiday vacation. We loved the garden, the view from the front deck and the homely feel.

Room to move in a quiet location
Great communication with the accommodation office and easy to pick up keys. Loved the quiet cul-de-sac location where my kids felt free to ride their bikes around. Great backyard to relax in for lunches and nice verandah to sit on in the afternoon. Room to keep our bikes under the carport and plenty of wood provided for the fireplace. Lots of room for our family of five. Loved the thermos supplied which we took on our bike rides around the area. We didn't need the extra toilet and shower but great to know it was there. Wouldn't have minded a portable heater for the bedrooms but electric blankets came in handy in September. Loved our stay.

Super comfy accomodation
Alrima Lodge, Bright surely exceeded our expectations. There were 6 of us, 3 couples, comfortably spent two nights there. The owners/agents were so thoughtful that they had turned the heating AC on before we arrived which made our arrival in the house on a chilled winter night soooo pleasant. the lodge was very clean, very comfy, well-equiped (kitchen-ware, washing machine and dryer, heated blankets, linen and towels, toiletry etc). Another wow factor to the lace was the amazing combustion wood fireplace. Last but not least was that they offered us complimentary 1pm late checkout on our departure date. All of us were so happy with the place. We'll definitely come back.

Close to town centre but quiet. Well equipped.
In a quiet cul-de-sac and an easy walk to Bright main shops. Well equipped kitchen (including containers for food storage and various wraps), spacious living area with gas heating which quickly warmed rooms in the morning. Good entertainment facilities. Really just need to bring clothes and personal effects.
Two showers and WCs plus fully equipped laundry was very convenient for 6 people.
Would have preferred a queen bed in main bedroom and maybe a double bed with bunk bed on top in one or both the other bedrooms - just to make it more flexible. But the four single beds were comfortable.
