Gail was polite and friendly. Offered above and beyond if we needed to stay on the premises beyond check out time. Delicious breakfast.
Was a bit disappointing to not be able to check in when planned, but Gail apologised for this and was kind and accommodating.

3 floors up . hot as sauna . no fans or air con available. This place I thought was a B&B .
The hostel hostess denied us breakfast. her reasons were astonishing!! we came in at 130 am . we were very upset I said I will write her a bad review her answer was “WELL THATS JUST XHIT”.
Honestly we couldn’t wait to get away from her I felt threatened.

Key for room and front door. Coffee, tea, milk, sugar and biscuits in good supply in room. Complimentary soap, shampoo, shower gel available. Plenty of storage/hanging space. Double bed very comfy, 4 pillows also very comfy. Hairdryer in room. Plenty of plugs to charge phone etc, free WiFi. En suite & use of private bathroom. Breakfast available (not required). Plenty of parking space. Very clean. Would definitely rebook. TV & Games available. Shared lounge also available.
Nothing to dislike, very helpful host.

The location was good with plenty of parking
A very basic room with a bathroom that had the feel of an old caravan bathroom. With all the good reviews we were disappointed.

V good location for visiting Portgelenone. Room was well equipped and comfortable
Noise from other guests - soundproofing could be better.

Friendly hosts, a relaxed feel, a lovely room in a lovely property and ample parking in the fabulous Portglenone.
Highly recommended.

This hostess was outstanding. We really enjoyed chatting with her. The room was perfectly clean and the breakfast was delicious. There is a Forest Park across the street and the River Bann cuts across the town. The restaurant/pub (The Wild Duck Inn) was fabulous. The property is just west of Ballymena, proper, in Portglenone.

This was the perfect location for our short stay in Northern Ireland. The B&B was perfect in every way! The location was ideal, the room was spacious with the most comfortable bed imaginable, and the breakfast options were brilliant. Not to mention, the cooked breakfast was delicious!
Gail could not have been more warming, welcoming and helpful host. Nothing was too much trouble for her; she even provided us with an early breakfast to keep us going on our ferry ride back to England. We can't wait to visit again later on in the year. We really feel like we've found the perfect place to serve as a base to explore this beautiful part of the UK.
Thank you, Gail!

Large family room for the 4 of us with 2 double beds plus a single with plenty of floor space left. Lovely en-suite but the wooden skylight needs a little attention... Overall just lovely with very comfy beds. Very welcoming. Couldn't do more. Brilliant hearty breakfast! Just delicious with everything you could want. Lots of choice in a lovely warm, spacious room. Great host. Will definitely return.
The house just needs a little updating and finishing. Lots of wood including stair borders etc which needs sealed... Some wooden window frames to look after but overall a lovely large house. Warm and welcoming. Owner/host was so accommodating and friendly, couldn't do enough. Very lovely and helpful lady. Thanks so much!

The owner was very friendly and made a lovely breakfast.
The bed was very comfy.
We were provided an extra bed for our 5 year old which was very much appreciated.
Only slight gripe was that there was a delay to check in and we had a new born with us.
It couldn't have been helped and it was handled with good customer service but it was an inconvenience.
