2/153 Station St, Porepunkah Open the large timber door and you will be pleasantly surprised with this beautifully renovated holiday home located in Porepunkah. Breathtaking views from the comfort of the open plan living/dining/kitchen area or from the spacious back deck and a well-equipped home will make your stay extremely comfortable and relaxing. This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group). CANCELLATION POLICY - FLEXIBLE • If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 7 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund. • If notification of a cancellation is received 7 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply. All cancellations are to be received via email. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our full cancellation policy. BEDDING CONFIGURATION (Sleeps a maximum of 4 people) Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed - with ensuite, TV & outside access. Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed All linen and towels are provided. KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is well-equipped with electric cooking, dishwasher, coffee pod machine and microwave. LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT The lounge room features very comfy seating for 4, with a 65 inch smart TV. The dining area seats 4. WIFI is connected. HEATING & COOLING Ducted airconditioning/heating through the property will keep you warm during the winter months and cool during summer. BATHROOM The bathroom is modern and sleek with a large shower, vanity & toilet, the large ensuite has a double vanity as well. OUTDOORS Entertaining is made easy with a spacious back deck, gas BBQ and outdoor setting for 6. All of spectacular peaceful will never want to go home. PET POLICY Alpine Views has a strict NO PET policy. LAUNDRY A washing machine/dryer is provided for guests use. PARKING A carport is available for off street parking at this property. LOCKABLE STORAGE FOR BIKES BYO Bikes - The garage has bikes racks a bench, bike pump, basic tools, rags and a bucket making sure your bike is ready to ride on our awesome trails.

We love staying at this property but this year we found that the cleaning was not to our previous year's standard, there were dirty dishes in the cupboards and the floor had not been swept property, the mirrors in the bedroom had a lot of handprints. Also the internet was very very slow.

Enjoyed the property but restricted greatly by key pick up and return time frame. Check out 10am and keys to be returned in another town by 10am!! There should be some allowances made for later checkout when keys need to be returned to a location several kilometres away. Not happy with this setup.

We loved the house, quite modern in a lovely location close to Bright. Very convenient to have two large bedrooms with bathrooms. But there was just one thing that keeps it from being perfect - bugs and spiders. I really don’t like sharing with them.

Lovely unit. The back deck area is so peaceful to sit with a glass of wine. Great kitchen too. And beautiful bathrooms. The only bad thing is the checkin/checkout procedure. Keys need to be collected and returned in Bright. A real nuisance as it just adds another 20 minutes to the trip. Get a lock box please.

We had a lovely time at staying at Alpine Views. The unit was modern, spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the place had everything you would need. The weather was very warm so really appreciated the air conditioning. We loved the mountain views from the family room and deck and watching the cows go by. So peaceful. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Overall experience:Enjoyable 5-night stay at Unit 2 Alpine Views.Ducted aircon and large bathrooms both appreciated. A few issues:No spare garbage bags for a 5-night stay.BBQ was not clean on arrival. Kitchen cupboards were all smeared as were mirrors. They looked to be wiped with wet cloth but not dried.Large spider web in kitchen over base of kitchen cupboards. Very scary as to where spider was.No rinse aid in dishwasher therefore dishes were always wet on completion of cycle.One towel per person for a 5-night stay is not adequate.Only one set of keys supplied for two couples. Tried to contact property management but they'd closed for Xmas. The office remained closed for our entire stay.Suggetions:King beds - Please!At least one small cooking pot.Outdoor clothesline. We tried the washer drier for the towels, and it took forever. Also it's a terrible waste of electricity in the middle of summer.

We absolutely loved our stay, such a beautiful cosy home, very warming and clean, the views were just stunning, however it would have been great if the fire pit in the backyard was accessible, would have made our cold nights magical to sit around a fire pit, not to mention if there was a fire place I wouldn’t want to leave :p

Well setup with everything you need. Great reverse cycle ducted air conditioning, views of the mountains, fully decked out kitchen, large bedrooms with plenty of storage, extremely large bathrooms. Photo's don't do the place justice - perfect stay for my wife and i and our 2 kids.

Huge en suite, spacious kitchen, warm and cosy. A joy each day to open the blinds and despite bad weather the first week, always something to see with cows grazing in the distance, ducks etc.
Quite a unique unit in the sense that it is located in a wide, treed suburban street with houses in front and both sides...but at the back you feel as though you are in the middle of no where! With delightful views, so quiet and peaceful with only the sounds of nature...its easy to forget you aren't actually isolated! We loved it there!
Only a 10 min walk to rail trail cafe where a good coffee can be had and a short drive to Bright. Easy, nice walks from the unit...especially the lovely river walk.
Bright quite busy especially during weekends and if you want to stay close to town with shops/cafes nearby....Porepunkah probably isn't for you?
However, if you’re looking for a great unit in an idyllic, secluded location with a real change of scenery from the usual suburbia...look no further than this lovely property!

Homely stay at the start of winter
Quiet property with a lovely view across the paddock to the distant hills. Perfect location with easy access to the region.
Our second time staying at the house. We returned because it has everything we need.

Our Easter break was perfect. For a family escape it would have been optimal for one of the rooms to have two single beds rather than a queen - but we knew this from the get go. Overall, a beautiful place.
