About this apartment rental
Superb and spacious apartment located in sea-front residential estate. There is a long promenade of 8 km with many restaurants and shops. The apartment has 90 m2 with two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a dining room and a large terrace where you can relax. It has a wide shared parking, huge gardens with a paddle and two tennis courts and a very large pool with a poolside restaurant just for the owners. In the garden there is also a playground and sporting place to play football. The beach is right in front of the place, and there are three different supermarkets where you can find anything you may need,chemist´s and several types of shops. You can also find manifold restaurants and tapas bars within a radius of 500 meters. It has a very easy access by car, and it is very near the suburban train, the Malaga airport or from the Malaga train station, as well as bus or taxi with a taxi rank right next to the building. There are also hospitals and emergency services within a radius of 1 km.

I started to write a review, but there is a limit of 1500 characters...
I need to be short this time.
1) Location - 5 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes from the airport, shops and other places just around the corner. Absolutely fantastic.
2) Surroundings - nice park inside the gated community with playgrounds etc. Pool is exceptional with lifeguards on duty. There is also a restaurant inside the community, which is way better than the places on the beach etc. Good food, fast and nice service.
3) Rooms - all rooms were as described on the pictures. Yes, if I would life there, I would do some small repairs, but these were only visual things which we did not bother at all. All rooms are connected to a central AC which works really well. It has 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a small kitchen and a big livingroom/eating room.
4) Everything you need for home cooking is there. In addition you have a dishwasher and a washing machine in the kitchen.
5) If you want to spend time watching TV, there is a smart TV as well, but most of the time you'll be enjoying the beach or pool area.
6) Teresa is a brilliant host. All our questions were answered and the check-in/check-out process was a delight.
If my friends or family would ask me where to stay in Torremolinos - I would definitely recommend this place.
The price is also something that really makes this place stand out.
If I should come back to Torremolinos, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Vacances à Playamar
De superbes vacances à Playamar. La résidence est idéalement placée en front de mer, avec toutes les commodités à côté. L’appartement est situé dans la Tour 7 au calme. Il est très propre et fonctionnel. Tout est en bon état. Les propriétaires, Teresa et son mari sont vraiment sympa. Idéal pour des vacances en famille.

Perfect family apartment
Stayed here for the second time. Owner is nice and helpful and you can contact her easily. Apartment is clean and everything is as they should be, kitchen, bathrooms, TV, WIFI. Community has own pool, and it is big and not too crowded. Place is located just on the beach and only about 10min walk from center of Torremolinos. Mercadano is about 100m, and restaurants also in the same block. Great place, and we are going to visit there again.

Needs upgrade
Stayed here 3rd to 10th November. We were late arriving 1 am. Teresa was waiting at the appartment for us, lovely large appartment, first impression of being clean, when I went to make a cup of coffee i found the cups to be dirty and had to wash them , found knives a fork and a spoon plus other bits and pieces under 1 of the chair seats, plus a popped balloons behind the sofa in the balcony area, we found the appartment very cold at night, and the water pipes were full of air so made rather a lot of noise when running water in bathrooms, after we worked out how to get some hottish water. Lovely appartment but quite a walk into the town.

We just returned for an 11 night stay at this wonderful apartment. It was fantastic! So spacious and clean! Great location, close to everything you need! Lovely gardens and pools.....And Teresa was very helpful. Had a cot and highchair provided for my 2 year old. Cant fault anything! Would love to return in the future. Thank you so much Teresa 😘.

Fantastic Apartment
We just returned for an 11 night stay at this wonderful apartment. It was fantastic! So spacious and clean! Great location, close to everything you need! Lovely gardens and pools.....And Teresa was very helpful. Had a cot and highchair provided for my 2 year old. Cant fault anything! Would love to return in the future. Thank you so much Teresa 😘�.

Large, clean and in a great location
The property was perfectly clean on arrival and we received a warm welcome which was lovely. Very spacious and in a fantastic location practically opposite the Mercadona super market and just a few minutes stroll to the beach! We had a great stay here! Not a major issue as they're cheap to buy but it would have been nice to have some washing up liquid and dish clothes provided.

Très belle location, tout y est. Le confort, l'équipement complet, aussi bien que chez vous! Vous avez juste à arriver.
L'appartement est très bien situé dans Torremolinos, à deux pas des commerces et proche du remblai. Le centre ville très commerçant accessible à pied est à une dizaine de minutes. A renouveler.

Spacious apartment in a central location
Myself and my Mum are just back from a 10 night stay at this aparmtent which we both thoroughly enjoyed. The complex in which the apartment is located is very well maintained and the swimmingpool area is lovely. Within five minutes walk there is a big Mercadona supermarket and a smaller Supersol; both of which are very good and reasonable.
The apartment has every convenience and Teresa the owner really has anticipated all your needs to include a two wheel shopping bag to walk across the road to do the shopping ! There are two beautiful and modern bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen; it did take us a while to figure out how to use the hob as it is digital !
Cannot recommend this apartment more highly.

"We arrived to find a very clean, spacious, bright apartment. Plenty of wardrobe space for a family of 4 and a place to hide suitcases for the week.
Everything we needed for our stay could be found. More than enough towels and all kitchen facilities. Even stuff like salt and pepper and washing machine powder and conditioner.
We chose this apartment as the balcony was enclosed as we have two toddlers. We all had a great holiday, some amazing times in the swimming pool and great weather.
My children aged 3 & 4 loved the on-site enclosed play park and spent much time there.
The owners could not be more helpful and even provided a gate key so we could park our hire car inside the complex.
You would not be disappointed to rent this apartment. 5*****"

"Everything was as described and much more, the apartment is tastefully decorated and does not lack anything. The beach and the pool are very easily reachable, we have had no problem to find a parking space in the building complex. The owner answered all our questions very promptly and is very helpful. "Overall this property was one of the best we have stayed in. The quality of the linen,furniture and kitchen utensils was excellent - it was like a hotel. The air conditioning was great, there was a supermarket and shops very close by including a great park in the grounds for the kids. Parking was always easily accessible and it is just on the 1st floor so easy to get to.
The best thing was the owner, Teresa - she was very kind and helpful which made it a pleasure to deal with her."

"This is a lovely place, alot bigger than it looks,very clean, and has everything you need and want, and although it is on the groung floor you are slightly elevated which I liked as I felt safer. There is plenty to do in the area, you are less than a 3 minute walk to the beach and there are plenty of places to eat. Would go again :)"

"Playamar is a great location in Torremolinos. It is on the beach and near stores and a nice walk to the city center. The complex is well kept with nice playgrounds, pools and grounds. It is very safe and secure with all locking gates/entries. It was quiet and people were friendly. The unit itself was clean and well kept. We were the second renters. The owner lives on property and was very nice and accommodating. I would recommend this unit for families and couples."
