Nestled in South West Rocks, this charming condo for $127 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. No better position, this air conditioned Penthouse apartment is located in the heart of town with great views from the Gaol to the Macleay River mouth and only two minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and shops and the added bonus of WIFI. Large open plan tiled living area with high ceilings flows neatly from the large dining and kitchen area. Sit back and relax in the super comfortable lounges, while watching your favourite team play on the 50' LED LDC television, there is also a Blu-Ray player. The lounge area then spills out onto two large balconies where you can sit and appreciate the beautiful outlook while enjoying dinner on the Weber BBQ or relax in the sun lounge and read a good book. Three bedrooms so plenty of room for two couples or a family. The main bedroom hasa queen bed, a television and spa bath. Bedroom two has a Trio Bed (Double base with a Single Bunk) and the third bedroom has two single beds. For your convenience there is an internal laundry with washer and dryer. A short stroll to the park, the children will love all the new playground equipment or take a walk along the bike/walking track while the kids enjoy a ride on their pushbikes. All the things you want, you will have and all the things you didn't think you would need, will be there! This is a very spacious, comfortable unit. Please note that sheets and towels are not supplied however can be hired for an additional fee, please contact our office and we will arrange this for you. South West Rocks is popular as a holiday destination for its variety of beaches including Horseshoe Bay, Main Beach, Little Bay, Gap Beach, North Smoky and Smoky Beach. Beginners and experienced surfers will both find waves to suit them or take a surf lesson with Trent Munro Surf Academy. Fish Rock Cave, 2 km offshore, is one of the best cave dives in the country, a 125-m passage through the centre of a small island, with an amazing variety of marine life including grey nurse sharks, turtles and spotted eagle rays. The area has a rich heritage set on cliffs high above the sea, Trial Bay Gaol was built in the 1880s to house prisoners and then as an internment camp for Germans and Austrians living in Australia during World War 11. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A lovely place for a restful holiday. Clean, comfortable & close to everything. The only draw back were the 2 flights of stairs, not ideal for older visitors or young children. There was a lockup garage that we weren’t told about at checkin. Close to the beach & cafes.

We've stayed at this apartment many times and it feels like coming home. It's well equipped (and now has wifi and a coffee machine. There are 2 balconies so you can always get the sun, shade, or breeze.There are 2 flights of stairs but beach things can be stores in the lockup garage.

Nice apartment very convenient for beach, shops and cafes. Very clean and well equipped. There was a smart TV but unable to use the features as there was no internet. We had 2 kids who would have loved there to be WiFi. The other thing was the linen situation. We either had to bring our own or hire it We chose to hire it at a cost of $60 I am sure linen could be part of the cost - nobody wants to start making up beds when they first arrive and also stripping beds before they leave. (I think it must be a South West Rocks thing as I’ve never experienced it anywhere else.

Lovely spacious unit, tasteful furniture, in the middle of town walk to everything. Would highly recommend. Very clean unit, have stayed at other units similar with other agents but this unit is nice and clean. Cleaner should be commended. Linen provided by R&R Linen was lovely and fresh, towels fluffy and very friendly and helpful.
