You really can't find a better location because you do not need to rent a car! Aruba's main beach is just a 2 minute walk away, as well as all shopping malls, restaurants, souvenir shops, casino’s and night life. This modern and clean ground floor Condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Your cozy private patio is right by the large shared pool with many lounge chairs. Inside the condo we also offer beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for you to bring to the beach. This condo is located at "Las Islas" condominiums, a gated and secured 14 condo building next to Palm Beach Plaza Mall and behind the High-Rise Hotels (Hyatt in particular). Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom so this condo is perfect for three separate couples or a family. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and the other 2 bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The master bedroom has a large balcony that overlooks the pool. The open kitchen is fully stocked and has all you need to prepare your meals at home. Dishwasher, stove, extractor, microwave, blender, coffee machine, fridge, it's all there! The living area is comfortable, spacious and light and all airconditioned. There is a cozy patio right in front of your glass sliding doors so you can have a great breakfast outdoors or keep an eye at your family members in the pool. There is a shared BBQ grill by the pool to help you make great meals at home. The pool is very clean and fresh and has partly shade and partly sun so you can enjoy either. The building is very safe and has camera surveilance and your vehicle can be parked safely inside the electronic gate. To make you vacation perfect, there is also a facility with a washer-dryer available so you can pack light (FREE). We are masters in cleanliness, so this condo is spotless. We are Premier host on HomeAway so you will be in good hands with the Marin Family! You can read all our reviews of the multiple properties we manage. NOTES: There is a cleaning fee of $230 USD (cash) upon check in. This fee covers both the preparation and cleaning of the condo before you arrive and the cleaning after you leave. Please take the time to read our house rules, we rent homes for relaxing family vacation and absolutely no parties or events allowed. SMOKING outdoors only. We advise you when you book your ticket to directly take out travel and cancellation insurance, both for the trip and for the rental of the house. With the insurance, you will be protected from financial loss if a booking is cancelled or cut short is case of any emergencies. We understand the need to be flexible in these uncertain times when traveling is more stressful than usual, so we have changed our cancelation policy to the most flexible one and will even refund after the policy date if borders close or there are travel restrictions. However, please understand it is devastating for any home owner to be canceled last minute and loose their rental income for the week, so please try to cancel as early as possible if you are uncertain about traveling.

This is a multi unit condo building and we felt this end ground unit was the best location to complex entrance, pool, laundry, etc.

The condo unit is clean and a great place to stay. The beds are a bit too hard for our liking but good if you like a hard bed.

Three bedrooms and bathrooms gave our family of 3 teenage boys all the space we needed. A quick walk to Palm Beach or restaurants. We ended each day with a shaded relaxing dip in the pool. The Casa Mia team supported us with clear communication and excellent recommendations

We had such a great time staying in this unit! It is very central and close to the beach, casinos, and many restaurants! Check in and check out were very smooth and we felt like we had all the information we needed. Communication via WhatsApp was super easy. Thank you!

This was our first vacation as a family with our 8 month old son. Las Islas was fantastic and super kid friendly. Rixt and company provided a pack n play, changing table and high chair on arrival. Being a ground level unit, we were able to enjoy the pool while our little one slept. The place was very clean and accommodating and the 3 bedroom provided enough space for 4 adults and an infant. The grounds were beautiful and it was a super easy walk to the shops, restaurants and beaches of Palm Beach. We will definitely be returning next year! Also Daniel welcomed us and provided us with many restaurants to try and was super friendly.

We planned a vacation to Aruba with a group of 8 so this property made the most sense as far as accommodations, location and price. We were able to book a 3 bedroom and a second unit with 2 bedrooms. You have everything you need in these units. There is a full kitchen for those nights you want to prepare a meal or even breakfast or lunch. There is a grill out by the pool as well. Our unit had a cooler and beach chairs. Our only complaint, and this has nothing to do with the unit or our property manager, is when you get group or a few groups of younger, loud and inconsiderate guests. Since the units have different owners and property managers it is difficult to find the proper person or group to speak with. We had a group of younger guys 2 units over that were loud and messy, leaving trash out by the pool and on the ground. another group of much younger girls were 1 floor above and 1 unit over from us. They were very loud. Screaming like little children until 2 am outside, in their unit and at the pool. I assume each property manager leaves a welcome packet that explains the rules of the property, but I am sure this is the last thing that these guests took the time to read. It is called common courtesy. Other than this, our unit and property manager were great.

we had a great time. glad to have a car to explore the island. the immediate area is still under development, but can walk to restaurants and beaches too. Sink in one bathroom needs a repair to the faucets - one is just hot, and other is just cold. installed improperly. also- 2nd closet was unfinished has no hanging rods, only shelves. easy fixes though! Mentioned to property manager also. We would use the AC less if there were screens on any windows or slider door for evening.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. It was just as good as the 1st. We are 4 senior adults and we are able to walk to all the restaurants and the beach from the condo. It is well maintained and the hosts Jose and Rixt are the best. They make the trip so easy and enjoyable. I would recommend this Condo to everyone. Casamiaaruba run by Jose @ Rixt will take care of all your needs.

We stayed here for my birthday and had an amazing time! Exceeded all my expectations! Each bedroom is private and has its own bathroom. Beautiful back patio which opens directly to the pool. Beds were very comfortable and the property was very well maintained and quiet. Excellent location just a few blocks from the beach, hotels, and tons of restaurants! The property manager was extremely helpful and friendly. I definitely hope to return!!!

Renting the property was Straight forward and the owner provided very detailed information making the process seamless. The property is within walking distance to all restaurants on or near Palm Beach in Noord. Daniel and the Marin family were most gracious and we can’t wait to go back! Friendliest people on any island we’ve been - a truly special place!!

Perfect place to stay in Aruba
We had never been to Aruba and so didn’t really know the best place to stay. This is it, and this property was perfect. Great location, we didn’t have and didn’t need a car. Easy to beaches, great nearby restaurants, shopping, activities, all right here. The condo has a beautiful pool and met our needs well. Would stay again tomorrow!!!!

Perfect Beach Home!
This property was wonderful! Nice and clean with everything you could possibly want in a beach home, especially in the kitchen. The location was also perfect with walking distance to everything in the Palm Beach area. At first the walk can be a bit sketchy for newcomers, but it's completely safe.
The only down for us was that the location is right on the main road so you can hear cars and your neighbors all night. You could hear neighbors clear as whistle down to their conversations. We downloaded a white noise app and all was well.
Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

First of all, I must say how great the owner's were. The Marin family were wonderful to work with. They answered all of our questions, and answered them quickly. They provided a tremendous amount of information and helpful suggestions about how to get around Aruba, things to do, great places to eat, etc. I just can't say enough good things about them! But now on to the condo itself - the condo is in a great location, in the Palm Beach / high rise hotel area of Aruba. It is just behind the parking lot of the Hyatt - less than a 5 minute walk, and you're on the main street with all of the hotels, restaurants, shopping, etc. And 2 minutes after that, you can be on Palm Beach. So the location is awesome. The condo itself was also great - very clean, very up-to-date. Two huge bedrooms, both with full attached bathrooms upstairs, one smaller bedroom downstairs. Big TV's in all the bedrooms and the living room area. The pool area had plenty of chairs and umbrellas. There is a separate laundry area used by the entire complex, that had very modern washers and dryers. We did not rent a car - we walked everywhere, but also took taxis around to some of the other beaches, and also rode the bus when we went to Orangestad one day. All in all, this was a terrific place to stay, and will be our first option to book again when we return to Aruba A very huge thank you to the Marin family!

Perfection
We had the most amazing time staying in the condo. We were there for my husband and my wedding and it was so nice that there were two condos next door to each other. The space was great and the location even better! We were so close to everything but still felt that we had our own space away from the large hotels. It was about an 8 minute walk to palm beach. The owners were so I credibly flexible as well and so communicative. I highly recommend staying here!

Amazing location, beautiful property, great hosts
The property looked exactly like the pictures and the walk to the beach was even shorter than we anticipated! We rented a car to navigate the island and we honestly felt like we were in the perfect location to all beaches, shops and restaurants. The hosts were amazing too, they made the process so easy and met us within 10 minutes of arriving at the property to show us around. They thought of everything, including having coffee and Tupperware! I would most definitely stay here again.
