Tout était parfait. Le personnel était d’une gentillesse incroyable, le fait d’avoir mis à disposition un mini bus pour les résidents pour aller à Old Town et Central Phuket c’est vraiment formidable ! Le petit déjeuner était bien, la chambre était parfaite ! Tout était parfait

Away from the town centre which allowed peaceful stay, Direct access to swimming pools facilities was fabulous, absolutely value for money.
After leaving the room for a while, AC goes off which makes room very warm especially at day time when you need cool air after exposure to heat. So does applies to water, need to wait long time to get cold water.

Großes Zimmer, alles bis auf den Boden sauber
Extrem hellhörig. Wir haben ein Zimmer bekommen, dass eine extra Tür zum Zimmer daneben hat. Man hat die Personen im Zimmer daneben husten hören. Geht gar nicht!

Вполне уютный отельчик, хотя изначально ожидалось большего. Провели с девушкой здесь 8-е марта. Отдохнули хорошо, бассейн классный, хоть и не глубокий. Удобная терраса с выходом к бассейну, где можно удобно отдыхать в тени и приватности.
По локации ничего не буду говорить, смотрите карту. Здесь только уединенный отдых вдали от всего абсолютно. Номера чистые, но ничего особо примечательного в них нет. В ванной было много насекомых. Завтрак не понравился вообще, таких невкусных завтраков не встречал давно.

Spent a week here and it was very comfortable indeed, spacious rooms, great beds, early breakfast, clean pool and not as many insects as I would expect. It's great they have a trial massage included. Although resorts are not our thing, we really enjoyed it. Staff were great and room always clean. It was generally quiet but my god, some tourists are so loud. Overall, happy with this place.
- mega dissapointing breakfast. Thailand has some of world's best foods, that's not reflected in the breakfast, which was carb-heavy and not that much protein. I would have loved to see more chioces and definitely more fruit (they only had watermelon). Proteins include just eggs and some chicken sausage, there was a cooked stir fry they would change everyday but not enough choice. It feels they only cater for Chinese tourists but there were a lot of europeans as well so they should adapt the menu
- boring restaurant menu - you find better food downtown. I've been eating in town everyday
- location - it is a bit far from everything so you need to use Grab to ride everywhere but Grab is super reliable
- don't use their shuttles, just use Grab
- just order food with Grab

El hotel como tal es una maravilla, yo lo tome por una oferta de Genius, ya que su precio normal en temporada alta, me pareció excesivo, si bien es un gran hotel con bellas vistas de la piscina, es eso no hay una “experiencia” tan extraordinaria. Si bien la piscina era privada, era pequeñita.
Lo bueno es para mi de las camas más cómodas que he probado en Tailandia

The pool access, the food the stuff.
This place it’s far away if you want to go to Phuket town will no be a good choice. To do something else it’s can be a really nice place for you.

Direct pool access is cool. Room is clean. Bathroom spacious.
I had to wait for my room and everyone arriving later did get a room first. My room had a plumbing issue, the water wasn’t clean the second day. Breakfast is standard.

Location is crap.. have to drive 15mins at least to fond anything going on..because there certainly isn't anything happening in the hotel

My stay was very relaxing and peaceful. From the beautiful gardens, the swim up pools and the amazing rooms and massage. I loved every moment.
Buffet breakfast could be kept plentiful and kept warm for the duration of the the breakfast service.

The resort is beautiful, with lush gardens, helpful staff, and lots of privacy. The pools are the highlight, with each room having it's own direct access, with private patios with sunbeds for relaxing. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean with great air-conditioning. The daily shuttle buses into Phuket Town was essential, and well appreciated. The restaurant provides good meals if you need it, with local recipes on offer alongside western favourites.
Overall, it's a terrific place to relax and unwind with great privacy, in a quiet location.
The resort is not very well located, with some effort required to head to main areas and attractions. The shuttle buses were helpful, however they offer a one way trip with travellers responsible for organising transport back. Phuket Town is about a 10-15 minute bus ride away, and Patong beach and the airport closer to an hour away. Not many taxi drivers knew where the resort was by name, so be prepared to give directions on a phone to help with communication. Be prepared to pay between 300-400 THB for a ride from Phuket Town, and 700-800 THB from the airport. Once you're familiar with getting around, it becomes a lot easier, but there is little within walking distance so make sure you plan your days.

The place overall nice with the swimming-pools but not exactly as on the pictures. Very few things what we liked and it is even hard to name them. The staff was overall helpful but many upset customers are challenging their patience. We witnessed when one guest complained at the front desk and shouted at the receptionist. We felt sorry for her as it is not her fault but these things happen daily that is not good for the stuff as well.
Where to start, well they should mention somewhere that there are limited dinning options at the property. They are asking 200$/night and there is no room service that I could live with. But in the evening the restaurant is closing at 20:30 and that's it. There is nothing around so if you missed the dinner you are on your own. You can order from grab app but who knows what you are getting. They meant to setup this place nicely and don't understand why they don't want to invest a little bit more for better services as an example food. Being remote location could be fine if the hotel provides everything that is needed but here it provided bed and a swimming pool and that's all. Breakfast was very poor and sad, dinner limited selection and not the best tasting food and finishing early. There is a small bar in the corner but that's sad as well, nobody was sitting there. The other major problem was continuous insects and ants in the room. They were everywhere pretty much. On the computers, phones, on our pillows and blankets, they climbed into the luggage etc. Not sure if the hotel can't spend some money on pest control. Overall I think the place is overprice for the value what it offered, food is just so sad and ant issues in the room.

Pulizia scarsa delle zone comuni, le porte a vetro del ristorante erano letteralmente opache di unto e manate.
Cibo di pessima qualità.
Le aree del bar erano utilizzate la notte da clienti che lasciavano cibo e bottiglie ovunque. Il barista metteva ogni sera musica tremenda dal proprio cellulare, si sentivano anche le chiamate o i messaggi vocali che riceveva in tutto l’albergo.
Clientela media pessima, maleducata, rumorosa, sporca, irrispettosa degli altri e degli spazi comuni.
Mancanza di sorveglianza o regole all’interno del resort.

The pool in front of the room was really nice, had a restaurant there which was convenient.
Would be nice if the air conditioner was colder, makes it hard to sleep. And the pillow was a little uncomfortable.

frokosten var skuffene. ikke egg feks. Kaffemaskinen var gammel og delvis ødelagt Måtte etterfylles med vann manuelt. Kom klokken 18.30 rommet var ikke klart. måtte vente.
Det var ikke håndklærI gikk i resepsjonen kl 08.00 dagen etter. Fikk beskjed om at vi ikke kunne få håndklær før klokken 17.00! Ble helt forskrekket! Jeg gikk litt rundt og fant etterhvert rengjøringspersonel som låste seg inn på et annet rom. Fikk da 2. (vi hadde 2 badehåndklær som var til bassenget). Frokostrommet, som også fungerte som restaurant var som i en militærleir.

wenn man von der lobby zu den zimmern geht ist das ein offener Weg da stingt es oft nach Abwasser das ist nicht so schön . In den zimmern ist davon aber nichts zu riechen.

Loved the resort itself. Super peaceful and quiet. Beautiful for a few days relaxation. Lovely rooms and bathroom. Nice cool pool to refresh in straight from Balcony.
Not close to anything. Could walk to 7/11 but not nice walk. We just got grab (taxi via app) to old town and back (140B each way roughly) but one maybe two nights is enough here. Resort small. Has one restaurant but more like big dining hall. Would recommend going out for food in old town instead.

Was a beautiful property, loved the pool access! The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable.
Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Some of the staff were not overly pleasant and felt like a burden asking them anything.
The location isn't close to anything, and the restaurant is only operational for breakfast which I wish I knew when booking. You have to walk 30 min to the closest restaurant or you the grab app to have food delivered.

Der direkte Zugang zum Pool war sehr schön und das Zimmer sehr gemütlich und modern. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht.
Das Personal konnte zum Teil nicht ein Wort englisch, was vieles sehr schwer gemacht hat und manchmal frustrierend war.
Das Frühstück war leider kalt.

Shame the restaurant wasn’t open for the evening but understandable as low season and not many guests. Unfortunately nowhere in walking distance so need a taxi but only 300 baht each way.

The pool suite was amazing although the water is not very clean due to it being surrounded by plant and there were a lot of insects on the water. But we asked in the reception and they called someone to clean it for us. The room was super big and it had access to prime video and netflix which is amazing to chill at night. The breakfast was ok with enough options for all tastes.

We find a quiet and peaceful hotel. for relaxation on holidays We are pleased with the silence received. And the green garden looks comfortable and has a beautiful swimming pool. There is a fitness room available. And there are facilities in the room as appropriate. If need help with something can contact the frontline staff. can help you and friendly.
The hotel may be far from finding a dinner. or have to walk out of the hotel to find food for dinner and the hotel does not have room service, breakfast there isn't anything special in general.

Everything meets expectations. The staff provides a warm welcome, hospitable, friendly. The interior of the hotel is beautifully decorated and natural looking comfortable. Everything is perfect, breakfast and restaurant are available, clean accommodation, good location. Great parking Close to many tourist attractions such as Phuket Old Town. The pier for traveling to various islands is only 5 minutes away.

for this accommodation I was very impressed like I had opened a new experience. The first feeling that I entered the room, I felt relaxed because the room was stylish, attractive, and most importantly, the room was very clean. And meet the pool that is wide, in many styles. Unique, probably the best relaxation in life, and most importantly, all employees are perfect and excellent. The people here are good -hearted and help. Good service in terms of facilities It is considered complete with a restaurant, bar and fitness center. Good activities to play are also interesting, such as canoeing. And most importantly, this accommodation is not far from the pier, suitable for traveling to various attractions. Overall, this place is an interesting place or would like many people to try to relax here once. Because it's worth it.
