Adults age 18 and older required to secure a reservation – with valid photo I.D All Deposits are non-refundable. Final Payment due 60 days before check-in. If a reservation cancellation has been received on or before 60 days of scheduled booking, Guest will be refunded all monies, less the non-refundable 30% deposit required at the time of booking. Subsequently, no refunds will be made inside of 60 days within or during the scheduled booking; early departures are no exception.
