Muito muito bom! Recomendo! Staff 10 estrelas!

A localização é espectacular mesmo em frente ao mar, a comida do pequeno almoço é saborosa e variada e tem a graça de se ir buscar ao corredor e comer no quarto. No geral o quarta/casinha é muito muito agradavél e o staff é ultra atencioso. A repetir.

Acho que não houve nada que possa chamar negativo mas talvez sejam pontos de melhoria que valem a pena: os tons das luzes do alojamento não são uniformes no mesmo espaço o que, para mim, é menos agradavél, o roupão para o meu namorado era bastante pequeno mas também não pedimos outro e, até pelo bem da conservação do espaço, acho que seria bom colocarem um vidro mais longo na base de duche porque a água vai mesmo para o chão. Ainda assim isto são apenas detalhes para fazer o 100% para mim!

A perfect 2 day stay next to the waves of the Atlantic Ocean'

Ko gero, tai pati geriausia vieta apsistoti keletui dienų Pico saloje. Netoliese už ~5 km pagrindinis salos miestas - Madalena. Tuo pačiu iš čia lengvai pasiekiamos visos kitos įdomiausios salos vietos. Už lango nuostabus vaizdas į Atlanto vandenyną, esantį čia pat, tik už 150 metrų. Mūsų apartamentai buvo išties itin erdvūs ---> pirmame aukšte didelė svetainė ir terasa su puikiu vaizdu į vandenyną bei gretimą Faial salą. Antrame aukšte - miegamasis ir vonios kambarys. Viskas šiuolaikiškai ir skoningai įrengta. Žinoma, nemokama vieta automobilio parkavimui. Ir tikrai skanūs pusryčiai + kava (beje, man itin patiko mažučiai krusasnai ir pyragėliai su razinomis) :-) Taip pat didžiulė padėka Anai Paulai už malonų priėmimą atvykus. __________________ This is probably the best place to stay for a few days on Pico Island. The main town of the island - Madalena - is nearby for ~5 km. At the same time, all the other most interesting places on the island are easily accessible from here. Outside the window, there is a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean, which is right here, only 150 meters away. Our apartment was really Great spacious ---> on the first floor there was a big Living room and a Terrace with a great view of the ocean and the neighboring island of Faial. On the second floor - a bedroom and a bathroom. Everything is modern and tastefully furnished. Of course, free parking space. And a really delicious breakfast + coffee (by the way, I especially liked the little croissants and raisin cakes) :-) Also a big thank you to Ana Paula for the kind welcome on arrival.

Neturiu kokių nors konkretesnių nusiskundimų ar priekaištų - na trūko tik geresnio oro ir daugiau saulės spindulių ... :-) __________________ I don't have any specific complaints - the only thing missing was better weather and more sunlight.

Exceptional

Great location in the middle of the famous vineyard of Pico. Spacious apartment, very comfortable, well equipped. We enjoyed a bath in the sea nearby. We also enjoyed the kindness of the person who received us. Excellent experience, that we hope you'll also enjoy !

Pleasant stay with very helpfull owner.

We liked the owner that was very nice and helpfull.

It was hot and we couldn’t open the curtains before 9 pm because it is oriented west, in the sunset… The location is not the best if you don’t have a car.

Newly built, no charm, ibis style and no sense of service

Nothing, it was newly built, no charm

No Charm Room in the first floor with view of the parking, stuffy bathroom with no window The staff knocked on our door at 11h05 as we were not out of the room yet when the checkout was at 11h ! We left our bags at the property, to which the hotel agreed, and we almost missed our flight as nobody was there when we came to pick them up !

A wonderful stay for our time in Pico with very helpful hosts

A beautiful property, setting and facilities offering privacy, peace and quiet. The view from the room and terrace over to Faial was beautiful. The hosts were very accommodating when we arrived late due to car hire issues. The annotated map of the island they provided was very useful for finding places to eat. The self service breakfast to eat in our room was good

The site is currently being developed further, it would be great to have a communal laundry room for guests

Beautiful apartment and surroundings, with great view of both the ocean and the volcano. The host was very helpful and friendly, and we really appreciated the hand annotated map of the island she gifted us. Following her advice, we had a very nice stay on Pico visiting the places she suggested. The apartment is very modern and well equipped with all the appliances we could want during our stay.

Incredible place to stay!

Amazing place to stay: staff, decoration, view, facilities quality. You'll not find a better place to stay in Pico.

Maybe the breakfast could have eggs (boiled to be simpler) . Even so I would stay there again even if they would never have eggs :)

Comfortable and clean boutique hotel with all you need in a wonderful quiet location on the water.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff - Ana Paula couldn't be any more friendly and was a wealth of knowledge. We stayed in February so it was slow season and we were the only ones there. The apartment had everything you need if you'd like to cook yourself, it was super cozy, we loved being able to open the deck door or the window in the bedroom and look out at and listen to the ocean. Truly fantastic, not a single complaint and would stay again in heartbeat.

super friendly welcome by the owner, great location, beautiful view from the room and very very comfortable apartment. its nice that they switch the sweet option at breakfast daily

Room service every 3 days is a little on the low side, and eating breakfast in your own room is nice but it does come with cleaning your own mess too

The idea of an apartment is good. This just wasn't it.

One room of the apartment was locked. This was odd. Breakfast was not very good and lacking in diversity. Location is a construction site, Beware!

Perfect apartment for a Pico Trip

We had a great time and the host made us feel really welcome. The apartment itself is really modern and cozy. The terrace is just awesome and offers a stunning sea view. Breakfast was good too!

The most beautiful place to stay in pico

Vinhas to Calhau is an amazing apartment hotel in probably the best location of Pico. The view from the terrace is simply amazing. Rooms are super spacious on two floors. For families it is amazing. The hotel was very supporting in helping us renting a car, which is not easy in Pico. This is The place to go in Pico.

There a was misunderstanding on the reservation of an additional service. I suggest more clarity... and to request a deposit or verify on the arrival, so as to avoid any misunderstanding. I know it may sound arrogant but... 4 stars means also preventing misunderstandings. Suggest to provide different bins for differentiated collection of waste

Amazing hotel in Pico island not far from Madalena, great rooms with superb view

The hotel is amazing. The room we stayed was a duplex (two floors) with on the ground floor a big living room with a kitchen and a huge terrace outside and on the first floor the sleeping room and the bathroom. The room was nicely decorated and the view over the sea and Faial island is amazing. The hotel has also a private parking which is very useful as you need to reach it by car.

Most helpful staff with a lovely room and view

The staff is wonderful. First, they helped us book a rental car after our plans fell through even though we were unable to find any available cars on the island. Also, our luggage was left behind by the airline and then delivered to the hotel after we had already left. Ana works reception at the hotel and called me to let me know so I could work with the airline to get it picked up and sent to our current island. Then Ana also called us when the bags were picked up. This was imperative because the airline made no attempt to let us know they had our bags. Ana told me the flight time from Pico to the island we were on and so we stopped by the airport and found our bags. They were separated away from the bags being delivered that day and had not been entered into the system. It took 5 days to get our bags and it would have been longer if not for Ana. We are so grateful for everyone there. Also the room was spacious with a great view.

nice apartments wir a beautiful terrace and an amazing view

Claudia was very friendly and supported us with a reservation in a restaurant and the organization of a taxi 😃 she provided us with a map from the island with handwritten tips of restaurants, swimming areas, hot spots and so on 👍

breakfast is a bit poor, but we received a breakfast for the day when we left the hotel very early

Nicely located, very good recommendations (from staff) to visit the island as well as to attend to special requests.

'Room with mountain view' not as expected: view spoiled by current houses construction in front as well as by electric cables. Reserved Room contained 1 more sleeping room and 1 WC: because reservation did not include them, staff decided to close these rooms and did not allow to use them although in the same overall room. It would be nice to allow use them at least as a compensation to the spoiled mountain view. Breakfast can be improved: the current concept is to go to the corridor and collect food & drinks to the room, which is not very convenient.

Great apartment that will be nearly pefect after the sea front construction work finishes.

Very comfortable and spacious with great views of the sea.

Unfortunately there is construction work being done in front of the hotel. This as noisy during all days except Sunday.

Loved everything except the breakfast!

The place was amazing and much bigger than what we anticipated. conveniently located close to some of the main attractions. staff was friendly. Mattress was nice and supportive and great to rest after a day of exploring and hiking.

The breakfast was terrible, we ended up only having a decaf (and that was because they ran out of coffee) because the food was not worth it.

Surrounded by amazing People and Great views :)

Great location just by the sea! Amazing view, both ways, either to Faial island or to Pico mountain. Lovely people, always there to help and to make you feel like home. The apartments are very well decorated, clean e quite big! The bed was very comfortable. Definetly recommended!
