Everything was the best. I can just recommend this Villa as it is name it is really not just 5, even 7 star Villa. Very high quality wellness and living quality. Senad and Jasna were both available by whats app, you had a question, they have answered you under 3 minute and they even call you to answer my text messages. Very kind and helpful from them.

First of all, Senad and Jasna are kind and professional hosts, it was great to meet them at arrival and to keep in touch during our stay. The property is exceptionally well equipped, especially those guests who like to cook and/or cook for larger groups will find the kitchen a great place to work. The house is sizeable, with a very large living & dining space, great for larger families or groups. Rooms as also large, all en-suite. There is a fun-dedicated basement with gym equipment, sauna & jacuzzi, table tennis, and plenty of games for kids. We spent less time outside (April weather...), but the house features a great pool and a sizeable covered dining area, also superbly equipped. The surroundings offer plenty of opportunities for biking and hiking - we picked wild asparagus!

We loved the location is it is placed on the outskirts of a picturesque village Butkovici with full privacy and beautiful panoramic views over pristine nature and it is easily accessible by car. Very quiet and intimate location yet close to the sea and some bigger cities like Pula and Rovinj. It has a large meadow next to the pool - the family loved it. Rooms are spacious and there is a big LCD TV in every room, we loved jacuzzi and gym which are in the basement. The house is new and extremely comfortable for a family stay, it was super clean and tidy also.

It was perfect. The house is very beautiful, clean, really excellent. Hosts are very kind... and we will come back for sure :)

The house is such a nice place, beautifully decorated and comfortable, in a quiet environment, but still close to bigger places if you want sightseeing. You have everything you need in the house and all very clean. We stayed there with two families (4 adults and 6 Kids). If you want to relax you can spend the whole day in the house. The kids were so happy. So we had great time there and can fully recommend.
