Our townhouse consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. Its bright and cheerful contemporary coastal style transports you directly to the sea. We have completely renovated and decorated it in 2017 with the aim of maintaining clear views and ensuring that our guests feel at home. The house has about 150 m2 and is spread over three floors. The visitor enters the central floor, where they will find an entrance hall, two bedrooms of which one is en-suite and the guest service. The upper floor has the living / dining room with open kitchen and the terrace facing the sea. The third bedroom with a separate shower room, dressing room and separate office with sea views is located on the ground floor. This part of the house also has a separate office with a work desk and TV and a sofa bed. In fact, this is a fourth bedroom in which a seventh guest could be accommodated. This room also offers sea views. LIVING ROOM AREA The living / dining space has a fully equipped open kitchen, a lounge section with a TV, an electric fireplace and a dining room. Its sliding doors open to impressive frontal sea views, leading to a terrace with a BIOSUN pergola and equipped with terrace furniture. The terrace offers not only frontal views of the sea, but also lateral views of the Estepona Coast. From the terrace there is access to a small private garden of 50m2 which in turn gives access to the promenade from where you can enjoy views of the African Coast and Gibraltar. The east / south and west facing garden has been equipped with sun loungers to enjoy the sun throughout the day. They can also avoid stairs using the Bahía Dorada V parking area and walk to the house through the Paseo Marítimo. ABOUT BAHIA DORADA The Bahía Dorada complex is located to the west of the municipality of Estepona, about 4 km from the city and about 5 km from its marina. Access to the houses is only possible thanks to its pedestrian paths.
