- at 7 o'clock in the morning an indescribable construction noise started from the floor above, they build a new floor - whats up with the guests arrives late and Check out late? No warning on booking.com - costs normally 30-40€ in belgrad, WE paid 60€, too expensive - exspecially for a construction side - 35 degrees inside, but no remote control for the aircondition we booked a big double room for 3 persons, they gave us a small single room for 1-2 persons....after our complaint they changed the room, but the new room was also prepared for only 2 persons ( towels, Sheets, ....) - the bathroom was really dirty, think the h ouse keeping forgot it

Location, for a stop over between flights is great. It's in Surčin, that's the city where the airport is. The hotel is currently being renovated, so it's a bit messy around, but it will be even better once renovation is finished. The staff is excellent and friendly.

Lack of hotel restaurants and a bar or two. Not a problem for a stop over.

Being from America you expect hotels to be a certain way, The CHINA TOWN HOTEL was all that and more. the room was nice and the view was amazing. there was even a balcony. the bathroom was big and modern

the only minus was that during my stay there was construction work, but it is all understood, and they are not always there, just that work had to get done

The check-in process was smooth, despite our late arrival at 3 AM, thanks to the efficient and friendly staff. However, our stay was marred by unexpected construction noise that began at 8 AM, disrupting our sleep and relaxation. We were disappointed to discover that we hadn't been informed about the ongoing construction beforehand. On the upside, to our relief, the manager was genuinely apologetic and empathetic to our situation. She took full responsibility for the oversight and promptly assured us that the hotel would refund our stay. Her sincere response and willingness to rectify the situation showcased a commendable commitment to customer satisfaction. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable amenities. Its close proximity to the airport was a convenient advantage. In conclusion, I will recommend this hotel.

I booked this place for the second time. It is great for airport travel because it is very close to the airport. The staff was friendly. I had an issue with lights in my room and they immediately took care of it.

Everything was good.

The location is very good when waiting for a flight from Belgrade Airport. We were staying there for only several hours (6), to get some sleep before going on with our journey.

We were given a room where somebody, apparently, lives. The sheets were clean but torn a bit. There was a lot of cigarette smoke in the reception area.

Silent spacious room when you have window to the garden. Bed was clean.

There is no breakfast possibility. Even in non smoking rooms there is huge smoke coming from other floors Level of room cleanness is very poor

The Internet didn't work at all, there was too much smell of smoke and was not clean furniture

It's situated near the airport. It's a nice hotel. The two-room suite is big, cozy, and light. There is a large balcony with a table and two chairs. The bigger room has a wide comfortable bed, two wardrobes with two bathrobes, two tables and two armchairs. The design is stylish! There is a kettle, a TV set, a safe, a fridge - everything you need. The smaller room is cozy too. The bed in it is not wide but comfortable. The bathroom is great. The view from the window is very nice. They offer a small not varied breakfast that can be included in the price. There are some restaurants and supermarkets not far from the hotel. The staff is friendly but they don't speak English well. They can arrange a transfer to the airport. Addition: after the stay we needed the invoices in English to provide to the airline for compensation. The original invoices were presented in Serbian, and we needed to communicate with the hotel regarding the additional invoices in English. The staff has proven to be extremely forthcoming and ready to accommodate any request, and deserve the highest appraisal. Even though, to be fair, it took a bit of time to complete those requests, I was sure they are doing everything they can.

Unfortunately, there is no lift, so it may be a problem to climb the stairs to the upper floors with heavy luggage – we lived on the 3rd floor.

Conveniently located close to the airport. The staff was really friendly and helped us to the hotel late at night. Very much appreciated.

Apartment had a strong smoke smell. The sofa was full of holes and looked quite dirty. The floor and surfaces were also quite dirty. The breakfast could be improved but to be honest we are not sure what breakfasts looks like in Serbia.

Great hotel, espevially considering the low price. Comfortable room, close to thd airport and extremely helpful and friendly staff (special thanks to Ivana at the front desk!).

This place is a really great value for money, especially if you need to spend the night waiting for a flight the next day. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they were happy to pick me up at the airport and take me back the next day at a very reasonable rate. I recommend anyone traveling to Belgrade to use their service, it will save you money and hassle. The drive is just around 10 minutes. Rooms are very spacious - I was alone and didn't really need all that space, but it's there if you need it. The place is clean and nice, and the beds are comfortable for a nice night rest. You get free tea and coffee in the room, and cute little shampoos, which makes you feel more at home. There is also a bar downstairs open around the clock, in case you don't feel like sitting in your room.
