Please bring your own beach towels.  Kitchen & Utilities:  Electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, dining table and chairs, corner sofa, 42" Plasma TV with Freeview. Far-reaching sea and beach views. Nearest beach:  500 yards. Nearest amenities:  on site.  Outdoors: Enclosed veranda with garden furniture and great views of the beach. Storage box with access to various beach equipment. Parking: Sufficient on-site parking. Tickets can be purchased at £20 a per week.  Family facilities: Not provided, but can be hired.  Pets:  No pets welcome, sorry.  General:  WiFi included, electricity included in rent; panel wall heaters. Electricity by way of card meter. Min. £10.00 gratuity left for incoming guests. If this runs out, card can be topped up on site. Important notes:  No smoking, not suitable for people with mobility restrictions due to there being 28 steps leading to the villa. Changeover time: 3pm arrival - 10am departure. You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property.
