About this house rental
Nestled in Bonita Shores, this lovely house for $267 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Waterfront canal with pool duplex, totally remodeled. This booking is for the back unit closest to the canal, private with it's own entrance and lanai. The new pool will be completed end of December 2020. Two bedrooms, one bath, private use of washer and dryer. Master has King bed with 50 inch TV, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Very comfortable pull out sofa in living room sleeps 6 very comfortably. 65 inch TV in living room. One mile from the famous white sandy Barefoot Beach. Close to everything, beaches, shopping, fabulous restaurants, even a mini golf course only a few blocks away. Use of 2 Kayaks. Don't forget your fishing pole to fish off the boat dock. Orange Duplex, you will be in the back unit, closest to the canal. Pool is shared with front tenant. The front unit has full time tenants. We also rent out the boat slips, if interested please contact us for additional costs. This Duplex is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, not a resort. NO PETS OR SMOKING 1) Contact: After booking we will give out our cell numbers for you to contact us if you have any questions. 2) Noise: Please keep noise levels to an appropriate level and in a manner that is considerate of your neighbors. The City Code regulates noise and disturbances and includes “quiet hours” between 10pm and 7am. If a neighbor calls our 24 contact person or the police, a fine will be deducted out of your deposit. Neighbors are locals and live here year round. 3) Trash: During your stay, please keep the rental property free of visible trash. Trash must not be stored within public view except in proper containers for collection. The trash collection day for this property is: Thursday, that means put out Wednesday evening 4) Living Room TV: The direct tv remote operates the tv, direct tv, and sound. 5) Key to screen door is in the closet next to kitchen. 6) Grill: Gill is propane. It has a 5 gal tank, Turn valve on to use. Turn off valve when finished. Clean grill for next guest. If tank runs out, you can exchange at the 7-11 on the corner. 7) Vacuum and broom in closet next to kitchen 8) Extra pillows are in small bedroom closet 9) Hide-a-bed sheets are in closet between bedrooms (If pull out bed is used in living room, please remove sheets and leave on couch when checking out) 10) Laundry room is located off of living room (outside in the lanai closest to the front unit) 11) Beach chairs in master bedroom above storage closet 12) 2 Life vests in master bedroom above storage closet

Family Visit
We were so excited to find a place so close to my sister’s house. The house was perfect. It was clean and updated. There was plenty of room and anything and everything that we needed for the beach. The beds were comfortable too!! There was an incident our third night there, but the home owners took care of it promptly!! Thank you for that!! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Great rental/Fantastic Location
We loved almost everything about this rental. The place was clean and perfectly furnished. We loved the leather recliners and the large TV. The kitchen had everything we needed. The shower was great, and the toilet/bidet was a blast (literally) and greeted us every time we went into the bathroom!. The pool was excellent. We feel this owner really put thought into making sure their renters had everything they might need. It was especially helpful when we got there and there was no internet service, I contacted them and got an immediate reply explaining that all the internet in the area was out and was being worked on. (Too often when renting from a management company it takes days to hear back from them.)
However, there was one important thing I must comment on.
We could not get a decent night’s sleep on either bed because the mattresses were so incredibly soft that it made them uncomfortable. The one in the master was only firm in the middle - typically where no one sleeps. But the two sides had “valleys” making it very uncomfortable. The smaller bedroom mattress was also so soft that you could feel the plywood under it if you sat on the edge of the bed. It was impossible to get a decent sleep on.
We would absolutely love to rent this property again, but would only do so knowing the mattresses were improved. This is why we are only giving it 4/5 stars,

Amazing Property
My fiancé and I found this property to stay and at and use to get ready for our beach wedding. This was a great atmosphere to relax! We saw manatees in the canal, and Iguanas around the outside of the property. It’s also right down the street to the beach! I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Bonita Springs!

All the kitchen supplies are in excellent condition. New appliances. Beautiful outdoor screened pool, kayaks. Great restaurants around. We had an amazing time. Definitely coming back. Nice Property
We enjoyed our stay at this property. There were 2 restaurants we enjoyed that we could walk to. Enjoyed the kayaks. It wasnt like Crystal Springs with lots of manatees but enough to wet my appetite.

Excellent location. Clean and convenient. House had some issues. Slats in bed broke and very uncomfortable to sleep on. Door to patio lock broke on inside and table on patio so to eat at table had to go outside in rain. Otherwise with a little attention this house would have been great. I put down deposit at original site then next step asked for more deposit or insurance which we added so I expected house to be extremely well maintained but was disappointed that there were these issues. Decorated nice. Nice to use kayaks. Close to beach and restaurants.

Great place!
We have so enjoyed this place! I love the decor. Everything is very nice like the appliances, dishes, glassware, pots n pans, keurig, furniture and the tv-wow! The lanai is lovely to sit in at night.
We love having nice restaurants to walk to and an American Legion across the street. The beach close. Being on the canal is the best and having kayaks. We had manatees almost every day.
The owner was speedy to respond every time I messaged.

Nette Ferienwohnung in Bonita Springs
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen in einer reinen Anliegerstrasse und top eingerichtet. Bedingt durch die Lage direkt an einem Kanal mit Zugang zum Meer, kommten wir nahezu jeden Tag Manatees sehen, die offensichtlich zum Schlafen in den Kanal kamen. Die Größe der Wohnung war völlig ausreichend für unsere Belange und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Ein wenig irritierend war zu Anfang, dass die Wohnung hinter dem eigentlichen Haus lag, so dass wir zunächst ein wenig suchen mussten. Zusammenfassend war dies ein sehr entspannter und erholsamer Aufenthalt mit vielfältigen Freizeitmöglichkeiten.

Beautiful, clean and modern....and close to the beach!
My husband, 9 month old and I had a great time at this rental. The owners were amazing at communicating in a timely manner and very accommodating. The rental seems recently renovated and beautifully done. The place felt clean and new. No issues at all, a smooth vacation. The beach is also only a 2min drive away! The neighbourhood was quiet and lovely to walk around. Grocery store and other amenities are close by. Would definitely stay here again.
