Located in DeLand, this attractive house for $306 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. **Photo ID is required with booking. This property is under video surveillance. Security cameras are set to capture only the property’s outdoors and surrounding areas. Our Deland home offers a master suite with spacious walking closet, two additional bedrooms, one with two twin beds and another one with a queen bed and a full bathroom in between. This home has 1,380 square feet of living space, Hardwood floors throughout the house and granite countertops in the kitchen. Its main living area open floor plan it’s perfect for family and friends gathering. There is plenty of seating space in the dining room area perfect for holiday dinners. Go through the sliding door and relax on the screen covered pool area with outdoor seating. The home sleeps six people, and comes fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils, as well as bed and bath linens. TV on the spacious living room and another TV on the master bedroom. The home has antenna TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi. Named the Best Main Street of 2017 beautiful downtown Deland is filled with unique shops and antique stores. Eat at local restaurants and cafes with outdoor seating. Home to Stetson University, Deland, Florida is located in western Volusia County and is about 40 miles from Orlando and its theme parks and about 25 miles from Daytona Beach. Our home is in the north side of town – five minutes to downtown Deland and 4 miles to an I4 ramp. Lots of room and clean. We enjoyed sitting in the screened area around the pool. We had a great time and will consider renting next time we visit Deland.

We stayed for daytona biketober fest. Was veey easy to get from the house to everywhere we wanted to go.

We truly enjoyed our stay and the cost was very reasonable in comparison to the other locations we looked at. The only suggestion we had was that there could be blinds or some sort of privacy shades at the sliding door that lead to the pool area. We would definitely stay again. Have a great rest of the year.

We came to Florida for my son’s wedding. The location was very close to the venue and many other things. The pool was our favorite thing! The house decor and set up is ideal for families. We enjoyed it!

This centrally located property was perfect for our family. We were in town to celebrate a college graduation, and the property was within driving distance of New Smyrna Beach, Epcot, Blue Springs State Park, and Top Golf.
The house is roomy, decorated nicely, and well-appointed. The owners were so easy to work with, and graciously made several changes to the booking along the way. Bonus: The property next door is owned by the same party, which made for a great surprise when we learned that our other family members were right next door. So easy and convenient! We will be back!

All clean and comfortable, didn’t like the security deposit amount but there was no hassle getting it back, apparently it is not the owners fault but is required by VRBO. Almost cancelled because of it but glad I didn’t.

The description of the home is accurate. My wife and I enjoyed our stay as the home is clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located for shopping and attractions. Owners respond quickly to questions and any home issues. (There was a minor issue with home and it was addressed the day I reported it).
Thank you for making our vacation enjoyable! Can't say enough about the cleanliness of the home. Would definitely rent again.

Home away from home
My family and I had an amazing week at this house! The house was perfect, clean, spacious, comfortable, had everything you would need as though you were actually home. Our kids spent most their time we were there in the pool which was well kept, clean and refreshing. The hosts were wonderful, very quick to respond with questions and was comforting knowing they were available if we needed anything. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Florida!

Outstanding!!!
This place is awesome! It has everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. The location is great with everything u would like to do from dinning to skydiving , beaches to flee markets. We will definitely be staying here again and the Host are over the top!

Perfect home away from home. Great location, clean, and easy. The only negative was the lack of TV’s in the bedrooms and only basic television channels in the living room. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I plan on staying again in the future.

Great Family Location
Property was very nice. We had no issues and property owners checked in concerned with the drop in temperature which was nice, but being from Ohio... It was nothing LOL. We would come back to this property and another property by these owners.

Three of us rented this property for 3 nights. The house is beautiful, well appointed and impeccably clean. Many awesome restaurant's to eat in town which is a very quick car ride. If I am ever in this area again, I would not hesitate to book again
