Nestled in Martinborough, this attractive house for $237 per night is a great option for your next vacation. De Vine Martinborough is located on Cologne Street, right in the heart of Martinborough. This beautifully designed four bedroom home has been purpose built and furnished to provide luxury accommodation. The lounge, dining, kitchen and family areas are open plan, with great indoor/outdoor flow to the outdoor entertaining area. The BBQ, spa pool and lawn are private and fully fenced. Sit and relax in front of the 50" plasma T.V The fully equipped kitchen allows to cater for a romantic dinner or a function for family or corporate guests. For larger groups we have a similar four bedroom house next door 14a and a three bedroom house at 26 Cologne Street. Continental breakfast provisions are provided (bread, butter, spreads, muesli, weetbix, eggs,milk, tea,coffee, and Sugar) Only a 5 minute walk to the Square, shops and cafes; a slightly longer walk or bike ride to the nearby vineyards on Puruatanga Road. Special conditions: Pricing: Sunday to Thursday nights - $250 per night for up to 2 people + $50per night each extra person. Friday andamp; Saturday nights - $300 per night for up to 2 people + $50 per night each extra person. Special conditions may apply for weekend bookings, public holidays and local event dates. Including a three night eight guest minimum over Easter weekend and a four night eight guest minimum over New Year Check in 2pm; check out 10am. Smoking permitted outside only. We made the most of this lovely home, having things to do in Martinborough with little kids can sometimes be hard to plan as its mostly wineries, however we spent most of our time in this lovely home and it was perfect!

We loved our stay - had everything we needed. We’ve stayed in Martinborough a few times and found this location the best as its a short walk to the square on good footpaths. Great for the kids & stroller.

The property was great, even when the power went out in Martinborough and further away… Property manager very friendly and easy to contact. Small items which could be improved but didn’t stop our lovely time….toilet seat needs renewing, and only one heat pump in main living area, bedrooms were very cold at night, until the morning sun came out. Wouldn’t put us off visiting again, would just bring some wool socks 😊

Excellent property very well set up. We really enjoyed the spa. Great for a group. We had a group of 4 couples. It had everything you needed. The only negative thing we would say it had 1 toilet which was in the bathroom but we managed with a group of 8. Would definitely recommend and go back again in the future. 😊

The house is lovely, clean and well stocked with everything you need. The hot tub is fantastic! My only complaint would be that the hedge around the hot tub had been trimmed away too much, so you could see in from the street. A bit more privacy would have made it perfect.

What better to unwind from the in laws xmas visit, than to treat yourself with this retreat to reset your holiday. Beautifully furnished with everything you need plus a spa and spacious indoor outdoor flow, great location to Centre and wineries. An awesome break

This was a great location with good bedroom sizes but be prepared for just one bathroom/toilet if there are a lot of you in this house.It was nice to have milk, bread and eggs in the fridge upon arrival.The outside spa was perfect for relaxing in after a day of bike riding around the vineyards.

Loved the house, it as far from being a bach, beautifully furnished and better than a home away from home. Loved the spa the most, a great place to relax in the evening with a glass of wine. If you have teenagers the Patuna farm horse treks are great . Our girls thought it was the best trek they had been on.
